Alternate Universe versions of Zak Saturday
Bad Ben version of Zak Saturday we may of already seen, Zak Monday. He came from an imperfect reflection of the main universe. Ever one from that world had one difference from there counter part.
Gwen 10 What-If version of Zak Saturday met Max Tennyson, his niece and nephew when doctor animal tried to steal some cryptids for there DNA. Ben admired how much Zak could do without tons of power and Gwen was jealous of the scientific equipment he had access to. Overtime Zak and Ben became like Brothers while Max became friends with Doc & Drew Saturday, becoming the Plumbers liaison with the secret scientists and having a very interesting conversation with Arthur Beeman.
Gweniverse version of Zak Saturday would meet Gwen when his family went up against Hex, covering up crushes for each other with argumentative behavior. Basically becoming Gwen's relationship equivalent to Ben & Kie Green.
Mad Ben version of Zak Saturday saw this world end and is helping a new one begin with the Utopia Project. After the apocalypse the Secret Scientists saw a chance to not only save people, but to build a new world. So they all worked together to make a settlement called Utopia, most of which is ran from behind the scenes by the Secret Scientists. The Saturdays actively head out into the wastelands to find survivors, threats & knowledge. Zak grew up quicker in this atmosphere, feeling more at home in his muddy orange clothes in The Wasteland then in the self sanitizing uniforms of the Utopia Project.
Benzarro's versions of Zak Saturday is protected by not only his family but the secret scientists. All of which are working on a cure for the zombie virus, testing on Fiskerton Saturday after he was bitten. Leading a more sheltered life Zack is more quiet and introverted, wearing predominantly white like the rest of the secret scientists. Regularly arguing that they should take in survivors no matter the risk and that he should be allowed to go out in the field to help his family and others.
No Watch Ben version of Zak Saturday never got the power of Kur, meaning his family didn't want to take him on as many missions due to the risks. Them saying he wasn't ready only made him train harder leading to more acrobatic and martial skills. He is slowly brought more into the fold as all of the secret scientists deal with the increase of alien activity on Earth. Meaning the entire Saturday family is off kilter as all of their cryptosoology knowledge is meaningless when you're up against something from outer space.
Nega Ben's version of Zak Saturday had a family that was too over protective. Firstly because of the powers of Kur and secondly the world was being overwhelmed by aliens that they had no knowledge of unlike the cryptid threats. So Zak was not allowed to join in on missions in any way but information gathering. He became well read on Cryptids but distant from his family and apathetic to the plates of Cryptids. Dressing mostly in black to match the macabre nature of his research and spending most of his time watching Weird World. Basically the inspiration for Nega Ben was emos, so inspiration for Nega Zak is goths.
Ben 23 version of Zak Saturday was born into a world where aliens were known to the public but Cryptids were not. Cryptids ended up being attacked being presumed to be aliens. So his parents had to come out the Shadows and reveal the existence of Cryptids in the most public way possible. They were the first of the secret scientists to take a public role before eventually the entire group did. Basically becoming the Steve Irwin's of the Cryptid community, meaning their family were constantly in the public eye. Zak grew up hafting to perform for the camera, using his Kur powers to show how safe Cryptids can be. He still grew up with a deep care for Cryptids, but also a growing resentment towards his parents leading him to act out using his powers. Realising how sheltered his life is he only wants to live a normal life out of the public eye. The inspiration for this was the inverse of Ben 23 wanting to be in the spotlight.

Alternate Universe versions of Albedo
Nega Ben's version of Albedo has a White color scheme and has watched as the bearer of the Omnitrix has done nothing to save the universe for years. Wanting to take back his creation and bring light to the universe by building a duplicate Omnitrix against Azmuth wishes. Ever be optimist he tried to convince Nega Ben they could work together to make the universe a better place before learning how futile that was the hard way.
Benzarro's versions of Albedo has a Yellow color scheme and is one of the primary scientists working alongside the Plumbers to cure the zombie virus. Realising the effect a zombie Omnitrix bearer could have on the wider universe he made himself into a duplicate of Ben. This was not only to find the cure for Ben himself, but so he could take samples from each of his transformations to try and make a cure for every alien race.
Ben 23 version of Albedo has an Orange color scheme and looked up to Azmuth. He did nothing to seek praise for his efforts in the Omnitrix's creation because Azmuth didn't seek any adulations, but did receive them nonetheless. So when Ben 23 an unworthy human not only got the Omnitrix, was being personally mentored by Azmuth and got praised by his entire planet Albedo couldn't take it anymore. He became a duplicate of Ben 23 seeking to replace him because he had everything he wanted, when this plan failed all he wanted was vengeance letting his jealousy define his life.
