yup! there technically isn’t cannon name for the protagonist so the manga and anime call him different names (akira kurusu in manga and ren amamiya in anime). there are some other fan names but those are the popular ones and whichever ones you choose is up to preference

to anyone who didn’t know the pair personally Yu and Mitsuru seem like the ideal couple among ideal couples. both are very professional and successful in their own rights

in general, Yu and Mitsuru are a couple that give off strong, reliable senpai energy. they want people to come to them for help and offer up some of the best advice when they’re together

their friends are tentative to agree to that idealized image of them because while it is mostly true, they’re also quite the eccentric couple

Yu has a tendency of using strange idioms and phrases that have no decipherable meaning but somehow Mitsuru is able to understand them

Mitsuru has deemed Yu dependable so she doesn’t question him if he tells her something regarding street smarts

(Yu has gotten away with a lot of straight face teasing that way and the people around the couple are exasperated when they have to get the facts straight to Mitsuru)

Mitsuru likes to Yu to more high end dates since he’s relatively mature. Yu allows her to but only every once in a while, when he feels like he’s earned it

After the Kasumi trailer for P5R, I’ve seen a few people complaining that Cendrillon/Cinderella doesn’t fit in with the other outlaw Personae, but I disagree. I mean think about it:

She was wronged by an unjust society (her stepmother and stepsisters treated her like a slave).

She “stole” something that this unjust society said didn’t legally belong to her (the title of princess).

She did so by committing what some in this society would consider a crime (impersonated a noble).

She committed this crime while wearing a disguise (see above).

She vanished into the night (left at midnight).

She left behind a calling card (the glass slipper).

She has a sweet ride (the pumpkin carriage).

She has a magical sidekick forcing her to go to bed at a reasonable hour (fairy godmother).

So yeah. Cinderella is a phantom thief. And yes, I am absolutely including the Disney version in this assessment. Fight me.

hey guys its been a hot minute but I’m here to announce that I’m currently playing PQ2 and that I love Kasumi with all my heart

How would Kanji, Naoto, Yosuke, and Yu react to their S/O getting hospitalized?

Yu

he outwardly remains calm but it’s all a ruse. Yu was extremely anxious when he was waiting for the go ahead to visit s/o’s hospital room, his pacing almost makes a small trench in the floor

immediately dotes on sight and asks his s/o how they’re feeling and if they need anything from him

scolds s/o if they make light of their injury and asks them to take better care of themselves out of concern

Yu makes sure to make time to visit everyday so they don’t lonely. a usual visit consist of dropping off homework and casual talk about anything and everything

Yosuke

Yosuke freaks out when he finds out s/o has been hospitalized but tries to keep up some semblance of level headed casualness (it doesn’t work)

depending on the severity of the injury and the events that lead up to it he’ll try to make light of the situation and tells s/o to look on the bright side

if s/o had to get a cast he’s the first one to sign it and made sure to make his signature particularly big for no reason at all

he can’t visit everyday due to his work but when he does go to the hospital he makes sure to bring something fun to pass the time, figuring that being stuck to a bed would bore them to tears

Kanji

when he hears the news Kanji goes straight to the hospital and accidentally told off some nurses when they told him he couldn’t see s/o yet

he’s awkward once he finally gets to see them. Kanji isn’t sure what to say to s/o and how to really comfort them so he settles for a tense hug and pat on the back

Kanji doesn’t feel comfortable going to the hospital by himself so after initial visit he goes together with another friend (usually Yu)

whenever he visits s/o he brings a care package that his mother prepared for them and once secretly added his own gift in as well (a soft pillow with a hand knitted case he may or may not have made)

Naoto

Naoto is alarmed to hear that s/o got admitted to a hospital but is level headed enough to calmly get more information out of the nurse before going to visit

once she sees s/o Naoto gives them tips on what they can do to avoid any complications that can happen and other general health advice

whenever she goes to visit she talks to s/o’s doctor about their recovery and to asks when their expected release date is (the doctor is kind of exasperated having to relay this info repeatedly but they understand that Naoto is just worried)

much to s/o chargin a visit from Naoto usually consist of her bring their school assignments to the hospital and personal tutoring to help them stay caught up with the class

