{ sorry for trolling you so long . here , have my real munday face . this was taken when i was waiting for my lungs x-ray to be done after i visited a nurse for blood tests & she took around 13 test tubes of my blood . rip kari . yes , i was this pale after it , because i didn’t eat for around 12 hours or so . but yep , happy munday ~ }

               it was raining . those little delicate droplets started to soak her silvery hair , thick eyelashes fluttering as they tried to get the water off them , making the drops fall on her porcelain cheeks . it was now or never , no turning back . emerald eyes , usually so full of life with that little spark of flames that burned within , were dim , almost as if they were realizing the momentum . one of the gauntlets lied next to her as she leaned her figure against the building with a soft hiss , delicate arm covered in various bruises & scratches moved to her side , fingers touching the thick liquid flowing out of the slash . a soft smirk appeared on her lips , heh , so the ronin was going to get her this time for sure , heh ?? hunter was becoming the hunted in night time . children of nature my ass , aranea thought as she bit her lip hard , trying to withstand the pain in her side . as if there wasn’t a huge scar already on the other side . what an irony …

              throwing off the second gauntlet , the dragoon found her phone in a pocket , a smile appearing on her lips over the picture she took with the little sunshine . it was a picture of her , ignis & him . he was always shining so bright meanwhile she was kissing specs’ cheek with a little smile on her lips . even when days went darker , there was a reason to smile as long as she could stay around them . it hurt … she ran out of curatives & those wounds took a long time to heal . she had no way to patch the wound either . she failed . she felt so fucking miserable . there were no stars up in the sky , no moon to guide her way back to hammerhead . she was too far away … biggs & wedge hunted in different region , they said they’d pick her up . though she still hoped she’d stay alive …

                 smiling one more time at the photo of them three , she pressed a dial button to call the sunshine himself , simply because she would start to cry if she had to talk to specs & sunshine knew better than that . the dialing tone echoed in her ears , her own blood soaking her clothes . he picked up .

              ❝ don’t … wait for me tonight . i won’t be making it back … there were multiple ronins & giants … i’ve fucked up . i ran out of curatives , their blades inflict wounds that are difficult to heal . i will die here tonight … let’s be honest about it . but hey , don’t get sad , pretty boy . guess my time has come … i will be able to see them . i will be able to see everyone , but know one thing … you guys made me the happiest woman in eos . especially specs . i can’t … c-can’t tell him because i’d cry . promise me you’ll take care of him , sunshine . promise me . don’t let him hunt alone , stay around him when i am not able to … tease him a lot & make him remember that lady a will always bitch about his food … take care of biggs & wedge as well . those guys might be imperials , but they have heart in the right place . g-guess this is goodbye … don’t cry for me , sunshine . i will watch over you . farewell … ❞
