Team A: Sofía (she/her)

Sofía is a Hispanic 16 year old with tan skin and brown, puffy hair in two buns. She has one small section dyed a bright red, and (despite the fact I am just now realizing I forgot to put it in the Picrew) she wears heavy mascara and eyeshadow.

Her in-game outfit is a purple croptop with the words “BLANK” written across in a darker purple. She wears a navy zip-up hoodie open and “falling” off her shoulders in the same style as the Picrew (I’ll learn how to describe things one day I promise). She also wears high waisted ripped jeans, which have multiple colorful patches scattered on them (an image has been attached above).

Ability: Light Manipulation

When Gustaf announced that Hollow Games would be mandating the new players choose one of the seven new abilities that were being released, Sofía immediately started to panic, because Team A had chosen certain abilities carefully to work well with each other. After half of the new powers were taken by other players, she finally chose what she believed to be the one she would work with best; substituting her previous choice of fire for Light Manipulation (whatever that means…)

Team Role: Leader

Similar to Adam and Vanessa! She takes charge when the others don’t know where to go next, and in the real world was the main person strategizing what could happen during the game. (It was all for nothing, but she felt better, so her teammates didn’t stop her).

Her favorite color is red, more specifically #A70F42

Her biggest fears are spiders and the dark!

She’s the academically smartest of the group (that specification is important).

More information about her will be added as I progress through the au/story, since I do have more thoughts about the six new players than. Anything else.

Ooof I don’t know how I’m going to do this next part…

See I’m the person to meticulously plan out the map for the next game, create new characters and backstories that no one will ever see, and do a bunch of planning that lasts maybe three scenes. And then I get to the actual plot and it’s just “uh. The glitch was a problem. They want to figure out the. Problem. The glitch.”

Anyways I’ll be updating the intro post to include links to important posts, and I’ll introduce this season’s Team A and Team B!

So a few things that should probably be explained!

Based on what we saw of the champions in S2, I’m assuming Adam, Mira, and Kai won the fifth championship, meaning that Team B from S2 won the sixth, and that this is going to be the seventh.

For the purpose of this au, The Hollow Championship (that’s what I’m calling it, sorry I’m basic) went on a hiatus for three months, publicly to prepare a new update to the game, but really to see if they can fix the glitch.

In S1, we saw that apparently everything that happened was just within five hours. I went back and added all the minutes, and actually it was four hours, so they accounted for the times when the Team would be walking around. However, I still firmly believe that what occurred within the game would’ve felt like more than five hours, so I’m going to go based on that. So, to the kids in Hollow Life, the three months feels more like one. I will also say that my personal interpretation of when the virtual kids woke up the first time, it was when the sixth game first started, so the whole day passing before they enter the game makes more sense when you consider the time difference between Mira, and Adam and Kai.

Also, there will be Skeet moments from the real Skeet, if any of you were curious :D

Title is a WIP i promise.

Lines of Hair and Strands of Code is basically a post-season two au. It’s not really a “what could have happened in season three” because I doubt that’s the direction it would take, but we’ll see.

Adam, Mira, and Kai are settling back into their regular lives. But when word gets around to them that there was a second glitch in the most recent Hollow game, and that Hollow Studios is going on a hiatus, they take it upon themselves to figure out the truth.

Adam, Mira, Kai, Reeve, and Vanessa are getting used to Hollow Life, just appreciating their second chance at a normal life. However, when Adam starts acting weird one day, the others need to go back to the place they least want to see: the new Hollow round.
