I need to Vent a little.

The universe is against me. I literally do not understand how so many things can go wrong in one day.

I don't want to get into details but what the actual fuck. I will have this guilt in my heart forever. guilt that no matter what I do to mend the situation, I will never not think about what happened. Even if it wasn't totally my fault. it feels like my fault.

I am so tired. I would really like to just have a little time. a chill little time. In some ways, I want to be left the fuck a lone. but also, I want to be with people I love and care about but also I am scared of hurting them. Doing irreparable damage. It has happened before. So many times. God, I need to go back to therapy but unfortunately I live in fucking America. fuck you America.

US people with disabilities in the supplemental security income (SSI) program can't have a penny over $2K in their bank account at any time in order to keep their benefits.

You know this economy. That amount is completely unlivable & makes it hard for people with disability to save for the future or have a safety net for emergencies.

A new bill would raise the max to $10K (or $20K for married couples). It would make a world of difference.

It's a lot healthier to go for a daily walk than to sign up for a gym membership you won't be using because you hate that kind of exercise. It's a lot healthier to eat a frozen meal than to skip a meal because you were too tired to cook something healthy. It's a lot healthier to take a quick shower than to procrastinate an elaborate routine for days. Don't aim so high that you won't be hitting anything!
