L.B.L.
Request (by @spencers-bookworm): Hi! I seen you wanting requests so what about spencer x bau!reader were reader has a bad day at work and ends up hiding and regressing in a storage cupboard or something. Spencer comes and finds them, comforts them and takes them home to have some much needed caregiver and regressor time.
I also just want to say I love your blog so far and really appreciate what you're writing as I feel there's never enough x reader age regression fics.
Little!reader x CG!Spencer (+ BAU team + precinct people)
Summary: Your day goes horribly horribly wrong and Spencer has to intervene.
Genre: Hurt/Comfort (?)
Length: Around 1k
Nothing was going right. First, you spilled your coffee all over your white cotton shirt. Then, you found out that you forgot your go bag at home. Then, you had to borrow a shirt from Morgan because none of the ladies were in yet, and nor was Spencer, which was very embarrassing. And then, you got a stern scolding from Hotch for forgetting your go bag at home when you needed to immediately leave for an urgent case where even the briefing would happen on the plane. If that wasn’t bad enough, the other detectives and police officers at the precinct were picking on you whenever you were alone.
It was no surprise that you broke down. And it was especially no surprise to Spencer because he knew that you haven’t had the chance to regress in quite a while. So when he got back from the latest crime scene and Emily told him that you were in the storage closet because you needed some space, he knew he had to intervene.
You looked up with teary eyes and called out when you heard the door to the storage closet being turned, “I’ll be out in a second!”
“Sweetheart,” Spencer spoke, seeing as the closet was locked, ”can you let me in please?”
You sniffled as you thought for a second before shuffling forward to open the lock, letting Spencer open the door as you sat back, barely able to hold in your tears and sobs.
“Oh darling…” Spencer quickly locked the door behind him, sitting next to you and pulling you into his arms.
“Daddy…” Your voice cracked as you whispered before letting go and sobbing into Spencer’s chest, clinging to him.
Spencer shushed you lightly, letting you cry, and held you close. Once you calmed down to just sniffles, he pulled back a little to look at you, gently wiping the last of the tears away.
“Better?” Spencer whispered, prompting you to nod in response, not wanting to speak. “Come on, let’s get you to the hotel.”
You whined lightly at that, standing up with him. “Still have work…”
“Baby, I’ll talk to Hotch. We are taking an LBL.” Spencer unlocked the door, ignoring your whines and protests against taking the leave.
In your entire 2 years at the BAU, you have made sure to always be prepared and make sure to take regular regression breaks so that you don’t ever have to utilize a Little Breakdown Leave. To you, they are just embarrassing. These leaves are designed to help littles and caregivers take a leave from work in case the little has a breakdown before or at work. While you always tried to be nice and helpful to those at the office who have had to use them, you never really got over how it felt embarrassing for you to be having a breakdown.
Hotch was quick to approve it, letting Spencer drag you back to the car and to the hotel against your wishes to keep working.
“Why don’t you want to just take the leave? It doesn’t have to be embarrassing sweetheart.” Spencer held your hand softly as you sniffled at your protests being ignored.
“But it is! Especially when you are already considered dumb by others!” You exclaimed angrily. You didn’t want the detectives and police officers at the precinct to think that they were right about you not being able to work because you were a little.
“Excuse me?” Spencer looked surprised. “Who said you are dumb?”
“The detectives and the officers at the precinct…” You mumbled, already feeling worse at just thinking that. You didn’t notice Spencer clenching his jaw in anger as you looked out the window.
“Listen up baby.” You looked at Spencer with wide eyes, a little surprised by the stern tone. “Nobody, and I mean nobody has the right to call you dumb. You are smart, strong, brave, and everything that those stupid men aren’t. Just because you are a little, doesn’t mean that you aren’t all those things. You hear me?”
You nodded before realizing you needed to speak up, “Yes daddy…”
“You don’t get to do that either. You don’t get to talk down to my baby. Capiche?” Spencer glanced at you, holding your hand in a tight, comforting grip, making you smile.
“Yes daddy.”
Spencer kissed your cheek once he parked the car. “I love you, sweetie. Remember that and the fact that you are better than every single officer and detective we had in the precinct today.”
