You know what should happen in Incredibles 2?
A familiar scene opens up before us with Frozone in his living room, clicking the button on the remote to bring out his super suit. As expected, it’s not there, and just as expected, he begins his legendary spiel.
“HoneEEEEY, WHERE’S M-” he’s cut off as his super suit is flung at his face from off screen.
There’s a cut and now you’re viewing a colorful feminine figure appearing in the hallway.
“I ain’t gonna let you go out without me this time.” Frozone’s wife says, in full superheroine garb, snapping her fingers to produce a few small electric sparks around her hands.

What should you do if you get your period while on duty??
Speaking from experience, change whenever you are downguard, tampons, avoid the catch pool if you can, wear shorts if your uniform allows them. Godspeed

Kids... Being a lifeguard makes me hate them
As long as they are not in my zone they are angels

I've been super nervous about my lifeguard certification pre-test,(it's giving me nightmares) because my freestyle isn't that good. Any way to improve it? I'd ask my lifeguard friend for help but he's tooo judgemental....
Honestly I was never a swimmer before I came a lifeguard, I watched youtube videos and now I have a pretty good freestyle. The only way to improve it is so ask other or to note on your own technique and self teach. Good luck in your test!!

So I recently found out that I'm not allowed to close the pool if it's so foggy that I can't see the bottom and I would like to ask if that's common?
I would talk to your supervisor yes but my pool never closed when it was foggy either, sorry :(

One of my favorite sunblocks is the Neeutrogena sense tics skin formula. It's 60+ SPF and works great on my easily but able self. The Neutrogena Clear Face is really good if you break out and burn easily (especially on your nose!!). It's my favorite sunblock duo

I was working the deep end and there was an autistic kid going off the diving board. he was deliberately jumping off towards the concrete and I tried yelling at him but he wouldn't stop. finally his mom came and got him. how can I stop him without getting off the chair?
Honesty there is not much you can do, I have gotten in trouble because I have gotten off my chair to help a kid who hurt his knee (keep in mind, it was right on the edge of the pool and noone was in my zone) If they want you to stay on the chair, sadly you have to. In this case I would just after the parent got him, alert them of the dangers of this and ask them to keep an eye on their kid. If it persist just bring it up with one of your head guards

Any advise for the written red cross test?
As long as you are studied up dont worry, it sounds worst than it is.

I start my very first day as a lifeguard tomorrow. I'm nervous but excited! I don't know what to expect at all. I don't know what they'll have me do.
Dont worry! (But do worry a little, it keeps you sane) The first day will not be your worst. As long as you are trained and have confidence in your ability (if you dont, fake it) you will be fine! Just ask questions to your managers and head lifeguards, its apart of their job. And its better to ask and know than to mess up later on

Study guide for Red Cross written test?
I couldn't find a full study guide from the RC themselves, also assuming this is a lifeguard test, but here are some helpful links:http://faculty.deanza.edu/donahuemary/HowtopassaRedCrosswrittentesthttps://quizlet.com/12649503/lifeguard-written-test-flash-cards/http://www.redcrossrefresher.com/firstaid/http://www.redcrossrefresher.com/http://www.watersafetyguy.org/documents/LG_studyguide.pdfhttps://quizlet.com/24292068/red-cross-lifeguarding-practice-test-flash-cards/http://streamlinehealth.com/red-cross-manuals-lifeguard-water-safety-instructor-wsi/
