Kawalova

Kawalova is tropical Island in the South Pacific. The Island is made up of three main areas: a native village, a township and a tourism area with resorts. There is a variety of houses for your sims and some empty lots to build your own beach holiday homes.

Famous for its white sandy beaches, Kawalova also has a volcano, a waterfall and lush forests. Besides relaxing and unwinding in the tourism zone by the sea, your sims can also hike to the native village in the interior of the island to experience the local culture. If possible, you could add diving spots in the ocean and convert the bar at the bottom-right corner of pic 1 into a resort, offering even more diverse recreational options for this island. For those seeking pure tranquility, follow the causeway to the other island and settle into one of its  its cozy, secluded cabins.

Well, I've always wanted to create a town using the public lots from @potato-ballad-sims' "Point Ouerbacker" and the buildings from MTS's Flora2, so I decided to make that dream come true.

And a big thank you to these great builders.

★Empty World

Due to my PC's limitations, I'm sharing the empty world and save file. As you'd expect from an empty world, it's truly empty. There are 61 plots.

★Save files

80% of the buildings are by potato-ballad-sims and Flora, but we've also included works by other great builders.Thank you very much. The town has been well-integrated and has a slightly nostalgic feel to it.

There are no Supernatural or Pet-related lots, no Diving Spots, and no Universities. We have free lots available. Please add them as needed.

Lothlorien Island

Somewhere in the middle of a far away ocean, lies Lothlorien Island. Away from civilasation for many years, stayed quiet and peaceful until the port was build. Now, after many years, it has become the center of everything. From farm lands to Luxury mansions and a city that never sleeps

Lothlorien Island is one of only two worlds created by geminiagre (the other being Crystalline Cove, which might be more well-known among simmers, though I haven't tried it yet). This world is huge (TOTALLY 304 LOTS⚠ I suppose there really are that many), even back then it required a high-end PC to run. But it truly is an amazing world. Everywhere you look, there are gorgeous landscapes. The houses, built by multiple talented players, showcase a diverse range of architectural styles with incredible attention to detail. There are plenty of empty lots reserved for later eps, so whether you're playing a legacy or any other challenge, this world is a great choice — provided that your PC specs are top-notch.

I'm late on this since I've been sick for the last week, but here it is! I made this for a Santiago but will be putting in my saveflie.

This is on a 20x20 lot and it uses every expansion plus some store content of course.

NOTE: Due to the build cheats I had to use in order to create the den/landing, some of the walls have those weird slants. Coloring/lighting on the different levels may occur but that is something I cannot fix--it's more of a Sims 3 issue. I have placed a lot of buydebug lights to counteract it. It is advised to use solid colors or vertical patterns to lessen the effects as well.