How about Yosuke with a delinquent S/O

Yosuke isn’t quite sure how he got into his relationship with s/o. one day they were just well acquainted and the next s/o had him against the wall while bluntly confessing their feelings

(not that he felt pressured to say yes, he does like them back despite how intimidating they are)

it was the buzz in Yasogami for a while with classmates asking both of them if they really were dating. neither were willing to confirm or deny the rumors until they were caught kissing in the hallways by someone

for the most part s/o is the one in charge and initiates a lot of the affection, making Yosuke feel like his should pull more weight in the relationship

so in return Yosuke makes sure they don’t get into too much trouble and helps them through schoolwork, encouraging them with promises of kisses

if Yosuke somehow got thrown into the middle of a fight s/o does their best protect him, despite his assurance that he can handle himself... Yosuke isn’t sure if he should feel flattered or embarrassed at becoming a prince who needs saving

goes slack jawed when he’s shown the word

he wonders where the book came from and who’ll he’ll have to punish for giving something like that to his kid

he firmly looks his kid in the eyes and explains to them it’s not a word they should use

if they still ask Akira just masterfully changes the topic, making them forget about the word for now. however Akira gets the stink eye from his s/o when their child instead goes up to them with the same question in tow

Ryuji

trying to jog his memory if the book was something from his hidden stash or not and for a hot minute is really considering just setting the book on fire

against better judgement Ryuji gives his kid a really basic explanation of the word, making them swear to never use it until the get older

Ryuji thinks he’s in the clear when they pinky promise not to use it. unfortunately for him though his kid ends slipping the word right in front of s/o and Ryuji ends up sleeping on the couch that night

Can I have some headcanons for Haru Okumura with a male s/o who is a famous idol and lead singer of the most popular boy idol group?

the two of them got to know each other when the idol group performed at an event sponsored by her company. they started off as the occasional text and grew into a bigger friendship as time went on, finally leading up to s/o asking her out

being the heiress of the Okumura food company she’s not not really starstruck over s/o being from a super famous idol group. she is however uncomfortable at people whisper being their backs about them being a power couple

Haru likes to play his group’s music while she tends to her garden, while doing so she hums the lyrics to herself. she mentions to him that the plants really seem to brighten to his songs, giggling when his face goes red

money isn’t an issue between the two of them so Haru likes to take him on dates to lavish restaurants. there, she’ll usually order the strangest thing on the menu for the two of them just for the experience (rest in pieces s/o if it turns out to be something really weird)

if s/o has a full schedule due to preparing for an important concert Haru sends him imported coffee beans for him and his group mates. each one is different from the other and sends it with a note of warning to get some proper rest soon

can i ask headcanon for akira, hamuko and minato with s/o who have persona too and knows everything about the shadow and palace but did not join to SEES or Phantom thieve since they don't really want to fight but sometimes when they don't have anything to do, they goes to the palace/tartarus alone to wait for SEES/Phantom thieve finish their mission and cure everyone and or brought everyone food (but in emergency cases they run to their lover's side and join them to defeat shadow)?

Minato

Minato is glad that s/o doesn’t want to get deeply involved in SEES. what they do in Tartarus is dangerous and he’s already struggling to lead the team, even if he won’t admit it having s/o there would worry him

he doesn’t actively confide in them but if they ask him how he and the rest of the members are doing he’ll be straightforward (the only exception being full moon shadows and his own feelings of incompetence, he doesn’t want s/o anywhere near those cans of worms)

when it comes to the drama that happens amongst his teammates he doesn’t skimp on the details. Minato isn’t very good at getting them to connect with each other so he’s hoping that s/o can help him

whenever they wait at the bottom floor of Tartarus he acts exasperated that they’re hanging but Minato is secretly glad that they do. it means that there’s an assured supply of medicine waiting for the team and the food that they bring along is appreciated after a long expedition

One time Minato and the team got cornered by the Reaper but to his surprise s/o came running out of nowhere to lead them towards the next staircase. When they’re in the clear Minato scolds s/o for doing something so reckless but everyone knows there’s no real heat to his words when he pulls them into a tight embrace. He beats himself up inside for putting everyone in that situation in the first place but he’s glad to have someone as reliable as s/o around.

