Alongside anesthesia and medfet, I have another, more science fiction or cyber punk, fantasy which revolves around transformation and control. I used to wonder what it would be like to be turned into a cyborg, like the Borg on Star Trek or the Cybermen on Doctor Who. Your body taken over, enhanced (not always to your benefit but to "theirs") and your bodily functions reduced to literally that. Nutrition managed, organs simplified and waste products disposed off in an almost industrial way.

Imagine this: medical fetishism has led to taking part in a medical test clinic. They test you and record you, they decide you're perfect and you sign up. You experience much that you love, procedures and medical technology, and the technology to manage your basic functions over time, with it they pull you deeper. Enhancing your body, becoming more cyber and less human, making you dependant on them. You lead a normal life, well, the one they want, but maybe every night you have to return to the clinic, to have your organs washed out, your waste removed, your nutrition needs met, and most importantly, your rest and regeneration. The rest they give to you and they manage with anesthesia, whilst they carry out whatever they want. You live your life with tubes being put in and taken out, you no longer have the ability to eat or pee or defecate, and every night your peaceful sleep comes via a black mask, some sevoflurane and an intubation. Some days they don't let you out, and spend time in an ICU like state, acutely aware of your dependence on them and their technology.
