Undersea Conversion Mini-Set 🌊🐋🐚

A handful of objects, walls, and floors I've converted and recolored for my undersea hood.

Includes: Axolotl armchair, ACNH mermaid dining chair, ACNH mermaid floor lamp, ACNH mermaid wall clock, shell cushion, shell bassinet, glittery carpets, and fish scale walls.

Everything is functional, except for the clock (which I couldn't bother to animate) and the cushions. I lowered the polycount on all objects.

[TS2] JFade's Compressorizer - No Path Limit

If you've ever tried to compress your Downloads folder all at once with The Compressorizer you've probably hit the path size limit, triggering an error.

I made this hacked version of it that removes this limitation.

You can use it stand-alone, or extract the .zip into your original Compressorizer folder, replacing the files.

I've also renamed the "Recursive?" checkbox and relocated it to make its purpose clearer.

i have a lot of things i should really be doing which did NOT include making a bunch of recolors of one of my fave cc items so really this is the perfect time to make a bunch of recolors of one of my fave cc items :^) n what i chose to do was bienchen83's animated lizards & rodents cages!

i shall talk more about it n provide links under the cut!

so i loveeee these lizards n rodents sm !! i don't even use the lil womrat cage that comes with the pets expansion tbh ,, which is ironic bc i DO have recolors of that, n i couldnt find more recolors anywhere so i decided i shall make some! (there is a womrat cage in the set tho! i believe there's also a default replacement there too but also a custom version).

i used a few palettes: lack colors from michelle, luasims colors, ricardo colors from icad, n yeti colors from shastakiss (i didn't do whites or like the dark blacks--there's a white recolor provided but i just mashed the original white wood recolor together with the original white cage recolor if that makes sense, n there's already a dark black wood recolor available in the original download). i wanted to do anna colors too but i didn't use color actions (cries all over firealpaca) n got burnt out flipping between the blending modes n seeing the colors not being close enough for me to settle. maybe for the best bc...

all together there are ,, like 104 recolors bc leave it to me to get too carried away with something, i didn't realize i made that many until i was done lmaoo. they're separated into folders with the white recolor just chillin outside of them so you can just choose for yourself if you'd like! there's also pics of the color palettes included since i don't have any more spoons to get a full swatch on the mesh, n all files are named after both the palette n the color!

the meshes are NOT included, but the link to everything you need is right here on modthesims!! the master mesh is the squirrel cage so all the rest of the pet cages will pull these colors too :^)

i hope im not forgetting anything i'm tired n recovering from being sick i feel like everyone's getting sick in maryland. everyone please take care! n lmk if there's anything wrong!

Underwear for AM & EM using textures from M Hammer Killer's Sinner Rock Undies (fixed AF version + trans AM-EM conversion here).

The EM recolors can be either standalone or repo'd to AM.

They're on fully morphed Maxis meshes (ambodyunderwear & embodynaked) so no mesh is required. However, in the previews I used my default replacement for ambodyunderwear that you can find here. If you're not already using another default replacement for that mesh, I'd recommend getting it as makes a big difference on the fat morph (see comparison under the cut).

Pretty swimsuits and undies (some of them doubling as sleepwear) for TM, AM and EM. All go on one mesh per age group, either with blockfeet or sexyfeet. They have fat morphs, TM & AM also have preg morphs. Polycounts: blockfeet: 1,768 // sexyfeet: 6,346.

None of the textures are my original work, I just made some edits. Credits, full swatches and mesh details under the cut.

Meshes

So on the face of it it may not seem very complicated to FtM convert skin-tight textures. But actually there aren't many swimwear/underwear textures made for F sims that you can put straight onto M nude meshes and get a satisfactory result, because of the F/M mapping differences. The whole neck/shoulders/upper chest area is the most problematic (hello wonky straps and collars).

That's why I made new meshes instead of using the default Maxis nude ones.

They're almost 1-1 with the Maxis meshes in terms of the shape. EM is identical, AM and TM were given an edited fat morph (the fat+preg morph looks a lot less like a runny egg than on the Maxis AM mesh). The major difference is in the texture mapping and turned faces, which make the new meshes a much better match for F textures.

Ja's Alice Change Table & Crib Edited to Remove English Writing

These are great, low poly meshes for your broke Sims but almost all of the textures had words in English and that bugged me. I extracted the textures and removed any legible words. The meshes and all recolors are included, I cleaned up the filenames and compressed everything. The Alice set also has toddler toys for all 7 skills which are a great resource if you're looking to make new toddler toys, you can get them here

Besties Me and My Cat Set for The Sims 2

This took slightly bigger proportions than I intented.

Outfits for TM, AM & EM based on the Sentate 3-quarter sleeves mini dress mesh. All have fat morphs, TM & AM have preg morphs.

None of the textures are my own (credits under the cut). I edited all of them in various ways, most importantly to soften the boob shadowing/highlighting as much as I could since they were all made for F sims originally.

These boots were first paired with this dress by Pinketamine.

I gave elders a slightly different mesh with a longer dress, which still uses the same textures as adults and teens. The EM & TM recolors can be standalone or repo'd to AM.

Making new clothes for Apollo and that means we all win, woo!

First up! I put liliili-sims4's Oscar Hoodie on @platinumaspiration's First Fit meshes, and then I added @nuagelle's Simlish Adidas logo because I missed the cute logo on the original recolors.

I think they came out really well!

They're for TF-EF and TM-EM, set for Everyday, Athletic, and Outerwear, repo'd or standalone, the meshes re included, and everything's compresed.

a 'little' request that i fulfilled over on the simscord! @cinnamonsims' vera dress converted from ts4 to ts2, and paired with @trillyke's labyrinth stockings + @jius-sims' canvas platform sneakers! a beautiful dress for you to style your sims with 🥰

the outfit's entire polycount was close to 30k (criminal...), but i managed to cut it down to just 7346 polys. there's still some black spots remaining (largely visible on the shoes and straps in bodyshop, but otherwise i'm super proud of how everything came out! the dress is for tf-af only, tf is repo'd to af, and all morphs are included! it's categorised as everyday/formalwear.

THINGS TO NOTE

every single part of the body is a separate group. i did this because i wanted it to be easier to make recolors, but if that annoys you as a creator it should (theoretically) be possible to combine the dress, shoes, and socks groups together and layer the textures on one another, since they use the ts4 uv map.

expect some clipping/unclipping issues with the legs while walking. i did my best and it's not as visible as it used to be, but the legs can and will pop out from under the skirt.

LIP LINER (TS2)

i created this lip liner for the sims 2 cause we didn't have any!! here is how it works with a black lipstick and gloss, because it is layerable with lipsticks!! :
