When we view something exceptionally beautiful, we might feel sad because we know it won’t stay so beautiful forever – but appreciation only heightens the pleasure we take in the beautiful thing in that moment. ]

I beg to differ. As someone who had heard this phrase casually so many time by the same person, who never with action showed that they care. It's one of the worst feelings.

I think one of the best feelings is someone saying they missed you. Even though it’s just a small comment and most people kind of brush it off, think about it. Someone actually cared that you weren’t there and took the time to tell you.
