"Soun's like a pretty solid plan. If it worked for 'im, why not give it a try, ri'?" If what your parents did appealed to you, that would give you a built-in support system for the journey there. Robin was already kind of following in her father's footsteps, though she didn't know if she was going to be a superhero/farmer for her whole life.
The redhead gave her companion a bewildered look, what was so funny? "Ahh, alri' then. Why'd yer brother get into business if he's no good at it? Or is it one of those 'what's expected' kinda deals?" Parental pressure could be kind of hard to stand up to, maybe her brother really wanted to be a musician, or something.
Nodding along, she cracked a smile. "Alri', alri'. I'm not gonna make ya drink decaf. Jus' lead the way." Robin put her hands up in a show of surrender. If 'twip' meant 'kid' then that's exactly what the blonde was, but given as she already seemed so adult in her plans, it seemed unwise to point that out.
"I work at a diner in town, waitressin'. Gives me a li'l extra pocket money t' spend on fun things. We've got a couple o' horses, I'm sure if you cleared it with yer folks 'n mine you could come have a ride." They'd just have to make sure not to let her wander the barn unattended lest she stumble upon something she shouldn't.

The teen boy arched an eyebrow at the shoe thrown at him, examining it for a few seconds before tossing it back at his double. "Whatever," he shrugged, doing up his own shoes. If they continued to argue about the differences between his home and here, they'd never get out the door. "So, are we ready t' go, then?"
Robin nodded, tying the shoe that had been previously used as a projectile, and looking to Willie. "You gonna lead the way, Will?"

Runs in the family
legacybird: (in regards to a picture of Earth 11 Robin and Carrie) It's funny because Robin and Willie aren't interested in each other like that at all.
secondgensuperman: But switch the bits around and they're all over each other?
legacybird: Pretty much, yeah...
secondgensuperman: Well, he's a boy after his old man's....Can't really say heart...Uhh, libido?

Robin laughed. "Maybe not, but it'd sure go nicely wi' the frosting." She smiled, "Sure. I'd love to sit 'n chat with you a bit." The admission of how many sweets he'd gotten made her laugh. "Well, 's always good t' know folks appreciate ya, right?"
A scuffle is heard from the roof as Robin argued with the security system again. She held a Tupperware container up to the machines electronic eye, assuming it to be some sort of camera. "Happy Birthday, Willie~" she called.
He’d been making home repairs again. After all, this was his house, not Frank’s. If he wanted to install a retracting window-door with refortified light-filtration smart-glass for his attic, that was his prerogative. No one could stop him from adding something like that.
Considering some of the friends he’d made in the past year, it felt like a good thing to add. “She’s going to recognize your voice soon enough, I promise,” Willie’s voice called out as the attic-door opened. There he was, giving a sheepish grin as he waved. “What’s in the container?”

The farm girl shrugged. "Can' say I'm really partial to it, but tha's why the beach is so popular, ri'?"
"Can’t say I e’er heard o’ Bialya. It a fun place?" Judging from the girl’s face, she guessed not. Either that or she found Robin herself unpleasant.

"I s'pose. Though livin' a couple miles outta town in th' middle o' nowhere's a pretty good deterrent, too." Not that the Kents didn't have their own form of security. Anyone arriving on the property would think it was just a regular old farm house, one that, on the surface, hadn't changed much since it was built in the 19th century. Most of the changes Tiffany and Conner had made, with the exception of expanding to fit their family, had been subterranean. A potential intruder would have to find it, before they could even begin to start unraveling the security measures that protected the Nest.
"Thanks, I was thinkin' 'bout the kinda stuff you like, an' I figgered you liked computers, so I thought I'd ice 'em to look like parts o' one." Originally she'd considered bringing along ice cream, but decided that it would probably melt along the way, even if she did pack it in ice.

She sighed and blew a strand of hair out of her face. "I 'ope so. You got this place locked up tight as a fortress, Willie." Looking around, the redhead was tempted to make a comment about how he should be enjoying himself on his birthday, rather than working. However, knowing Willie, this probably was fun for him. Turning her attention to her package, Robin grinned and popped the top. "I made ya some brownies. Hope ya like 'em." Inside, it was stuffed with brownies that had been iced to resemble supersized circuit boards. Mercifully, these had not been smeared or crushed during the flight over.