You smiled a little, feeling better but still not the best. But you knew that it would take time to get over their words. You were more sensitive than most littles in the bureau, so Spencer too knew that it would take some time before you felt confident again. He remembered the amount of time it took him and the team to get you out of your shell and see your confidence.
Spencer took you back to your room, helping you get a bath. An hour later, you were both comfortably cuddling on the bed, watching a movie as Spencer fed you mac and cheese with chicken nuggets and fries.
Having had the time to regress and recharge that night, you came into the precinct feeling much better than the day before. The pep talk you got from Spencer also helped you a lot with regaining your confidence, at least around your team.
It also seemed that Hotch must have had a talk with the detectives and officers as they didn’t make any more comments around you, whether you were alone or not. It didn’t take long for you to figure out where the others had been stuck the day prior and help solve the case on the very same day, proving to the detectives and officers just how valuable you actually were.
It was safe to say that you had much of your confidence back by the time you got on the jet to get back home.

Bring your little to work day
Request (by @eviebuggg): I wanted to request a CG!Hotch x little!reader where the reader comes along to work at the BAU with him (could be for the day, having being busy and bringing them along)! Meeting the other agents and all that ^^ maybe the reader takes an interest in wanting to see what he does (and they try to keep the gruesome pictures away lol!)
CG!Hotch x university!little!reader + BAU team
Summary: Hotch takes you to work with him.
Genre: Fluff (?)
Length: Around 1.5k
A/N: Loved the idea. Cannot say that I love the outcome. Y/N has been used. The reader is a university-going kid. Gender is unspecified.
Hotch had made a nice peaceful morning routine for you that you followed every morning. If you woke up with him, you would quietly follow him around as he made breakfast, otherwise he would wake you up after he made and ate the breakfast himself. This was followed by getting you and himself ready to leave the house. Usually, he would drop you off at your university on his way to work.
But not today. Today was different and you were buzzing with energy which also made the entire morning much more chaotic.
Today was bring your little to work day. This means, you would be going to the BAU with your daddy and you were so excited. Other than JJ being a little herself, who would be bringing her caregiver Will to work, only your Aunt Penny had a little, although he was away for work. So you and JJ were going to be the only littles in today.
“All right. That’s enough.” Hotch said with a stern look as he put the clothes in his hands back into the wardrobe. “If you can’t choose something, I will.”
“But daddy! You said I could choose!” You stomped your foot lightly, pouting at the stern look.
“Yes, but we have a time limit and you can’t seem to be able to choose anything.” Hotch gives you a pointed look, making you deflate a little. He sighs, “How about your favorite teddy hoodie and jeans?”
You nod quickly, “Yes please.”
Hotch kisses your forehead, making you smile, before helping you change.
“Alright, go wait downstairs.” Hotch nudges you towards the door before turning around to change himself. You flop on the couch as soon as you get to the living room, still sleepy from the late night you had because of assignments and studying for upcoming tests.
About 15 minutes later, you were leaving the parking garage of your apartment building, sitting next to Hotch for once as he drove. The ride was filled with music and singing, with Hotch joining in every once in a while on your insistence.
Hotch had to threaten you with the harness before he even parked the car as you tried to open the door before he was done parking the car. The threat did its job and you kept quiet and waited for your daddy to open the door for you.
However, as soon as you walked into the bullpen, you were running over to the group of agents standing around Spencer’s desk.
“Uncle Spencer! Uncle Morgan!” You squealed, just happy to be meeting everyone after weeks.
Spencer was quick to get out of the chair and pick you up before Derek even had a chance to do it. Both of them still grinned, showering you with compliments and questions about how you were doing. Emily and Penelope weren’t far behind, trying to take you away from the guys. But everyone stopped when they heard someone clear their throat, looking towards Hotch, who was standing there with his and your bag, a stern look on his face.
“Y/n.” That one word was enough for Spencer to put you down on your feet again and for you to look down and avoid eye contact. “What’s rule number one when leaving home?”
“No running away…” You mumble, still not looking up.
Hotch comes closer, lifting your chin to meet your gaze, “And what did you do as soon as the elevator doors opened?”
