They weren't made by Del or Arthur, but instead, Dandy made them both after much trial and error.. they're mostly there to help the toons and make them comfy being who they are

People have been questioning why Kinger lost against Pomni and Jax when he probably has the best grip on circus AND gun use.

I think the answer is pretty simple.

Kinger, in his lucid state in the dark, just wanted to have fun with the kids. He wanted them to win. He willed the bullet he shot into hitting himself.

I also believe that Jax closed the door behind him because he wanted Kinger to be lucid. I'm sure he knows about that since Pomni probably mentioned it, and he had specifically mentioned the space under the desk in Pomni's President Adventure.

So yeah, dad Kinger loves his adopted kids and they love him back.

I imagine Astro is really good at taking care of the littles with sleeping problems... maybe Looey and Yatta would join these two, and they end up in a nap pile by the end of their story time pft