Gwen 10 What-If version of Albedo is completely loyal to Azmuth and believes Max Tennyson is the best person who could wield the Omnitrix. So when Azmuth's Father believes that his son has been kidnapped by the plumbers he asks Albedo to make him powerful enough to fight them. So he makes him into an imperfect duplicate of Max Tennyson, with a green color scheme. When the misunderstanding is resolved Azmuth goes on to scold his father and Albedo for there hasty actions.
No Watch Ben version of Albedo would have a Black color scheme and would never go through a transformation. After his multiple attempts to revive the Omnitrix project are rejected he begins a one-man campaign against Azmuth quickly resulting in his incarceration.
Mad Ben version of Albedo has a blue color scheme, watching the Omnitrix bearer do nothing but help themselves as the universe fell apart around them infuriated them. Breaking Galvan's new isolation policies he went out into the universe and duplicated beyond the tricks. He is now working with the plumbers to restore order across the universe while slowly making his way towards earth.
Gweniverse version of Albedo joined the military instead of going into the sciences. While Luhley joined the Sciences instead of going into the military, leading her to work on the creation of the Omnitrix. Following a similar path of jealousy after Gwen became its owner she made herself into a duplicate of her with an Orange color scheme.
Bad Ben version of Albedo has a White colour scheme and originally worked on the Omnitrix believing it could be used for good. After seeing how it was abused by its wielder he felt responsible for all of the damage caused. Making himself into a duplicate so he could try to stop bad Ben and go on to show the universe that piece is possible.

Alternate Universe versions of Rook Blonko
Nega Ben's version of Rook Blonko had never even heard of the Plumbers they were so overwhelmed by other catastrophes in the universe. Who he had heard of was Antonio leader of the biker gang that harassed their planet regularly. After one of the bikers pushed Rook a bit too far and he taught him a lesson Rook thought he would be a goner. Instead he had an offer to join the biker gang, taking it he rose up the ranks to become Antonio's number 2. A short power struggle lighter and he was the leader of the biker gang with a design similar to Fistrook.
Benzarro's versions of Rook Blonko became a Plumber not because he looked up to them, but because it was the only way to keep his planet safe. The plumbers were the only ones keeping up the planet isolation protocols to stop the virus spreading between planets. Only ever communicating with the Plumbers through video calls after the Academy, going on to be trained and becoming the prodigal son of Kundo.
No Watch Ben version of Rook Blonko still joined the plumbers but experienced a lot more hardships in his life. His planet had been invaded multiple times, the plumbers Academy he attended came under attack & his first deployment was on Earth. A planet that had so little defenses it was being overwhelmed by aliens of the worst kind. He basically went from the by the book rookie trope to the hardened veteran.
Ben 23 version of Rook Blonko wanted to join the Galactic Enforcers ever since he saw them save his planet. Every planet under their protection had to hold a tournament define a member of their species that could represent them on the team. Rook Blonko trained day and night to join them, Kundo objected and said he would never succeed. He went on to win, officially becoming a Galactic Enforcer and the most famous person on his planet. His new benefactors gave him technology that could increase his capabilities which he would come to over rely on. Kundo would remain within the law doing everything in his power to obstruct Rooks actions on the planet. Eventually gathering a group known as the True Traditionalists, causing Rook to actively go back to his planet less. Taking the opportunity to help the other galactic enforcers and see the universe. Is wandering ways meant he had protected millions of different planets at least once, leading him to become the face of the Galactic Enforcers. Eventually being sent on a mission to Earth where he met Ben 23, who had some experience with overcoming an ego.
Mad Ben version of Rook Blonko we have seen in the show as a member of Mad Ben's gang. Probably ending up stranded on Earth after enlisting in the plumbers shortly before this worlds apocalyptic events.
Bad Ben version of Rook Blonko wanting off his planet and possessing a very certain set of skills found a very profitable career as a Bounty Hunter. Not caring who he was working for as long as he was getting paid, originally going up against Bad Ben as a quarry before being paid enough by him to go after his original employers. Beginning a sort of friendship we're bad Ben would employ him as a bodyguard on occasion and Rook would inform him of bounties that could bring enough of a challenge to be interesting.
Gweniverse version of Rook Blonko was Ben's bunk mate in Plumber Academy. Rubbing each other the wrong way in the beginning, before learning from each other and gaining there buddy cop dynamic.
Gwen 10 What-If version of Rook Blonko looks up to Grampa Max & grows closer with him and Ben as a Plumber. Kundo believing Max worped Rooks mind went after him multiple times.