“Run off…” You sigh, knowing you might be in trouble, and for good reason.
“This is your final warning. If you run off or try to run off again, the harness is going on.” Hotch let go of your face, kissing your forehead as if it would soothe the stern tone of his warning. Not going to lie, it did.
“Yes, daddy.” You nod quickly, not wanting to get in trouble and especially not wanting the harness.
“Harness?” Derek asked, making you pout and hug your daddy, burying your face in his chest for comfort.
“Yeah, I got her one of those kids harness thingys. She kept running off whenever we were at the park and I just had enough.” Hotch shrugs, rubbing your back gently to help you stay calm.
“Ah…That’s a good idea. Although, considering you are using it as a threat means she doesn’t like it?” You heard Spencer.
“Not one bit.” You replied, burying your face further into Hotch’s chest, making him chuckle while the others laughed or smiled.
The rest of the morning was spent with the others working at their desks and you in Hotch’s office, helping him with delivering files when you were playing games on your phone or sitting in Hotch’s lap, just cuddling him.
Derek took you to McDonald’s to get lunch for everyone, and the entire ride was spent singing loudly. And after the amazing lunch, it was time for your nap time and you were quick to claim your daddy’s lap as your napping spot. Hotch couldn’t help but smile at this, loving the cuddles.
However, when you woke up, you were alone in his office, on the couch with a throw blanket covering you. A quick peek outside the window confirmed that the others were in the room with the round table. You took a moment to think about what to do before making your way to the room with the round table, using your blanket to cover you, wanting to see what their work was like.
You tried to be sneaky as you stood outside the room for a bit and tried to listen in but that failed soon enough for a couple of reasons. First, you couldn’t really understand much in your little mindset, and second, the door was opened by your daddy who was looking at you with a raised eyebrow.
“Hi daddy…” You gave Hotch the most innocent look you could muster, making him shake his head with the chuckle.
“No more eavesdropping little one.” Hotch says as he lets you in, guiding you to one of the chairs on the side of the room.
“Wanna see what you do daddy!” You wiggle, excited again.
“Yes, and you can sit there,” Hotch gave you a pointed look, making it clear you were to stay on the chair, “and listen to us discuss the case.”
“Okay!” You squeaked, wiggling a little in your seat.
The team proceeded to discuss the case, however, there was nothing on the big screen and everyone kept looking at their tablets while talking in more advanced vocabulary so you wouldn’t be able to keep up.
This made you frustrated about not understanding and curious about what they were looking at. You chose to stick to the curiosity as you slowly rolled your chair closer to the table, trying to peek at the tablets.
However, your plan failed as Hotch turned the tablet away at the last second, not letting you get a chance to see the tablet, making you whine before you saw the pointed look you were getting. You spent the rest of your time in that room facing the corner.
Thankfully, you were let out after the meeting ended and the others returned to their desks with Hotch taking you back to his office. However, you ended up in the bullpen after a bit as you got bored of staying in the office while Hotch was in an online meeting.
It didn’t take long for the bullpen to turn into chaos as you kept trying to look into files and the others kept taking them away, trying to keep the gruesome pictures away from your innocent gaze. It only stopped after Rossi came out of his office and threatened you with the corner and told your daddy on you, making you pout.
The rest of the work day was spent with you being entertained with different magic tricks that Spencer knew and trying to make a mug cake in the break room microwave with Derek and Emily. Penelope gave you a lollipop before she left to pick up her little one from the airport. JJ and Will left not long after Rossi stopped you from looking in files.
“Y/n. Spencer.” Hotch called out, stepping out of his office, and making the two of you look up. “Spencer, I’ve told you not to do those tricks here. That rocket thing could hurt someone.”
“Sorry Hotch.” Spencer shot Hotch with a sheepish smile.
“And Y/n, come on, you need to pack up your things so we can go home.” Hotch prompted, making you pout as you went up the step, dragging your feet.
You were all packed up and ready to go home in about 10 minutes, letting Hotch carry your bag as you went around the bullpen, giving goodbye hugs to everyone. Derek picked you up as you hugged him, turning away from Hotch.
