SM LGBTQ+ Week 2025!

The fourth annual Sailor Moon LGBTQ+ Week takes place the week of June 22-28, 2025 (during Pride Month).

You may post your works on Tumblr, AO3, Deviantart, or anywhere you choose so as long as you link them in your Tumblr posts if they are off-site. All ratings are allowed, so long as NSFW work is properly tagged. You can add your AO3 works on our designated category for the event here: smlgbtqweek2025.

Submissions should have an LGBTQ+ character, ship or topic at their core along with the daily theme. It doesn't have to focus on or even include a ship, given this week also celebrates asexuality and trans identities! M/F pairings are allowed as long as one of the characters is LGBTQ+ and the work references their queerness. Bi/Pan people in m/f relationships are still queer and valid. This also applies to trans people in m/f relationships. Basically, as long as you're writing/ drawing/creating something featuring LGBTQ+ character(s), you're golden.

Joined an rp group as Zoisite, and boy, we have the whole Shitennou team there (technically, bc Nephrite is NPC'd for now). It's so fun and cute, and @smokingbomber is our Endymion.

My Zoisite and Fades Kunzite got that something something going on too. Zoi finally kissed Kunz cheek.

Also Zoi got heart stolen. Which was fun. And also burned Minako's bow. Doubly fun--he's in so much trouble it's funny.

as a long time fan follower of your channel and your twitter, there's something i want to ask: how do you love "problematic" media without any shame or guilt? this isn't me judging you, it's me asking for advice as insecure person with moral anxiety. i legitimately feel like a bad person or like i'm supporting something bad for loving anime like kill la kill.

to answer your question properly though, i think with age you just start realizing that the only people who really care about that stuff or will actively try to shame you for that are terminally online losers with nothing better to do in their lives. "problematic" is often vague on purpose and meant many different things over the years and honestly, a lot of times it's used in this almost anti-intellectual way to say "anything i personally disagree with" which you can probably see why i don't take that sort of label very seriously. art is meant to evoke emotions within us and sometimes those feelings can be disgust as much as it could be joy or whatever else. plus some of the best stuff is made by weirdo perverts so i think we all gotta be a little more open about liking what we like lmao
