It is the world that we're living in, where sometimes people can easily judge you or something through social media based on a small fact, little information, untested validity from a curated image of reality, made up caption or exaggerated massage. In communication studies, that mediated part of information can leads to miss understanding of the reality. The worst thing is when someone uses that as a valid information, a fact, a picture of reality without questioning it first... Still in the same night... After laying outside on the sand, looking at the stars and finding the stars constellation we just browsed through the internet, we decided to play some card game inside the tent, it was a little late anyway (almost midnight). We played some game called "Jujurigan" and the looser has to drink a cup of cola from the baby size cola bottle we bought earlier before the trip (nobody wants to pee cause it's a long journey to the toilets). After finished some games we started to talk about things (non ghost talking) until the creepy thing happened. We heard a woman laughed outside the tent, "hi hi hi" (with a high pitch). We all heard it except @ransrani (it was pretty clear for the three of us). Spontaneously Fernandes said "EHHH..." with a little shocking face expression. "Yeah.. I heard it" said @Najma with more calm expression. I just nodded without any words came out from my mouth. I thought it wasn't a good time to talk about the "thing" outside right after it happened but my mind still staring to imagine all of those ghosty pictures I had in my memory. So we called it a night after that. No one talked about it after that until we're on the way home miles away from the beach. It was creepy but we still enjoy the beach in the morning then went home safely and even laughed about what happened. August 2017, Garut, West Java. #tb

Instead of staying in the hotel for just Rp. 100K, We chose to set a camp on the beach. It was one of the hottest (literally) night in my life. The sleeping bag was very useless and so was my wind proof jacket. We thought the wind would be such an evil but it tuned out to be something we really needed that night. The good thing was that we could see such a remarkable sky. It was a very clear yet starry sky with no moon on sight to disturb your view. It was so dark that you could see the Milky Way with your naked eyes, or some meteor shower if you're lucky (not that lucky cause we all saw them a couple of times anyway).
