I'm wondering if it would help to get a baby doll? Or something? And i would play pretend everyday with it, basic routine stuff. waking up and getting ready for the day, getting ready for bed. and take care of myself at the same time. and by taking care of the doll, i would form those habits

a lot of the times i dont change out of my pyjamas during the day and so i dont change my clothes at all. things like that. I would chamge the dolls clothes morning and night. I would tidy up the dolls bed and so i would tody my bed

If that makes sense? It could work? If its just me i forget to keep up very easy, and often dismiss my own health and hygiene due to depression and childhood neglect. But i could take care of a doll and give it better care than what i was given

I never had a bedtime routine when i was young. There was no structure. Just when it hits a certain time, I was told to go to bed. I've realised i still carry that habit. I think i want to work on having some sort of bedtime routine, i think it would be nice and soothing and help me feel better at nighttime

“ ugly ” regression

☆ it’s not talked enough in regression about the hard big angry feelings. It’s not always relaxing and playing

☆ I want to yell and cry

☆ Throw my toys and push you away

☆ I don’t understand how to process these big feelings

☆ I can’t verbalise what I want

☆ All I want to do is scream and tantrum

☆ Things aren’t going my way and I’m not spoiled for feeling that

☆ I wanna scribble all over my pretty drawing in a black crayon

☆ It’s okay to feel this way

☆ It’s okay to get those feelings out

also I'm really paranoid, and that's been made worse by recent irl events haha. I'm really sorry if I've ever said anything wrong or dumb or bad. I'm sorry if I've ever upset anyone. I both lash out and withdraw which isnt okay. I'm working on it

I think I've started to figure out how to self parent. which is handy while I'm feeling small, but also when I'm not, too. I'm still trying to figure it out, I'm not very good, but I am better at soothing myself, especially when I feel like a little kid whos upset and frustrated and scared. my regression is starting to feel a little less rough, a little less raw
