INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY

“Whatever the beautiful and bliss things are there in this world, were created half by men and half by women”-----this is a famous line of a Bengali poem NARI (WOMEN) written by the rebel poet KAZI NAJRUL ISLAM.  In Indian culture, since the earliest age, even before history began, women were considered a pious and wealth in society. They occupied great place in the society.  There are uncountable names in the annals of history from philosophers to writers. Khana Lilavati, of the ancient age, and Lila Majumder to Ashapurna Devi of the twentieth century are just few examples.  The EXTRICATION of human civilization depends upon the development of the women.