“I’m kidnapping her Hotch!” Derek exclaimed, tickling you a little, making you squeal and giggle.
“Absolutely not. Give me my baby Derek.” Hotch spoke with a fake stern tone. “Before you end up having to do reports from everyone while we have a dinner at Rossi’s.”
Derek was quick to turn back around and put you to your feet near Hotch at the threat, making you giggle and the others laugh and encourage him to kidnap you.
After a few more hugs, you were back on your way home, falling asleep in the car with a single thought in mind.
Daddy’s work is so fun, I need to hang out there more.

Weekend Gone Wrong
caregiver!hotch x caregiver!spencer x caregiver!derek x little!fem!reader + little friends
Summary: This weekend has been in the making for two weeks. Two weeks of no regression and constant stress. Hopefully, nothing goes wrong.
Genre: Hurt/Comfort (?)
Length: 3.1k words
You shut your laptop with a sigh, exhausted, when you see a text from Derek that they were leaving the office. The last two weeks have been bad for you mentally, physically and emotionally. The guys haven’t had a chance to be home in the last almost three weeks due to back-to-back cases, you found out that your parents couldn’t pay for your university anymore because of which you have picked up more shifts and started another job while the guys were working and one of the courses you are taking this semester is kicking your butt. With the whirlwind that it has been over the last few weeks, you and the guys had decided to have this weekend off for everyone so all of you can catch up, relax and especially indulge in some much-needed little-caregiver time.
You were really looking forward to this and couldn’t wait for the guys to get home. Unfortunately, you still did have a little bit of waiting to do as they drove home. You decide to heat up the food you made for everyone, having had decided to wait for them to eat dinner together. Although, you didn’t think it would be past midnight by the time they got home. You didn’t mind though, since you hadn’t really realized the time anyway as you worked on some assignments. You also got yourself a glass of water, knowing the guys would inquire about water and food and quite frankly, you had not done a very good job in either department about looking after yourself.
You can’t help but smile as soon as you hear the door open, resisting your urge to run to them and jumping up and down like a kid in a candy store. But even if you did it, it was justified because this was better than a whole candy store. Okay, maybe not a whole candy store but definitely a trip to the candy store.
“Hey, princess.” Derek grinned as he pulled you into a hug after dropping his bag by the door, but you could see how tired he was as you hugged him.
“Darling…” Aaron pulled you out from Derek’s arms and into his, squeezing you tight before you pulled away and hugged Spencer, knowing he wouldn’t have spoken up.
“How was the trip back home? I have dinner heated up, we can eat and talk?” You say, turning around in Spencer’s arms.
“You,” Spencer kisses your cheek as Derek and Aaron smile at you before starting to move to the kitchen, “are the most amazing, beautiful, and caring girlfriend ever. I can’t believe we got this lucky.”
You giggle as you pull away from him, pulling him to the kitchen where the other two are already setting up and getting the food plated. “You’re only saying that because I’m feeding you.”
“Never!” All three chirp in, making everyone laugh.
Everyone stands around the kitchen counter, eating your home-cooked lasagna as you talked about anything and everything with each other, forgetting how tiring the last few weeks had been.
Well, that is until Derek’s phone rings, breaking the trance. Derek goes out to answer it, letting the three of you be.
“Hey guys,” Derek comes in, looking a little serious as he came back in after a few minutes, “it was Ace.”
You can see everyone turning serious at that, including yourself. Ace is one of the littles in your local community as somewhat of a friend. He is in a relationship with a caregiver, Jason, and another little, Jenny. The four of you have never liked Jason and have warned Ace and Jenny about the same but the two of them said that they loved Jason and were not willing to discuss it with any of you. That had drawn a drift between the friendship but you had made it clear that if they ever needed any of you, you were just a call away.
“What happened?” Aaron is the first to ask.
“Apparently, things have been going bad and they need to get out. Jenny is involuntarily regressing and Ace has been struggling. They need a place for a few days.”
“They are more than welcome here, they know that,” Spencer says, making Aaron nod in agreement.
“I just wanted to ask everyone if they are okay with this before I tell them that they can come over,” Derek said, looking at you for final approval.
