The blonde just smiled at the two children but seeing Theo being scared for a second caused the blonde to nuzzle his head against his with a soft hushing, 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐚𝐝 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠.

When the child recovered, he looked at him and smiled proudly as he goes with him to search around, while The looks in the closet, he will look under the bed!

Says him as he does that, funing the treasure, but he didn't have strenght to take it from down there. So he gout out and talked with The to lend him a hand to take it out as Tily is 'fighting' with The Black Lum.

❝ Admiral Theo, please extract the treasure and tell us what is it ❞

The Black Lum returns the wink, showing that it was, in fact, Raymona in one of her disguises. Ramon could feel Theo tremble as he held Ramon's duck body close. For some reason, he was just frozen in fear at the sight.

The Black Lum then gave a fake, cackle like chuckle. She wasn't using any magic to conceal her voice, it was very obvious that she was using the voice like that on purpose. While Ramon chose the professional, Raymona chose the comically over-dramatic route. This seems to relax Theo though. Knowing it's just Raymona in a disguise and not an actual threat.

Raymona made a mental note on this. While Tily was able to tell the costumes were part of the game, it looks like they need to be a bit more unprofessional with the pretend for Theo. At least for now. She pulled out one of the foam swords from Tily's toy chest, arming it like a pirate's cutlass. Tily, runs for Raymona's dresser and grabs her mother's hairbrush, harnessing it like a weapon with Rayman perched on her head. The twins using their wings and shifting their weight to remain in place.

"I challenge you to a pirate's duel! Take that!"

Every time The Black Lum struck with her blade, she always made sure it taps the hairbrush rather than Rayman or Tily. The two begin their duel, Theo only watching with Ramon for a while, until Tily cries out.

"RUN THEO! GRAB THE TREASURE!"

"OKAY!"

Theo bolted past The Black Lum, placing Ramon down so he can help him search.

"Where do we look? I'll check the closet."

As Theo searched places like the closet or the shelves, Tily kept The Black Lum's focus on her by continuing their sword battle. Ramon could see a faint, blue glow from under the bed. It would be barely noticeable unless you were as close to the ground as he was in his current form.

Ramon as a dragon started to roar and growl his movements were like a real dragon tail whipping on the floor with strength as he advanced towards Red slowly, like he was going into hunting mode, inhaling and exhaling with power as he in one of his roars makes a movement to give Mona his phone, but still looking like a beast.

Inhaling deep, He tried to roar as much dangerously as possible, even little wires of saliva falling down his mouth making him look like even more hungry, like he wasn't fed for days, making him look more terrifying, he was hoping that they can trap him, but if he has to kill it's good too!.

But he tested the waters and closed his jaws close to the other, but stops when rayman tells him to, honestly? He was impressed! His brother was no actor? He was doing a paper of him pretty well, He was even happy, as his eyes lighted up at the soun of the voice and the gestures, he still needs a bit more of foul vocabulary. But he is giving him an A that's for sure!

"pssttt.... You are doing great! Keep pushing it! Give me orders. Quick!"

Raymona asks Ramon if she can borrow his phone to make the call. Meanwhile Rayman listens to his brother's plan.

"Wait, I don't have a spare set of your clothes. I don't know if I'll make it back in time before Red leaves to start his search."

"And we don't have enough time to go back home and prepare. Here, let me help with this one. I should still be able to cast illusion spells even in this state. Just hold still for a moment."

Raymona casts a spell on Rayman that gives him the appearance identical to his brother, right down to the pale shade to his blonde hair. He looks himself over, giving a "wow" of pure awe. He carefully climbed onto his brother's head once he changed form, and did as instructed. He was no professional actor, but there was one thing he was pretty good at, and that was shifting his voice. 

The portal began to close behind Red, showing no soldiers would be entering the glade yet. Did The Emperor trust them that much to get the job done? Rayman took a moment to get into character, and he manages to deepen his voice enough to sound like his brother.

"You're a long way from home, aren't you Red? Still think I'm some filthy alien freak? You're in my world now. A world full of creatures no humans like you have ever dealt with before.

Have you ever seen a real dragon, or do you only know of the ones written in books?"

Red gave a scoff, he did not seem impressed in the slightest as he stared down the dragon.

"You can't be serious. I bet this is just some animatronic. A robot."

"Oh I can assure you that this is no robot. This is a one hundred percent real, live, dragon. Do you want to stick around long enough to see if your suit can hold up to dragon's fire?"

Ramon enjoid the two weeks with his family, his heart felt much better, but of course the doubt was always there, 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 ����𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭? 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐢𝐦 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬...

