Tips and Hints for Wearing Fascinators and Hairpieces
If your Fascinator has netting, once positioned you can adjust the way the netting sits by using bobby pins. Simply slip one over the edge of the netting where you want to adjust it, making sure you hide the bobby pin in your hair or under the Fascinator base so it can't be seen.