“Of course, they can stay with us! They are our friends!” You speak up, not really thinking about what it would mean for the weekend you had planned.
A few hours later, a regressed Jenny was sleeping on your couch while Ace, you, and the guys went over how to best help the two. It was decided that it would be a regressed weekend for all three of us as Ace had been struggling a lot too.
You were none too happy about it as it meant that you would basically be having a little sleepover, something you have never done before.
After figuring out where everyone would be sleeping, Ace and you were sent to bed while the guys cleaned up and put Jenny to bed. You tried to wait up a little to see if one of the guys would come with you to kiss you goodnight but only got hugs and a nudge to get to bed, just like Ace. Thankfully, the exhaustion from your long shifts at your jobs helped put you to sleep almost immediately, reminding you that you needed to tell the guys that you had gotten a second job at some point.
The next morning was… horrible to say the least. You woke up with a migraine, probably a result of your lack of self-care over the last few weeks. Jenny seemed to be in baby space and kept crying loudly unless one of your caregivers was holding her. Ace was… like a way too energetic toddler, to put it nicely as he threw tantrum after tantrum, broke a bowl because it wasn’t the one he chose as it was your favorite, and wouldn’t eat anything the guys made until after they had made it.
All you wanted to do was stay in bed after realizing what the situation was downstairs. Unfortunately for you, the guys never allowed you to stay in bed past nine without a good reason. And with how annoyed, tired, and frustrated they were, you almost felt bad for Derek as he came into your room and almost yelled at you to get out of bed, not waiting to hear what you had to say as he was called back downstairs.
This weekend was supposed to be peaceful and relaxing for everyone and so far, it had been anything but. And it didn’t get any better as the day progressed. The guys were preoccupied with Ace and Jenny while you kept to yourself, studying in your room, after getting an unfair timeout because you didn’t want to give Ace your favorite stuffed bear after the way he had been so playing badly with your other toys. Yeah, being little was out of the question after that.
You knew that the guys were trying their best here and that Ace and Jenny deserved this regression time as much as you if not more but you couldn’t help but feel hurt and neglected. You were trying your best to be nice and welcoming but it was hard for you too and it felt like that wasn’t being acknowledged either. After the disastrous day, you hoped that tomorrow would be better as the guys came into the room to kiss you goodnight and read you a bedtime story with an apology about not being able to spend enough time with you like you had been planning.
“Plans don’t always work out. It’s okay.” You shrugged with a smile.
“You are way too understanding princess.” Aaron kissed your forehead again.
“Did you get any little relaxation time at all today?” Derek asked, making you shrug again, not wanting to make them feel bad.
“Had a lot of studying to do.” You bury your face in Aaron’s chest so you don’t have to look at them. “But I’m tired now. I’m sure you guys are too. Sleep?”
The guys murmured their agreement as the four of you went to bed for the night, Derek and Spencer giving you a few more kisses before letting you get to sleep with Aaron.
The next day did not turn out good either. You were out of groceries and the guys had decided that everyone would go to the supermarket together when you offered to be big and go get them. Clearly, they didn’t like the idea even remotely. But the disaster at the supermarket definitely made them regret their decision.
Ace was running around constantly while Jenny insisted that she wanted to be holding hands with two of the guys. You were doing pretty good and you could see how grateful the guys were for it as you helped them without a ruckus. However, the manager, who was also your manager after you started working there a couple weeks ago recognized you and was all too happy to chat with you, making the guys shoot you questioning looks. Then, as you used the employee discount during checkout, Aaron finally spoke up about it.
“Since when do you work here?” Aaron asked as he put the groceries in the bag while the others got ice cream from the truck outside. “You didn’t tell us you changed your job.”
“Um… yeah… We really need to talk ab-“ You were cut off when you heard a commotion outside, seeing Derek and Spencer trying to get Ace and a crying Jenny away from Jason.
“Shit.” Aaron quickly picked up the bags before starting to make his way out after making sure that you followed him.