He was for the most part relaxed, there is nothing to worry aboutm his family was always there to protect him and the glade so he was for them. But the day finally came, and the alert that the portal formed, and the coordinate of it... Then he saw who it was... 𝑅𝐸𝐷. 𝑇𝘩𝑒 𝐸𝑚𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑜𝑟 𝑠𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑡𝘩𝑒 𝑁𝑖𝑗𝑖 𝑠𝑖𝑥...

He knew Glyph magic so he had an advantage with that.He had to be smarter than them and that was no problem, more with red…

❝ Mona, call Bullfrog and tell him to talk with Hunter, tell him to take Theo away, Red is here... And he is a little bitch that believes that he is superior to everyone else... Rayman you with me... Dress up as me. I will turn into a dragon, you will be my 'owner'. Let's trap them. If they escape. Then the Emperor will send more solder from Eden. We must avoid them to return... and only kill if necessary. I am done with so much death and blood in my life... ❞

Says him as he uses the transformation glyph to turn into a dragon and keep himself lowered as he waits for Rayman to returns and helps him go up to his head before he starts to roar and try to bite the Eden soldiers.

The days pass since Ramon and Raymona saw what was to come at Kahli's scrying chamber. The spirit had tried to make those peaceful days worth it, spending time with her family and trying to make the most of that peace. Bullfrog offered to stay in The Glade, despite his desire to spy on The Emperor to keep an eye on his plans.

The two weeks have passed, and Ramon would get an alert from The Fairy Council. A portal was forming once more. Raymona goes with Ramon to meet with his brothers to inspect the site. The gateway to Eden had opened once more, and The Niji6 exit the portal, posing proudly as they step through.

"This place looks disgustingly sweet. Search everywhere. The Emperor's offering a large reward if we can bring The Hunter back. There's an extra bonus that I want to get personally."

The other members split up, leaving Red by himself. He pulls out a poster and inspects it. It was a wanted poster, and it shows a picture of Theo and an offer for a reward for his return.

"If I find you, I'll find that alien freak."

Ramon completed the trial, he did it! he made the first challenge and he was learning of the use of the enviroment with the help not only of the Falcon but Ly's too, when the Falcon landed on his shoulder, Ramon looked at them and smiled softly, he did just meet the bird and he loved them already!.

As he returns the affection given by his new friend, the blonde looked at Ly when she placed a hand on his chest, the feeling was strange, like there it was something that she was searching for...

Confusion was plastered in his face as she spoke, he had magic in him? But how so? He wasn't magical? Well, he was, but not in that same way as Mona or his parents, but Rayman was the same? And he said no?

❝ I want to learn... if it means I can protect the Glade without needing to kill anyone unless is the last option. Please Ly, teach me those things. How can I cast magic? I have never done it in my life... If I remember correctly?... ❞

He can't remember much still, but he has never done magic before, he was sure of it!, but he is willing to learn.

Ly watches with a smile, applauding the limbless when he completes the challenge. She calls him over, away from the hostile plants so they could sit beneath a tree to rest. The falcon lands on Ramon's shoulder, nuzzling their head into Ramon's cheek affectionately.

The wild one reaches a hand to his chest, placing it over his heart and closing her eyes for a moment. He could feel a strange feeling inside, like she was tapping into something. She pulls her hand away and the feeling fades. Ly crosses her legs in a meditative pose, She gathers some large leaves scattered around them into a small pile.

"I can detect the same small glimmer of magic inside you as your brother carries. What if I told you that I can teach you how to cast magic? I once offered Rayman the same lessons, but he politely declined. You don't need to cast it offensively. You can use it to enhance your senses or other abilities, heal yourself, bolster defenses, and light your way through darkness.

...But I can teach you more. I can teach you the lessons that my people refused to teach those outside of our kind. Observe:"

She stood back up, and her magic started to lift herself off the grould. her hair and tail flowed gently as magic encircled her. She began to change forms, taking on the form of a massive lioness.

Ramon was searching around going at the direction that he last saw Theo run to, but of course he was faster, smaller, more agile than him, the place was green too, making it difficult for him to search for him with his eyes alone. Everything seemed lost, he had to continue the search but where? He had no idea of what to do... He had no idea of where start the search. Sure he has been in the Glade for some time now, but the kid could camouflage with the enviroment perfectly for his scales color...

It was then he heard the scream that he looked towards that direction, so Tekkno an help them with his ultra sound, that was a help and a relief, and of course he started to follow the other, but with his surprise that The Hunter saw the child too, and he understand theo perfectly, his hate is deep into the Hunter, 𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐚 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭, 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬... Ramon couldn't watch more he jumped out his hiding place and tried to attack the Hunter, his Punches were different, stronger, as he got his powers back thanks to the training of Ly and the Silver lums.

