Evacuation Order Issued Amid Largest U.S. Wildfire Of 2025

Gifford Fire--link takes you to Cal Fire, California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.

Evacuation orders have been issued for the Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties.--link takes you to The Spun, a sports magazine but happened to report decent information about the wildfires in California.

The Gifford Fire is the main concern, firefighters are also worried about the Rosa Fire and the Gold Fire in Central California.

Vought Rising Adds Four Series Regulars To Cast

Jorden Myrie (Sherwood), Nicolò Pasetti (Bel Canto), Ricky Staffieri (The Bear) and Brian J. Smith (Sense8) are set as series regulars opposite Jensen Ackles and Aya Cash in The Boys‘ upcoming prequel Vought Rising. They join previously announced regulars Will Hochman and Elizabeth Posey in the Prime Video series. Details on their roles are being kept under wraps. Production is set to begin later this month.

Calling Castiel “autistic” is sincerely offensive to anyone who is autistic for one simple reason: he wasn’t autistic. His awkwardness with humanity, emotions, interactions, was all because Castiel wasn’t human. He never had human emotions. He was surprised to discover an erection from watching that pizza man porno. He learned and experienced things as time went on. That wasn’t being autistic; that was just being a whole other species!

When Castiel was depowered and human, he truly began to understand what it was like. I mean, come on, he even attributed learning to love humanity to the Winchesters. I guess he didn’t learn divine love from God (whoops; talk about failing as an angel).

We can’t even accurately call him gay because that 2 minute declaration to Dean was in fact very ambiguous. This isn’t me attempting gay erasure at all—this is the issue at hand. Castiel didn’t say “I’m in love with you, Dean”.

He said “I love you”, along with an explanation about learning to love.

In fact, according to general audience, many never saw Destiel. Even that love declaration was interpreted in a variety of ways.

This is why when it comes to media, you have to be explicit. Those claiming “bi Dean” cannot point to an actual male encounter. There was no obvious kiss on a man from Dean. There was no obvious Dean pulling a man into bed. There’s only “bi colors” and allusions.

It’s very much “Did you see the body?” No? Then it never happened.

I’ve learned this as a writer. Many use those loopholes.

And trying to apply human traits to a divine being nets failure. Castiel is a divine being. Angels have no gender, no sexuality, no orientation, no mental or physical disabilities.

I wish hellers would stop trying to do that.

As someone who is actually autistic, I absolutely loathe the way they call him that. Castiel is a celestial being in a humans body that he took over after testing a man's faith and had that man abandon his family.

I am so sick and tired of hellers in the fandom.

They're the most offensive people in the fandom, anon. I know plenty of people with autism, and they would punch you if you made that their identity. I never understand why they give him a disability.