Alternate Universe versions of Hex
Nega Ben's version of Hex would a mass power without anyone to stop him, each artefact he obtains changing his body and mind more and more. Until becoming an outright monster, Charmcaster ultimately decided he needs help and trying to contact anyone in the magical community. Feeling betrayed he disappears from the world stage hiding and trying to amass enough power to finally take back The Realm of Magic, well charmcaster hunts for him and makes it her goal too free him from this self-imposed curse.
Benzarro's versions of Hex of course is more focused on necromancy. He protects survivors while trying to work on a permanent cure for Charmcaster. She was bitten near the beginning of the Outbreak and only hasn't fully turned due to tying necromantic spells to the most powerful artifacts.
Ben 23 version of Hex is called Vex and his niece is called Curse Caster (the name changes are in the same vein as Doctor Animo becoming Doctor Vegeto) both sharing a magician and assistant theme. They fought against Ben 23 quite a bit in his early career but we're easily overshadowed by his focus on aliens as his fame grew. They allowed themselves to fall from memory, Vex has gathered artefacts and Curse Caster has gathered allies. They lie in wait for the right moment to strike against him by ruining his reputation, destroying his corporate empire and getting their sweet revenge. In the mean time they do magic shows for hire.
No Watch Ben version of Hex kept trying to gain artefacts for power but was constantly thwarted by the Secret Saturdays. Charmcaster would start an on again off again relationship with Doyle Blackwell while Hex would team up with V.V. Argost on multiple occasions.
Mad Ben version of Hex Leads a group called The Charmcasters named after his late niece. Made up of various magicians and those willing to learn the techniques. With people seeking power anywhere they can and anyone being ostracized for any differences this group always has more members to go up against Mad Ben.
Gwen 10 What-If version of Hex was the most recurring human enemy of Max, who never stopped offering him a second chance. After seeing the path is niece charmcaster was going down he took it to give her a better life. He became good friends with Max and began teaching about magic at Plumbers Academy. Charmcaster still went down a bad path, but was less power hungry and more focused on retaking the Realm of Magic along with getting in occasional fights with Gwen to settle her old grudges.
Gweniverse version of Hex tried his best to care for his niece, but Charmcaster's constant defeats at the hands of Gwen drove her to madness. Disobeying Hex, going after more dangerous artefacts and siphoning power from him before outright betraying him. Looking for other magicians for allies and power before finding the Black Knights. Learning how little they truly knew about magic, she took control of them dubbing herself the Black Queen and began a mission to retake The Realm of Magic. Hex took Darkstar as his apprentice, joined with the Tennyson's to try and defeat his niece and was later targeted by the Forever Knights. Going on to teach Gwen the ways of magic in return for the protection of the plumbers.
Bad Ben version of Hex my be a hero using his powers to fight injustice, protect magical items and training his niece Charmcaster. An alternative is he could be a villain like in the main universe, therefore treated as competition by Bad Ben.

Alternate Universe versions of Forever Knights
Nega Ben's version of the Forever Knights fight back against a ever rising horde of aliens. With more and more people believing every day their ranks swell and the quality of their members falls. After the King's death in battle coos become commonplace, splinter factions enter and exit the fold regularly & the only thing that never changes is there hatred for all aliens.
Benzarro's versions of the Forever Knights blame aliens for the virus, using Benzarro's transformation as there evidence. They slay any alien they come across as their ranks grow with those simply seeking a way to survive.
Ben 23 version of the Forever Ninjas would be emboldened by that earth's hate for aliens spread by Ben 23, meaning more members. After Ben 23's change of heart however they would consider him a traitor to the human race and begin targeting him along with his company. Ultimately ending with the public turning against them when the Shogun put multiple human lives in peril to attack Ben 23.
No Watch Ben version of the Forever Knights are overwhelmed with the amount of alien threats coming to earth without Ben's intervention. So they try to grow in power through adapting more alien technology to match the threats and regularly fight against the plumbers.
Gweniverse version of the Forever Knights began looking into the dark arts as magical attacks on Gwen became more public. Starting a new branch called the Black Knights. Adding artifacts to their armor, blessings to themselves and curses to their enemies without fully understanding the powers at play. This left them open in a way they could not predict, Charmcaster used the second half of an artifact they had all melted into their armor to control them. Renaming herself the Black Queen and using this enchanted army to take back The Realm of Magic. After this the Forever Knights disowned this branch and added magic users to its list of enemies.
Gwen 10 What-If version of the Forever Knights we're more specifically targeted by the Plumbers due to Max having the Omnitrix and taking extreme offence by their actions. the King quickly learned to hate Max and it became mutual, leading to a one-sided arms race. Even as the Forever Knights were dismantled the king is still out there and is Max Tennyson's greatest enemy.