❝ What's your goal kill the kid?! If you want to do that You have to kill me first! I always knew you were a beast! Heartless and souless! Hurting everything smaller than you For fun! You monster... ❞

The Blonde doesn't desist, trying to get the full attention of The Hunter to let Theo escape. Trying to hurt the high council member with all his strength, trying to get him to retreat and leave Theo alone! To take him in his place if needed.

Rayman falls back to return to Taylor's store in the event Theo returned. Raymona returns to Ramon's side, placing a hand onto his shoulder asking if he found any sign of Theo. Bullfrog joined them as well, but he looked heartbroken, a sign that he couldn't locate him either.

Then, they heard a loud, booming cry. Turning around they see Tekkno using studying the area from where he shouted, pointing a claw in that direction.

"Something is moving in that direction. I think it might be your son. Follow me!"

Tekkno began running down the path, Raymona and Bullfrog in hot pursuit. The brunette took her boyfriend's hand to guide him. Tekkno gave shouts, like he was using his voice as bats do with echolocation! Tekkno skids to a stop as Theo and another figure come into view. The child had run straight into The Hunter. The child was shaking like a leaf in the council member's presence. Tekkno saw Theo shaking, giving a small growl at the towering figure.

"2959-B, Where have you been? You told me you were going to forage. You lied to me again, didn't you? You went to see him again. Why else is he here and that big nosed woman with him? And is that... BULLFROG!?

I've warned you about hanging around those criminals!!!"

The Hunter grabs Theo's arm, causing the child to start squirming to try and get free. The Hunter hoists the child by his arm and carries him over to a section of the glade where hostile plants grew.

"NO! THOSE PLANTS WILL KILL HIM!!!"

He made a mistake... His father didn't let him in, he went inside like he owned the place... probably a scheme to get closer to their father and attack him... The blonde looked at his father before looked back at the Hunter with anger in his face, that single hybrid made him to fear him and the Emperor and hate them at the same time.

❝ How he etered freely and dad stoped the fight... I thought- I... I'm sorry... If I was the bounty I would fight him off that is what I have been doing escaping from him. He will have to kill me first And he knows I am very hard to kill... ❞

Is that an implication that he has been in altercates before? Yes, he killed the borads of directors he was named terrorist in there. But he did it... He killed that and that was something he didn't tell anybody. So Eden wanting his head could be possible, so for that he remained quiet for now, listening to his brother looking at the floor like a scolded child.

❝ I hate him too... He made comments of wanting to rip me open while I was working as the voice, I fear him also... he is strong and agile he can kill someone in seconds... I think he is truly heartless and souless has never seen him show any humanity! ❞

Says him back as he looks at the gate... He knows now that he can be in danger if he is on his list... and not only him but his family too, coming here was a mistake?... He dd just has seen his family back and he is scared to lose them for being stupid.

❝ Dad... I- I am sorry for getting heated up back there. I wanted to protect Rayman and the city. ❞

Rayman takes his brother's hand and stands up with his help. He takes a moment to breathe, clutching his chest.

"I'll be fine. Just need to wait for the pressure and pain to wear off."

The Mayor pointed his finger to the gates of Utopia, silently ordering The Hunter to leave. Even with his hair covering his eyes, Ramon could tell his father had a furious glare on his face. The Hunter gave a scoff before turning to leave. The hybrid turns his head back to them for a moment to look right at Ramon before finally leaving the city.

The Mayor returns to his sons' side and Rayman gave a low growl when his brother asked their father about allowing him in.

"No one allowed him in. He has a habit of just marching around here like he owns the place while trying to bring in wanted criminals. I've lost track of how many times I've had to confront him like this. He ignores the warnings, avoids the screening process.

Ales called because we weren't sure if he was here looking for bounties, or that bounty may have been you this time. Our relationship with Eden is a very rocky one. We've been getting hit with attacks that point to Eden, but we can never seem to gather enough evidence to confirm it's them. While The Hunter's more public with his actions, they tend to all point to his bounty hunting and they all get confirmed.

He was going to die in his eyes, he literally saw death at that instant that he saw the jaw open like that, 𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐰 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐞𝐲𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐲... 𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐢𝐞, and he tried his best, he just hoped that Lumlight wasn't looking this as he mumbled, in low voice.

But death never came as he saw Mr Dark saving his life with that attack, he was alive still....  𝘩𝑒 𝑠𝑎𝑣𝑒𝑑 𝘩𝑖𝑠 𝑙𝑖𝑓𝑒.

