Give me an example ?? I guess theyre both talking about time, but theyre kind of different because "hace" its about something that its finished? "Hace dos horas llegue" meanwhile desde hace its more an exact time and an action that still applies in the present "vivo acá desde hace 2 horas". Desde hace its a bit more formal too.
