Looks like dirt carrots but tastes great. Step 1. Raw carrot sticks + cinnamon in a tupperware.
Step 2. Shake.
Step 3. Dip in no-sugar peanut butter (better dipping experience)
Step 4. Enjoy.
Tried for first time today and it was super tasty & filling.
I devoured them and forgot to take pictures.

No-sugar Chocolate Chip Cookies
Middle of the night, right after work, I get a cookie craving.
I realize that I’m all out of sugar…and stores are too far away and I’m lazy closed.
What do I do? I look for a sugar-free recipe!
It’s pretty good, and doesn’t turn into cake, unlike many conventional recipes I’ve tried before. It’s not chewy, or super crisp. The best explanation I can give is that it’s a soft cookie, but crisp on the outside. It’s not very sweet, but I feel that doesn’t detract from the taste. Also, it doesn’t have a blatantly honey-like taste! I liked that.
Adapted from Sugar Free Recipes for portion size and my oven.
*This recipe is not vegan or vegetarian! It still has eggs, butter, and refined flour.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 egg
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup (4 oz) butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Makes around 15 medium-to-small size cookies.
Mix the dry ingredients sans chocolate chips (flour, baking soda and salt).
Mix the wet ingredients (butter, honey, egg, vanilla extract). Make sure to cube and cream the butter first! However, it’s not the end of the world if you don’t. It might look like this though:

but don’t worry. That will be fixed once you add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Use a spatula to mix it together until uniform. After that, fold in the chocolate chips.
The dough will be super sticky. This is normal. If you want a crisper cookie, add a bit more flour (about 1/8 cup tops).
Preheat the oven to 170 C.
Since it’s so sticky, it’s best to use two spatulas to gather small dollops of dough and put them on a cookie tray lined with baking sheets. The cookies will spread a bit, so space the cookies out sufficiently. Maybe about four centimeters apart.
Bake in the oven for around 11 minutes. Depending on the oven, it might be a little less, or a little more. Keep an eye on the cookies at around 10 minutes and increase or decrease as necessary. The cookies should be golden brown, maybe a little darker on the edges.
Enjoy!
