Genderfluid micro label of the week: Demifluid Girl

Demifluid is a form of genderfluidity. Demifluid girls have a partially fluid and partially static (unchanging) gender, but the static part of their gender is woman/girl, or woman-related/girl-related or -aligned. The fluid part of their gender can be fluid between any genders. This label is a subset of demifluid and the counterpart to demifluid boy.

even though all my kintypes make one me (an alien cat plushie) each kintypes itself feels independent? like sometimes I feel distinctly cat and other times particularly alien, I only just uncovered my plushiekin identity but in hindsight there were moments when it was the forefront as well.

Spiritually I feel like i am an alien cat, like that is the species of my soul, whether that means it was the first life my soul had or a combination of multiple alien and cat lives combined to make my soul's unified identity or if it's not past lives at all and that's just what my soul is, that's my spiritual species. But my plushiekin identity i feel is distinctly psychological, perhaps a trauma response to being plus sized my whole life and being drawn to being objectified and owned because of relationship trauma, but even if not I don't think the source of it or if it's spiritual or not makes it more or less valid. Like the alien cat part is definitely deeper than the plushie part of me but that doesn't make my being a plushie less important y'know? I'm rambling akfkskf

if you can't tell by my sudden resurrection I had a kin moment ajfjsjf my wife mentioned plushiekin as a concept and I was like . I had forgotten that was an option and something just clicked

I joked that night when we were cuddling "what if I was a plushie" and they said "you already basically are" (I'm plus sized for context, and given our relationship dynamics this wasn't a slight at all) and it made me so happy kskfkskf

Being a plush is fun cuz there’s so many different ways u can be/feel (that thought applies to Every kind of body btw, but this post is abt plushes)

Stuffing is great cuz it’s soft and squishy while still providing structure (and if u have enough stuffing u can feel like a walking rainbow colored brick lol). Beans are also super nice cuz they make a lovely rattle sound when shaken, and they provide a really nice weight!!

Fabric comes in so many colors and textures and they’re all so fun and cool. Personally I think it’d be nice to have a big tummy patch made of that bubble minky stuff (the fabric with the little circles that pop out of the fabric).

Plastic eyes? So cool and epic. Button eyes? Classical and wonderful. Embroidered eyes? Hell yes we love textile art.

And I know this post is mainly abt plushes but don’t even get me started on the variety of just toys in GENERAL!!! Plastic, fabric, wood, glass, porcelain, etc etc. Love and peace in toy land
