I don’t sleep anymore. It’s a mix of life at the moment. Also, trauma. Trauma has been surfacing for me. Relationship trauma, childhood trauma, just all of it. I watch the sun come up more often now and listen to the silence that used to freak me out. Now I notice birds chirping. I notice how my heart races when I think of something that hurts me currently or from the past. I notice this new me. I’m feeling every ounce of it.

I want it all to stop. I want any pain to go fuck itself. I want my expectations of others to chill. I want to be able to give out the same love I receive. I want to know I’m worthy of the love I give also. I want to lose my fear of relationships. I want to keep evolving. I want to keep forgiving. I want to stop all fantasies of how things could’ve been. I want to be respected. I want to respect. I want to let go. I want to listen to my gut when it’s screaming at me that whatever feeing isn’t being reciprocated. I want to treat people good. I want to be honest with myself. I want to keep pushing. I’m going to keep going. I’m not giving up. Even though some days, I fucking hate it here. And by here I mean earth.
