Vee has heelies built-in to her feet. Now, this WOULD make her so much faster... if they weren't also broken.

She lost a wheel some time after Gardenview closed, and is still trying to get used to being just slightly off-balance.

On the bright side, the remaining wheel is too rusted to turn, so at least she isn't constantly fighting to stay put on slightly uneven ground.
