Frog

After Devlin was born, Azmuth went to check up on him. Devlin turned into Kevin's mutation every once in a while and although Gwen and Kevin weren't happy thier son was being studied as an experiment, they still wanted to know as much as they could so they don't screw up his growth or whatever.

So while Azmuth was looking at him, 5 month old Devlin in his mutated form picked him up.

"aww azmuth, he likes you" Ben said in the back.

Yeah Devlin did think the tiny frog thing was funny. But he was still a child and didn't understand much.

So Devlin ate him.

Luckily Gwen was nearby and pryed Devlin's mouth open to fish out Azmuth.

It was good thing Devlin hadn't grown out his teeth yet.

Not so secret, I've been shamelessly shipping Gwevin to the point I've been drawing/thinking nonstop of them. They're just the ultimate supportive couple, complementary, balanced, unwavering loyalty and beautiful. Redemption arc, check too! UGH! What's not to love about them!

But, here's a bonus Devlin (that may or may not make the cut in the final post of an art piece I might post).

Kenny should have kept his Omnitrix and Devlin should have been Spanner.

I mean, think of the possibilities.

Kenny already has a minimum of his original 10 aliens his dad programed in- and whatever alien DNA he’s managaed to scan from Devlin and other alien relatives/family friends.

Because let’s face it, Kenny smart enough to figure out how to unlock master control (albeit with limited battery power) via Grey Matter, he certainly figure out how to unlock the DNA scanner once he’s aware of its existence.

With such, he can help Devlin do whatever time shenanigans he’s been assigned by paradox with minimal need for hiding his face. Just go around as an alien Ben is less familiar with OR have an outfit on top of it.

Though, Kenny could probably get away with being XLR-8 with a hoodie on life form lock and not be detected, given the odd amounts of Kinecelran’s in Undertown.

Meanwhile, Devlin gets to explore his family’s past and figure out what and where exactly went wrong to make his dad go from Kevin Levin to Kevin 11,000 and maybe even try and prevent it. Actually have the Rooter Arc’s connected to future Kevin’s descent into madness or something impactful.

Because god d***** if your gonna give Kevin 11k’s bad a** armor such a twisted origin that carries on into the future you’ve gotta back that up with something.

Dance

Headcanon that Gwen wasn't upset because of missing a dance that night. Okay, maybe a little.

But she was upset because she wanted to show off her super hot, car driving bad boy date.

I was thinking how Kevin felt insecure and thought she was embarrassed of him but truth be told, I think being him was considered cool.

Not saying Gwen's materialistic or she was using him. She did genuinely like him.

Cash mentioned how messing with Kevin would make him cooler(?), badder (?) ( I don't remember the exact words), so there's already this idea of what Kevin was thought of in town.

The mysterious dark tall bad boy, showed up out of nowhere, tough, smart, got an awesome car. He's the guy girls dream about. Unfortunately, Kevin was too busy feeling insecure to notice all the attention. Or maybe his focus was on Gwen so he didn't notice everyone else?

Gwen's known to be competitive and she likes being on top.

Again, I'm not saying she was thinking of him as a prize. But it was a little bonus that she was proud of and wanted people to know he chose her.

Lol I hope this didn't come off sounding shallow.
