11.23.17 Happy Thanksgiving! Trotting 5k dome. Time to eat all the food. What I’ve been up to for the past two weeks: Wrapped up my final build week at 70+ miles and finally got through all my student’s papers. So I’m two weeks out from Brazos Bend. Officially in taper mode.

11.12.17 Some warm up miles from this weekend. 20F Saturday- Delaware Canal Half 33F Sunday- Bucks County Marathon I stayed focused. I was resilient. And I snagged 1st place Female in the Bucky Challenge (Half + Full) “Fuck Yeah”- S. Flanagan

11.10.17 8 miles daily for the past 4 days. Nearly froze my fingers this morning, but I couldn’t resist taking a pic of the most light I’ve seen on the run this week. Daylight Savings time. Ugh. Looking forward to, but slightly nervous for this weekend’s races as it’s a planned full week without taper. Saturday half mary, then Sunday full mary. Endurance work.
