Lucas Errant Character design analysis

To start off with, Luca has the darkest skin in the cast, immediately visually othering him and having him stand out in that way (could also be part of the reason why Jin is harder on him due to inherit racism, espeshally among the upper class) he isnt the only forgein student but each of them does have something that makes them a obvious other (Lyca is a werewolf, Ed is a Vampire, Romeo is probably mixed Italian and Japanese)

He has a beaded belt on his dorm uniform. Beads are a symbol of protection. His stigma is a shield, so this makes sense. Spirituality and personal growth he has indicated that he has grown since becoming a ghoul due to the loss of his brother at the same time

One of the braided shoulder things is different. Being a visual signifier that he is a transfer student since its from his old uniform

Him wearing gloves adds to that upperclass untouchable feel that you can get, but it only covers part of his hands, signifying that he is willing to help out those around him and get his hands dirty with hard work. His gloves are also white compared to Tohmas black gloves and the black gloves of other characters. The gloves are worn by characters who work hard (with the exception of Edward but this could indicare that he did in his younger years), there is only one other character that wears white gloves in their uniform, and that is Yuri, someone else who was in Frosthime originally. White gloves signify a high level of service and care for the small details

His casual outfit does make me feel like he is ready for rain or will give someone he cares about his coat if they are cold since it is loose enough on him

Purple is the color that pops out looking at him since it's his eye color and attached to his swords. It's the color of royalty, luxury, wealth, mysticism, and pride.

Her outfit very much base on kyklos because why not? Oh and actually she is bleeding from the vines on the crown it just get covered by her own vines

I fail at drawing consistent fanart, featuring Rian being weirded out by Ren's salmon roe obsession. No complex eye details this time because I want to put details according to emotions. I both hate this one and like it. I guess that's just how life is.