Mad Ben version of the Forever Knights believe the calamity came about do to there ancient alien enemy, making them more zealous than ever. The order becoming more esoteric while living a life permanently under attack warps their minds. Only accepting survivors into their order if they will accept it as a faith. Basically becoming this world's version of a Brotherhood of Steel.
Bad Ben version of the Forever Knights assuming everyone in this reality is morality swapped our genuinely a society of stoic nights fighting against the alien menace. The humble King fighting against the teenage hooligan who makes a pastime of tearing their organisational apart.

Alternate Universe versions of Rojo
Nega Ben's version of Rojo saw an alien in the desert one night and no one would believe her in the biker gang. Until she found those who didn't just believe her but wanted her to hunt it down all hush hush, with the money they were offering she couldn't refuse. After her success came offers from the Plumbers, Forever Knights and private interested parties, she quickly became an alien bounty hunter.
Ben 23 version of Rojo's biker gang we're not immune to the world changing when everyone became aware of aliens. The Underworld experienced an alien tech arms race & crime was forever changed. She was still a normal thug, it's just that every thug had at least a Ray Gun these days.
Mad Ben version of Rojo was more ready than most when the world ended, so her biker gang just expanded. Becoming the Rojo's a women's only scavenging party, they regularly drove through multiple territories leading to some runnins with Mad Ben.
Benzarro's version of Rojo uses her powers to lead a group of survivors across country, both out running the zombie threat and looking for a true safe haven. Her cruel nature would put her at odds with other groups of survivors. Making her like Negan from The Walking Dead.
No Watch Ben version of Rojo would live her normal life as a biker, probably going in and out of jail over the years.
Gwen 10 What-If version of Rojo went up against Max and quickly learned that her new powers were no match for his years of experience. So she used her Newfound powers to unite as many biker gangs as she could, empowering them and leading them against Max. All this left her with was a laundry list of ex bikers who blamed her for their failure and Azul taking the gang over.
Gweniverse version of Rojo would go up against Gwen and lose time and time again. So she would upgrade herself again and again using the help of Inspector 13, slowly losing her self amongst the upgrades. Eventually becoming the ruler of the Nullvoid before escaping. She would be a living lesson to Gweon of why you can't do it all on your own.
Bad Ben version of Rojo assuming everyone morality is swoped was a highway patrol officer when Vilgax gifts power to her, thinking to beat a human he needs a human. Being beaten by Bad Ben multiple times before finally deciding to share the burden, recruiting friends from law enforcement and starting The Rojo Rangers. Becoming a mix of Green Lantern & The Power Rangers.

Alternate Universe versions of Kai Green
Nega Ben's version of Kai Green grew up with no one believing her about seeing the alien, but she quickly found a community that would. She became an online Monster Hunter gaining a following, with no good Ben to defend this earth and The Secret Saturdays overwhelmed with aliens she can always find a few aliens or cryptids.
Benzarro's versions of Kai Green's people survived by going back to there roots, surviving using ambush tactics and old farming techniques. She quickly rose up to be their leader after Wes Green was bitten.
No Watch Ben version of Kai Green would still become an archaeologist specialising in alien cultures after her close encounter and grandfather's stories. Becoming embittered as early in her career she found proof of alien contact resulting in a Plumbers cover-up making her look like a fraudster.
Mad Ben version of Kai Green according to DJW is Dating Mad Ben. So she probably works as a lieutenant for him in return for her people's homelands being protected.
Ben 23 version of Kai Green would be an activist for foremost actively fighting for aliens along with indigenous peoples rights. Bringing her in contact with Ben 23 as he makes amends for how he treated aliens previously by trying to inform the world about them. Kai and Ben 23 are on the same side but more confrontational with each other than the enemy, him being more egotistical and her being more outspoken than the main universe counterparts.
Gweniverse version of Kai Green would still develop a crush on Ben, but would constantly but heads with Gwen. Over the years it becoming a more friendly rivalry of one upmanship and flaunting successes as Kai and Ben got closer.
Gwen 10 What-If version of Kai Green's archaeologist career path was nurtured even more so by Wes Green after he met an Omnitrix wielding Max Tennyson. Seeing him help and train his niece and nephew inspired him to take up archaeology with his granddaughter, becoming an unstoppable team in the world of Xenologists.
Bad Ben version of Kai Green wanted to become an archaeologist, but quickly learnt that was just another way for those empowered to steal from those who couldn't stop them. After seeing this happen again and again she finally decided to do something and began stealing artifacts from museums to return them to the cultures they belong to. Her criminal antics are what brought Bad Ben's attention to her, they begin and on again off again relationship because she is morally grey and he is morally pitch black.