Everyone quickly piled up in the car, getting on our way back home. The guys checked on Ace and Jenny before everyone fell silent. After sorting out the groceries at home, Ace, Jenny, and the guys talked in their office while I cooked dinner for everyone, wanting to get a distraction.
As everyone settled down for dinner, it was announced that Ace and Jenny were going to move in with Jenny’s parents for now and that it was their last night there. You also realized that the day was coming to an end… along with the weekend. Tomorrow, you would be getting back to work and classes while the guys would be going back to work too.
While you were glad to have been there for your friends, it hurt that the chance you had gotten to relax after weeks of loneliness and stress was gone, just like that. And that night, as the others decided to have a movie night per Jenny’s request, you left and cried yourself to sleep.
Waking up to an empty bed the next day didn’t help how you felt about the weekend as you got ready to leave for work, catching a glimpse of the others asleep in the living room as you left.
The next few days were a blur of you barely being home and the guys hounding you to try and talk to you. It wasn’t that you didn’t want to talk to them but you just didn’t have time anymore. You were quite literally spending the nights at the library as you stressed over the approaching midterms, you weren’t looking after your health, you were managing events for three different societies on campus and everything was just too much. It felt like there wasn’t enough time in the day to get everything done.
You weren't sure if it was a good thing that whenever you were home, the guys weren’t. You were somewhat grateful, not wanting to confront them. But at the same time, you were feeling lonely and guilty for not being there for the guys.
It wasn’t long before the guys put there foot down.
As you entered the home on Friday evening, if the chatter was anything to go by, you could tell they were all home. At 2 pm. Mhm-mhm. This was not good.
“In here!” You heard Derek yell out, making it certain that there was no running away from this.
You take your time, putting your things away before going to the kitchen where the guys were standing around the counter, snacking on some chips and popcorn.
“Hey darling.” Aaron gave you a side hug, kissing your forehead. “We need to talk.”
“Let me give her a hug first!” Derek exclaimed before coming to you and pulling you into a bear hug, making your eyes water. You didn’t realize how touch starved you were until now. You hugged him back tighter, trying to keep your tears at bay.
“Oh baby.” Derek hugs you tighter when he feels your tears wetting his shirt as you bury your face in his chest.
“Is she okay?” You hear Spencer whisper, before you pull away and nod, going to stand by him and giving him a side hug.
“I’m okay, just tired. And missed you guys.” You mumble as Spencer pulls you into a proper hug.
“Turn her around Spence.” You hear Aaron instruct Spencer as he turns you around in his arms while still hugging you from behind.
“Before we start this discussion, we need you to know that we love you and this is not about us breaking up with you so don’t even let your brain go there.” Aaron gave you a look, knowing you would go to the worst-case scenario first. You nodded before speaking up, “I love you guys.”
Spencer kissed you head while Derek and Aaron gave you a smile.
“Honey, you have been pushing us away lately.” Aaron started with a sad smile.
“And you are almost never home.” Derek adds pointedly.
“Yeah… about that… I kind of took up a second job…” You cringe a little as they give you a look.
“And you are telling us that now? When did you start?” Derek asks, eyebrows furrowed.
“Why did you even get another job to begin with?” Spencer asks and you can hear the confusion in his voice.
You sigh as you start to explain. “My parents won’t be paying for my university anymore. They have given me access to the loan but I want to try and not use much from it.”
“You should have told us princess.” Aaron looks at you with a softened expression.
“You know we can help right?” Spencer speaks up.
“We earn more than we need anyway. We can help you pay for university.” Derek adds.
“But I don’t want you to do that. You guys already let me live here rent free.” You protest.
“I own the house, of course I’m not going to let you pay rent.” Derek shakes his head.
“Yeah but still! I don’t want to make you pay for my university too!” You protest.
“Because you feel like you owe us?” Aaron asks softly, making you look down. You don’t want to hurt them but if something were to happen in the future, you didn’t want to feel like you owed them. And university wasn’t cheap.
“What if you earn it?” Spencer asks.
“What do you mean?” You tilt you head back to look up before Spencer pulls away and turns to around again so you can look at him easily.