❝ You've saved me... thanks... Mr Dark. You savced us both today My daughter and me and I can't never thank you enough❞

Rayman was injured, very much so, when Raymesis helped him, he let out a little yelp of pain as he was lifted on his feet again, his face was bleeding, same with the body parts that were injured.

❝ We... are trying to help you, I promised your brother that I would save you... I Promised you... And I keep my word. ❞

And it was true, he won't stop until he reaches his goal, his promise... but that escalated quickly even for him as the father and the daughter discussed more... he was quiet, but he couldn't help but feel bad for Mr. Dark, being a father wasn't easy...

❝ W-we will find her eventually and save her... I promise you too... A-as father... I feel the despair... I would be devasted too in that situation... But I can't do much now, without me bleeding out. we need to think before find her again ❞

His voice showed the pain of his body, same with his slight limping

Demona lost her grip on Lumlight as Rayman threw himself against her. The nightmare limbless writhed, trying to free herself from beneath Rayman's weight. His daughter was free thanks to his quick actions.

The nightmare limbless shifted her weight, suddenly turning herself so she was now on top of him, his feet and hands became bound by dark tendrils. Her jaw began to unhinge and he could see her start to morph into a creature with the intent of devouring him.

A purple orb suddenly collides with Demona's face, causing an explosion that throws her off Rayman. Mr. Dark flies towards Demona and begins firing more spells at her to keep her at bay. Raymesis helps Rayman up and he can see Lumlight hiding in his dark doppleganger's hood. She was safe, but incredibly terrified.

"THAT IS ENOUGH! YOU HAVE CAUSED ENOUGH TROUBLE! STAND DOWN, NOW!!!"

"WHY ARE YOU ON THEIR SIDE!? AFTER EVERYTHING THEY'VE DONE!? TO OUR FAMILY, TO YOU, AND WHAT THEY PLAN TO DO TO ME!!! WHY!? DO YOU REALLY HATE ME THAT MUCH THAT YOU'D ALLOW THEM TO PURGE ME!?"

Mr. Dark hesitated. His yellow eyes fell to the ground. They held so much pain and hurt within them. He struggled to look Demona in the eyes when he rose his head.

"That pain caused to you was of my own mistakes. You know I don't trust the council either. I know what they are capable of. I know what's at stake for you. Please, just stop. Come home. Come home and let us help you."

Mr. Dark held his hands out, like he was offering her a hug. Demona's eyes looked toward his hands, then back to him. She shifts back into her limbless form and let out a cruel, cold cackle.

"After everything you've done to me, you think I'd just forget? You think I'd just waltz into your open arms and pretend that all the pain you and your little minion caused me never happened? All the times you threw me into a dark isolation chamber for days to try and keep me "in control?" The tranquilizers you let Ales inject into me to try to keep me calm? How about when you struck me?"

The figure froze. He stood there in complete silence before he rose his hand, he casts a spell that tried to encase her within a sphere, like when he had captured Betilla so many years ago. Demona dodges the attack and suddenly flees with a cackle. The dark magician slowly lands on the ground, just staring at the direction where she fled. He didn't move, didn't speak.

The blonde at see the other he tilted his head, then looked around as he saw that Raymona wasn't present, then everything started to make sense, that was Raymona right there and his expression shifted from confussion to a smile, but adding a frown thanks to his acting career that made it very believable that the other was an enemy, of course he winked at her to let her know that he had it under control.

❝ Team! Get ready to attack! The enemy has known our location, don't fall back! ❞

Says him as he allows Theo still holding him above his head, his wings still out streched as he flaped the a few times. Trying to keep his balance on top of the head of the kid.

❝ We must get the treasure! That's our goal! ❞

"I can get you aboard the Buccaneer. I hear tale there be a valuable treasure aboard! Admiral Razorbeard sent a trusted enforcer! We get past her, we get the treasure! Follow me, hearties!"

Little Lum began leading the way, Tily and Theo carrying their duck family members. He guides them to the bedroom shared by their parents. When they enter, they are greeted to a stranger! They were dressed in a fancy pirate hat with a feather, their clothes were black with gold embroidery. Their face was concealed with darkness, like Mr. Dark's. Tily and Theo both gasp in shock. Little Lum and Rayman seem more relaxed.

"Egads! Admiral Razorbeard sent The Black Lum to thwart our attempts at getting his treasure! En garde, fiend!"

Ramon lifted his weapon as he looked at his father approach like nothing was wrong was he trying to de-escalate the fight? He growled as he looks at the ground and then to the side, before he goes to help his brother to get up cleaning his clothes off with his hands.