Hamuko

she’s kind of disappointed that her s/o doesn’t want to join SEES, they could’ve been a secret powerhouse couple together but she doesn’t pressure them into it

once s/o is in the know Hamuko slowly opens up her to them about her own self that she keeps behind her cheerful persona. she confides to them about her own insecurities and depressing thoughts

when it comes to infighting in the team though, she’s very vague. Hamuko doesn’t want to comment on those kinds of private matters to s/o unless they burst into something she can’t handle

it makes Hamuko please when she hears s/o and the other teammates engaging in casual conversation on the ground floor of Tartarus, even if they aren’t part of SEES she’s glad the others treats them as a friend

Hamuko was on the her last footing when s/o appeared after her team got wiped out by a particularly violent group of shadows. The two of them were in tandem with each other as they covered each other’s weaknesses. She acts her role as leader up until they get everyone to the lobby and head back to the dorms. But as soon as she and s/o have privacy she breaks down into tears and holds them close. In that moment she felt immense relief, Hamuko thought that she would lose everything again but with s/o by her side she felt like she could anything.

Akira

when s/o declined becoming a Phantom Thief some of the team was suspicious of them but Akira put a good word in for them. he does wish that they’d fight to bring justice to the corrupt but understands that they aren’t willing to take the risk of being caught

that said though he’s appreciative that they keep everyone’s identity a secret and even participates in the meetings. even if they aren’t an official member, Akira sees them as one in his eyes

on the off chance that the black mask persona user or a cognitive person were to appear, s/o actually keeps a close distance away from the thieves during a palace rune and hands out the healing items in the safe spots

it’s always awkward when s/o joins them in Mementos though because the Mona car doesn’t have enough space to fit everyone. much to the team’s discomfort Akira is always offering them to sit on his lap in the car ride, which a flustered s/o takes up

The heist deadline was getting dangerously close causing the thieves to become reckless and alert the shadows one too many times. They were surrounded from all sides when s/o finally caught up to them and looking none too please.To say Akira was surprised by s/o as they help take out shadows would be an understatement. he’s left standing there for a moment wondering how someone as passive as s/o can suddenly be so brutal. He finally understands it when they criticizes him for being so reckless. Akira affectionate ruffles their hair as he apologizes for making them worry like that

Hi! Do you know that trope where a woman asks her lover to zip up the back of her dress, and the intimacy that act entails? Could you do imagines of Akira, Ann, Yusuke, and Goro being asked to do just that? (I couldn't come up with a non gender-specific version, but if you can, that'd also be nice!)

the most nonbinary thing I could think with similar energy is tying s/o’s tie so I’ll go with that

Akira

He lightly teases s/o when he notices them struggling with their tie before offering help. Akira is deliberately slow in his hand movement, partly due to him really is concentrating on getting the tie right but mostly because deep down he’s really cheesy for these kinds of intimate cliches. Once he’s done he chuckles at his s/o’s red face, ignoring how warm his own face feels.

Ann

Ann most likely coordinated their outfits for whatever event they’re attending and busies herself making sure they both look perfect. When she goes to fix s/o’s tie it’s with a professional confidence and she doesn’t register yet how close they are. After she’s satisfied with the tie does she realize how intimate her actions were, causing her to suddenly become shy. 

Yusuke

Yusuke doesn’t offer to help tie their tie since his knowledge on how to barely passing at best but if s/o insists he’ll do it. He’s really adamant about s/o holding still so he can get it correctly, and even then Yusuke keeps redoing the tie anytime he does a step slightly incorrectly. When he’s done he’s gazing at them contently as he firmly holds their shoulders as he assess his work, oblivious of his red faced s/o.

Akechi

Wanting to come off as gentlemanly, Akechi offers to tie it for them before s/o could even ask. On the outside he looks cool as a cucumber working on the tie but he’s actually pretty nervous, he hyper aware how intimate this action is and wants to get it right on the first try. Akechi pats himself on the back once he pulls away to see both a perfectly made tie and his flustered s/o.