“Well, you look after the house when we aren’t home which takes away the burden of getting a house sitter. You keep everything clean while we are gone too and help us with chores during other times. This way, we will be paying for the chores and house sitting you are doing for us.” Spencer explains while everyone listens intently, Aaron and Derek nodding along.
“That’s actually a good idea. We can even come up with a pay rate for it. And if we come back from somewhere and the house isn’t clean, then we can deduct from that pay.” Derek adds.
“I agree. Does that sound fair to you darling?” Aaron speaks up as you lean on the counter, biting your lip as you contemplate.
“I mean… yeah I guess that sounds fair. But I still don’t love it.” You bite your lip nervously before Spencer pulls it out, kissing you cheek softly.
“You can still keep doing one of your jobs. We just don’t want you to overwork yourself sweetheart.” Aaron gives you a soft smile, making you smile at them.
“Gosh, how did I get so lucky with you guys.” You think out loud.
“I think it might have a lot to do with your word vomit during your field trip at the bureau.” Spencer teases, making you blush as you are reminded of the first time you met.
“Okay, now that that is cleared up, you need to regress.” Derek says with a somewhat stern look.
“I need to email my manager and hand in my two week notice first. And I have a meeting with my drama society execs tonight. So… I don’t think today is a good idea.” You explain.
“Well, get the email to your manager done. After that, you are eating a snack and then taking a nap before your meeting.” Aaron directs you, making you smile at the instructions.
“After that, the rest of the weekend is ours and you are not getting out of regression this weekend. And we are also making you a regression schedule so you have scheduled relaxation times.” Derek adds.
“We will try to be there as much as we can, but if we aren’t then we will constantly be checking in over call.” Aaron says, leaning forward on the counter.
“We also need to apologize.” Spencer interrupts. “Last weekend, it was supposed to be our weekend. You were amazing through out the weekend even though we seemed to have neglected to look after you the way we had planned.”
“Spencer is right. We should have been more attentive towards you last weekend.” Aaron adds, nodding. “We are sorry honey.”
“Yeah, babygirl. We should have done a lot better. Forgive us?” Derek gives you a soft smile.
“Hmm…” You act like you are thinking. “Only if I get to stay up tonight.”
“Nope. You can have an extra scoop of ice cream but bed time isn’t budging.” Spencer said right away while Aaron and Derek nodded in agreement.
“Okay fine.” You pouted playfully but giggled as Aaron attacked you with tickles, trying to run away as Derek tried to save you and Spencer joined Aaron in trying to tickle you.
The rest of your night was the best one all week. Maybe things wouldn’t be so bad after all.

I'm working on a fic with little reader and caregiver Aaron, Derek and Spencer. It's definitely over 2k words. But it doesn't really have a lot of dialogues or anything. I'm not sure if I really like it or not. But lemme know if you guys want me to post it.
Here's a summary: You have been having the worst few weeks with the guys away for work, not getting a chance to regress at all. Your parents can't pay for uni anymore so you took another job while the guys are away without telling them and are working two jobs along with class and societies and stuff. You have a weekend of regression and relaxation planned with the guys but it ends up going South after a couple of your little friends need a place to stay and you can't seem to get a moment of reprieve. The guys don't seem to be able to do a lot about it and the weekend ends with you feeling hurt and alone. You end up not really talking and avoiding them the next few days as they get back to work and you go back to the horrible schedule you have had the last couple weeks. They confront you after a few days, comforting you about everything as everyone talks.

Scary Sweet
BAU x daddy! hotch x little!fem!reader
Summary : Reader loves her sweets and is not exactly keen on sharing them with others. Hotch doesn't know this but the others do.
Y/n was almost jumping with happiness when Hotch let her get an entire box of cookies while they were waiting to get on the jet at the airport after a long tiring case.
Everyone knew that y/n was Hotch's little and they usually spent the return flights with little y/n as you relaxed and played around.
Once on the plane, you were happily sat on your usual window seat with a movie and your cookies, draped in your favorite fluffy blanket while the others were scattered around with Hotch seated opposite to you and working on some paperwork.
About half way through the flight the Spencer, Morgan and Emily gathered around at the opposite end of the plane from you as they eyed your half-empty box of cookies.