❝ Are you okay, Rayman? are you injured? Why is that monster here? He did hurt me all those years, why did dad allowed him to enter? ❞

He had so much questions, but no responses, at least not yet. He waited patiently, giving a dirty look at The Hunter before he went for his father once everything was over.

❝ I don't understand... Did you know that they are coming here regularly to search for dad?! ❞

He was in shock if only for a bit, how was he expecting this? For him they were his abuser... Or one of them...

As the fight began to escalate, Ramon could hear his father's voice from behind them. He slowly approaches with a teensie dressed in purple and black.

"Woah now. Let's all take it easy. Something is amiss here and I think Rayman may not have noticed. You don't usually wander inside my city like this, Hunter. Not without a reason. A reason that normally seems to be valid in my eyes. I'll hear you out. Why have you come this time?"

The Hunter pulls his foot off Rayman, allowing the limbless to sit up and catch his breath. The towering hybrid slowly approaches The Mayor, being careful not to make any sudden movements. The Mayor stood his ground, even when he was face to face with Eden's most ruthless council member. The Hunter reaches into his satchel and pulls out a rolled up scroll, handing it to The Mayor. The leader of Utopia unrolls it and sees it's a poster of a wanted criminal from Eden. There is a high credit reward for anyone with information on the criminal, and for them to report to The Hunter if they have information to give.

"Had reports that they've been skittering around your city. I'm just here to do my job, not to cause trouble."

"That's fair, but you really need to go through the screening process, or for god's sake, just call my office! Your Emperor has my phone number!"

Rayman held his face when the other attacked him, the red vital liquid falling down his face as he didn't give up, for Raymona's sake, he didn't... He got in the fight again, his fist moving fast as he tried to punch Demona again in an attempt to free Raymesis from her.

when Rayman jumped into the fray to separate the two, Demona roared and slashed at the blonde as well. Lumlight begins fluttering around them.

"I can't find a safe opening! I- I can't do it!! I'll get hurt!"

She was forced to retreat back to her father. She avoided getting consumed by Demona and was safe with Rayman when the larger darkness creature approached. Raymesis stayed behind them, and they could hear the creature speak.

"I have had enough of this, Demona! HOW DARE YOU TRY AND CONSUME HIM! HE IS YOUR BROTHER!!!"

"YOU ALLOW HIM TO AID IN MY PURGING!?"

"SILENCE!!!

You will stand down and let that lum fuse with you. I will not tolerate disobedience from you again. Is that clear?"

Demona didn't respond. She stood there in silence.

"Very good."

The creature's form shifted, showing Mr. Dark once the shadows cleared. Raymesis runs over to him and hugs onto his blue cloak. He was shaking like a leaf as Mr. Dark scoops the limbless into his hold. Lumlight looks to Rayman anxiously before slowly flying over. She was often backing up like she was expecting Demona to attack her. She got close to her and began to back up to charge into her chest, but Demona suddenly grabs the lum mid-flight. Lumlight began screaming as the limbless of nightmare began to squeeze her fist tighter in an attempt to squish her.

"HELP ME, DADDY!!!"

Ramon returns the hugand went for Mona, returning to his feet and his breath calming down a bit, his hands caressing her hair softly, this two weeks will be hell on the Glade. From just coming for one person, that he wants to ask his apologies, to see almost the end of the world as they see it and know it

When they returned to the Glade, he listened to her cries and so he did cry too...

This was too much, he was scared... A human that can survive Jano, a Demi God. A Mortal... He was a mortal too and he has more life spawn and different durability than a human, how does that he survives? that? He would have never!

❝ I know how do you feel, honey... I know it. I am scared too... I fear that man he is a monster! ❞

His voice was booming like when he is angry, but showing high pitched little crackings. He was scared too, worried for everyone... His nightmare returned.

Kahli took notice of Ramon clutching his heart, and Raymona rushes to her beloved's side. Her eyes were wide asking if he was okay. When he fell to his "knee" and took one of the pills, Raymona cries out in pain as more cracks start to form on her spectral body, causing her to collapse. In response, Kahli immediately stops the scrying and the room returns to normal.

"I am so so sorry. I know this isn't easy to witness, and I know when something is too much to bear. Just know I will be here whenever you need council or guidance. I will help you in whatever way I can."

Kahli helps the two to their feet and allows them to go after offering them a hug. When they exit the scrying chamber, they find that Demona was no longer there. She had left, leaving no trace or clues to where she may have gone to. The couple leave the desert of the knaaren, and make their way back home. As they walk back into the glade, Raymona suddenly stops.

"Give me a minute, please."

Raymona walks out of view, but soon after Ramon could hear her crying. The cries were soft, like she was trying to force herself to not make so much noise.
