That summer was so easy somehow. I was easy. You were easy. Nothing really mattered and everything was okay. Days in the heat, kicking empty bottles, flipping Luckies, talking nonstop or not saying anything at all.

When we dumped all our shit out the window, let our breaths stink of smoke, let our hair grow wild, let our skin burn till it peeled.

Neither of us lived anywhere then… but every new place we were together was always home.

It was nice to live in our own world together.

I wonder if we were both running away from the things we didn't want to face, instead letting tequila scorch our throats and laughing away the nights.

I think of it sometimes. When I don't see you… or when I see you too much. Back when there were far fewer stresses, our pockets were really truly empty, but we never felt more alive.

I'm sorry we can never be those people again…

Was feeling the melancholic homoerotic summer this week while it's been getting sunnier and warmer... pre-canon or au, open to interpretation

Yes, I do allow it, because I would also love to see it completed! The fact that it needed to be canceled was a decision that left me feeling a bit down because it was due to my inexperience as a host since I couldn't find more people to replace a participant who turned out to be a problematic person and for the withdrawal of others, unfortunately

I also wouldn't mind helping out and participating in the map again :) I'd be happy to see a project from a concept I created become a reality

Nineclaw is the most recent, while Tarantulapaw and Woodsplash were made over a month ago, so they might look a bit wonky compared to the art from the first one.

Nineclaw is named like that because they were born without one of their fingers, and also because they're inspired by Nine Inch Nails lmao.

Also Tarantulapaw and Woodsplash are doomed yaoi, and their age gap is only one moon old. Tarantulapaw should've been given his warrior name already, but he decided to become a medcat later instead due to lore reasons I'm too lazy to write here </3

I wasn't sure what to do with the skitty line, until my friend mentioned servals and everything clicked. Both in shapes, but also because skitty is often a rare encounter, and servals are exotic pets that are not fit to Be a pet, I could play with that.

I did some simple studies of servals, and kinda just jumped into designing these guys

The main things i added were serval spots, but also a crescent moon marking to delcatty, and little crescent moon in skitty cheeks. Delcatty used to have a moon marking on its gen 3 sprite, and I wanted that back!!! it was so cute!!!! I think it ties their moon theming and moonstone evo a lot more.

I also kept delcatty's tail more similar to skitties. because it looks like a flower with stamens now which is very cute

curlfeather is at the dark forest singles mixer because shes lonely and doesnt have anything better to do (shes already spent 6 nights watching frostpaw sleep this week) and shes tightly clutching her red solo cup in both hands standing rigid and silent between berryheart and mapleshade while they argue about codebreaking and shes wondering how the fuck did i get here. and splashtail is sulking in the corner because he died before hitting 21 and isnt legally allowed to drink