"Aww, thanks very much, sugar. Promise I’m not a model, though." Robin blushed slightly at that. No one had called her a model before; at least, no one without ulterior motives. "If you think I'm pretty, you should meet my Ma." Tiffany Kent was one of those women that had aged quite gracefully. If anyone in their house should be a model, she thought, it should be her.
"Wow, Harvard? Tha's impressive." Only thirteen and already planning a career path? This girl was certainly more on top of things than she'd been at that age, possibly even more together than she was now. At thirteen, the country girl had been mostly focussed on preventing her blossoming Kryptonian abilities from creating trouble for her. "So, would you and yer brother be runnin' the show together then? You said 'e works 'ere too, right?" The redhead followed after her. "Sure, we c'n go f'r coffee. Ya might wanna stick t' decaf, though. I hear caffeine stunts yer growth." Whether it was true or not, Robin didn't know, but there sure were a lot of people that said it.

" I dunno if you looked in a mirror lately, but you ain't such a bad lookin' guy yerself, Willie." Like a princess in an old fairytale, Willie Watt's beauty had blossomed in the time Robin had known him. If the wrestling thing did come to pass, surely there would be no shortage of people who'd love to watch the two of them take each other on. The only issue would be that she didn't have any method of recording it.
The redheaded man rolled his eyes, "Gee, I dunno, man. Look at her. She just looks like she'd be all kinds of fun, and not necessarily the family-friendly kind, neither." From the spot where his female self sat putting on her shoes, one of them sailed across the room, connecting with the back of his curly, moppish head.
"Jus' because you're repressed, an' wanna get busy with Carrie," and possibly herself, she added silently, that was a little odd. She wasn't that vain, was she? "Doesn't mean things 'r the same with Willie an' I. Got it?"

"Pfft, that's a fat load o' crap. No way you didn't get inta trouble when you were my age"
"Yeah, you wouldn't mind keeping that a secret, would you?"
"Not at all." Connie smiled "I did almost the same thing when I was your age."

Robin followed his aunt with his eyes. "Auntie? What're you doin'? Why did you tie me up?"
"These ropes are too tight." -Earth 11
"Just wait. It’ll be over soon enough." Connie replied casually, pulling them tighter

"Well, there ya go. If yer Dad says it, it mus' be true, right? I don' think you need to be tall as me. Bein' tall's not the same as bein' graceful." Robin gave the young girl a friendly grin, she could feel her staring.
"Yeah, it's a long ways from 'ere. She normally works from her office at home, bu' sometimes she hasta come out here an' do some stuff." She loved spending time with her mother. Tiffany was a busy woman, but she still took time for her family amidst her responsibilities.
"Nah, I finished school couple years ago. Now I work at the diner in town." If she were to do school, the next step would be college or university, but she really didn't have much desire for either, nor any idea what she'd study if she did. "Business school, huh? Are you gonna work at a place like this when ya grow up?"

"No schway. There was a gal from our school had the same thing happen to her. Definitely gave her quite the attitude when it came to gaming, apparently." He thought for a moment. "Nah, I think we went there a couple times, but the one we usually go to was called VR Room. It was closer to Carrie's place."
Robin could see the gears turning in her friend's head at the mention of wrestling. She rolled her eyes, boys will be boys, after all. Turning an amused glance to her male counterpart, she waited for him to take the bait. He, however, didn't seem to notice. He was too busy puffing out his chest at the look of admiration Willie had for the wrestling idea.
She had to stifle her laughter at the thought of Willie and her male self 'wrestling'. "Now that is somethin' I bet folks'd pay good money t' see," she teased. As much fun as she was sure he had with Carrie, fighting the male technopath probably wouldn't bring him the same joy...Or maybe it would, not like she'd judge him either way.
The male demi-Kryptonian gave the two others an unimpressed stare. "What makes you think I'd be the loser. If you wrestled girl-me there, you might even have some fun." There obviously wasn't the same kind of tension between the two of them on this earth, but that didn't mean that being so close to her obviously attractive figure wouldn't cause Willie to become  a little 'excited'.