"I really want one." Spencer pouted as he looked at you nibbling on your cookie with puppy eyes.
"Then go get one. " Emily shrugged as she eyes your cookies from the corner of her eyes.
"And if you come out alive, get us some too." Derek added as he unabashedly stared at your cookies.
"She will definitely let me have one but I'm not like you guys, " Spencer said with the fakest confidence. "I don't take kids' food. "
Derek and Emily scoffed at that. All of them know that if he even got the guts to ask you for one, you might just bite him. Like, literally. Derek learned it the hard way when Hotch had to stay back and Derek asked you for a piece of chocolate from the box you were carrying around. You bit his hand pretty hard and he had the marks even after the week-long case had ended.
They never dared to ask you for sweets ever again.
After some more time of them starring at the box of cookies, Emily sat up. "Okay, I'm going to ask for one. "
"If you get out alive, bring me one too. " Derek snorted.
"What's going on?" They turned to Hotch who had just got back from the kitchen area.
"Emily wants to try and ask y/n for a cookie. " Derek states with a snort while Spencer looks at him with his eyebrows raised.
"You do know what y/n is gonna do now that you just said that to Hotch right? " Spencer asks Derek with a raised eyebrow and giggles at the horrified expression on Derek's face and the confused one on Hotch.
"Explain." Hotch gives them a stern look, not understanding the situation.
"Derek, you should do this." Emily says as Spencer nods in agreement. Before he can protest, she explains that now that he is already gonna get it from you, why include them in the range of fire.
He sighs before explaining the situation to Hotch and how you had bitten him really hard. He also snitched about how scarily you had informed him that 'snitches get stitches' when he said he would tell on you, scaring him for life, along with the others.
By the end of the explanation, Hotch was already thinking about your punishment as he made his way back to you.
You looked up from your movie as your daddy took his seat again and shot him an innocent smile, unknowing of the trouble you were in. He asked you to take your headphones off and you did so after pausing your movie.
"Y/n, why don't you go share your cookies with the others, hmm?" Hotch asked, but you knew better. He was clearly not asking or suggesting but giving you an order in that form.
You looked down at your 5 remaining cookies and then at the others on the plane, who had mysteriously gone back to their places and were doing their own thing, before looking back at your daddy. You didn't want to share your cookies. They were yours.
You gave Hotch your best pout and puppy dog eyes, silently asking him not to make you give them away. However, after such a long time together, Hotch knew not to let them change his decision. He gave you a stern look before asking you to go and give everyone else a cookie.
You pouted but knew better than to argue after that look. You got up with a sigh and took your cookies over to the nearest person, who happened to be Spencer.
"Cookie? " You offered with the sweetest voice that made Hotch smile but he couldn't see the menacing look you were giving Spencer that made him give you a tight-lipped smile before refusing. You gave him a smile at that.
You loved Spencer to bits but there was no way you were about to let him have your sweets. They were yours and yours only. At least that is what you thought.
"Go ahead Spencer, take one. Y/n asked you so nicely, you can't say no to that. " Hotch said, raising an eyebrow at him because he knew Spencer wanted a cookie.
Derek and Emily giggled at Spencer's situation as you dared him to take a cookie while Hotch dared him not to take one. They were so glad to have taken a further seat from the cute couple.
Spencer gulped before deciding that it was better to listen to Hotch since he was the boss after all. He took a cookie, giving you a strained smile as he thanked you.
"Of course." You huff before turning back to your daddy, seeing him raise his eyebrow before pointing to the others on the plane.
You pouted, knowing there was no way out of this before making your way to Em, Derek, JJ, and Rossi. By the time you got back to your daddy, you only had one cookie left as Rossi had been sleeping. You give him your best puppy eyes, making him smile at your antics before inviting you to sit on his lap.
You are quick to follow his orders this time as you climb into his lap before snuggling into him. You look at him with the saddest puppy eyes as he takes your last cookie, before happily taking a bite when he feeds you the cookie.
As you cuddle into your daddy after finishing your last cookie, ready to fall asleep, he kisses your cheek before whispering into your ear.
"Sleep little one, I'll deal with your behavior when we get home."
