She, by far, had her design changed the most.

Oh boy, we're in for a looong one.

So, a long time ago, pear found something in nature that turned out to be a parasite that made her grow arms uncontrollably (she used to not have any)

Then, as a mercy kill, another oc of mine (that you haven't met yet) shot her, causing it to die. After a while of wandering seemingly nowhere to her as a ghost, she met wine glass, the only other object to be able to see them. Who told it to keep walking where she was wandering to, and they did.

After wandering for a long time, she met the void. Sentient gateway to the afterlife (more on them later). Pear wanted to keep seeing her friends, so void offered to have them be visible to everyone, but they had to help it collect other souls still wandering around. To which, she agreed.
