Comfort place!

My comfort place would certainly and without a doubt, would be Japan. This year, October 22, 2017, me and my family went for a trip to Japan and it was the highlight of my 2017 in a matter of seconds. Idk, my father told me it was a treat for me for waiting all those years. (because yes I’ve been waiting for years to go to this place)

When I was around 5 years old, I was exposed to anime and the likes. ABS-CBN and TV5 frequently aired popular Anime’s like Naruto, Dragon Ball Z, Soul Eater, Fairy Tail, and many more to mention. I instantly became a fan to this day. I’m proud to say that I have been a fan for a decade now. Since that day, I have always hoped of going to the place where all of those shows originated: Japan.

The experience over that place was breathtaking. As a lover for culture, I cannot abandon the fact that Japanese people we’re so kind I didn’t want to leave anymore.  They had such friendly natures you wouldn’t doubt them for a second.  It was as if, it was their job to help those in need even if you don’t know them personally. They have such long patience and I salute them for that. It even says in my research that the Japanese tend to become tend to be so respectful and kind because they we’re trained to be so since their younger years. I have always loved the Japanese culture ever since I was little as well. They we’re incomparable.

Students over there would go home around 6 PM already and I would see them walking to their schools as early as 5 AM and I was honestly shocked at how early they we’re waking up yet how late they come home already. Even the office workers looked so tired and haggard like they didn’t even have an inch of sleep.

The people wasn’t the only thing that took my breath away: it was the aesthetic, the food, and the architectures itself. I am a self-proclaimed future architect and you would be confused why they do this and why they do that. I was like that on my first time then got used to it because of countless observations and such.

And don’t forget about the thousands of vending machines over that place. There isn’t a corner in Japan where there was no vending machine. Even in the darkest alleys, you would see a bright light at the edge of the street itself: a vending machine.

Personally, I wouldn’t trade Japan for anything. Overall, the experience was priceless. So far, the best that happened in my life so far. If faith and budget becomes kind to us next year, I would definitely come back here every time. I even decided to live here once I finish school and have my license.

Student life!

I am a student at PHINMA-COC since the school year of 2015-2016. In short, I started going to this school as a freshman. During those years, I had a very hard time socializing with others since I was from a different school when I was in elementary. I always thought that it would be extremely hard to get to be close to everyone since I thought I was “different”. Turns out everything wasn’t the same as I expected it to be.

In a span of weeks (I’M NOT EXAGGERATING I SWEAR) I became close to almost everyone in my class!!! Do you know how crazy that is? The fun part is always the rivalry with the other sections which, today, I only laugh out loud at my stupidity and jejeness.

Fast forward to the present and here I am today, writing an article about my student life. I am now a grade 9 student and I can probably say that I am an achiever throughout my high school atm. I always doubted myself in terms of academics, but I was genuinely surprised about the results I saw and received. Though I an achiever (so I say lololol), I have an ordinary yet stressful life as a student; just like everyone else in the whole world probably.

During my freshman days, I had problems with my first few set of friends. Well, that’s about it. I am happy and content with the friends that I have today. They’re more than enough to be honest. Today, I have projects that are meeting the deadline, I lack sleep, (and I still do today) I am an addict to computer games such as League of Legends and I have several psychological problems that I am never taking seriously.

Let’s go back to that friendship issue because it has been a key point in my student life. My group of friends today has made my life more colorful than my old set of friends. I just thought that my old friends we’re too “toxic” and basically a nuisance to my life. So I let them go, and I found them now.

OF COURSE HOW CAN I FORGET FANGIRLING WITH MY SQUAD ABOUT KPOP OH MY. Actually, the fangirling thing has really made going to school fun. We dance to Kpop songs then join contests which is double the fun since we get to dance on stage! (yeah just a side note)

Throughout my student life, I always wanted to die and because of my school’s new administration, the feeling of wanting to die has skyrocketed even more. Because of this, the pressure as a grade 9 student was driving me insanely stressed and almost close to becoming a schizophrenia patient. It was the worst of the worst and I wasn’t even alone. Majority of my class doesn’t even like the current administration that we have today because of the strictness and lack of freedom to us students. They treat us as if we are robots who can do anything and everything in a span of days, weeks, and heck even in a few set of hours.

Anyways, excuse me for that rather small portion of rant right there. (we can’t do anything about it since we’re only students that need to swallow the stress, force the knowledge into our brains then forget everything right after all for the sake of passing)

My student life in a nutshell is a mixture of stress, so much fun, “the sake of passing” kinda mentality, being a lazy, procrastinating child, an addict gamer, A KPOP FAN, and a grade-conscious kinda guy. Yep. Despite this, high school is still the best.

Free Time!

During my free time, there are a lot of things going on. First off, I usually spend it lazing around my house or going to the nearest computer shop to play League of Legends, or going to Sports Center to practice dancing with my friends, or even reading the latest manga updates and watching anime for the next 15 hours until my eyes hurt.

Those are the common things that I do. Nothing really happens to me most of the time. I am a shut-in in my own home or the computer shop. There is nothing in between. I love spending my time over the internet and playing games. Without them, I would’ve bored myself to death.

Another thing I haven’t mentioned is playing the virtual dating app called ‘Mystic Messenger’ by Cheritz. This app has brighten up my boring day with sweet words and definitely ADORABLE stickers and everything that just melt my no-love-life ass.

Since then, I have preferred to fantasize on the men on this app and the fictional 2D characters I have come to love over the past 8 years. Today, I don’t really have any sort of feelings towards legitimate humans anymore because of this. I have devoted my heart to these fictional men.

Other times, when I don’t have the choice, I hang out with my friends very often. Sometimes, we would watch the movies together and other time simple just wasting our money because our saying goes, “because why not?”

By the way,

If you though I’m only wasting my time spending too much of myself in the internet and my phone, I do not. I practice my graphical skills on Photoshop most of the time and I even tried to do fanart but miserably fail because I was having fun being lazy. (you don’t need to see the art itself, you’ll just get disappointed by the result)

Nevertheless, there are still tons of things that I do during my free time like sleeping, sleeping, sleeping and more sleeping, then eating, then being lazy, then eating again then sleep, then hangout on Twitter, Youtube, Mangafox, and Myanimelist for updates, then go back to sleeping, then editing, then reading manga, then play League, then fangirl for quite a bit then sleep.

That’s a lot of things to over your free time right?

What do I do during my free time?

As a high school student, I often spend my free times on an internet cafe or just at home with my friends and play the popular online game, League of Legends. We would sit and shout at each other whenever a member is losing his way and leading the game to a defeat, or the other way around.

League of Legends is a multiplayer online battle arena video game developed and published by Riot Games. In League of Legends, players assume the role of an unseen "summoner" that controls a "champion" with unique abilities and battle against a team of other players or computer-controlled champions. The goal is usually to destroy the opposing team's "nexus", a structure which lies at the heart of a base protected by defensive structures, although other distinct game modes exist as well.

During these times, I often think of playing this game as a stress reliever and an improvement for my defensive and offensive strategy and game methods in order to win.

Although this isn’t the only thing I do during my free time, I find this one the most fun and exciting.
