Overall evaluation

This show and the proses leading up to it has bin fun and different for me as a person and as a actor I fell that Iv let a lot more people in and I have taken more ricks with my acting Abilities. I will emit that I was not expecting this proses to be a difficult as I throat it would be but thanks to the help of good directing and a cast of actor how can support you in enemy way they can. There was some moments were I Reilly did enjoy in this proses and I would like to bring them to light. The first thing I would like to discus in this proses is the matter of the films witch we watch and I got to emit that they did help me a lot with building my character for the show and for exploring new ways of finding out new things witch I could youse for the future. Another thing witch I would like to point out for this proses is the games witch we played to find are inner child so we could ones again go throw the mind of children and how they look at the world and other people one of the games witch I Reilly enjoyed was the lazier battle witch two teams would have a slow motion gun battle to the death I found it very Useful. I also remember the day were the company and the directors had a hole day were we just played games at first I throat that they did it just for the main fact of just having a fun but I soon resized that we were doing the games just for the main fact of have a child like character also on that note it was also interesting were we had made are own Palcontent gangs and were we just found radome objects witch we could youse for costume and I got to emit that I did enjoy it even a little to much for my liking.and the last thing I would like to point out is the grime brothers fairy tales witch I enjoyed very much well I like the fact the my group was not on the main story but the fact of us taking a story and putting it in are own way so it was nice to stand out. But the one thing I loved about this proses In general is that both directors on this proses has allowed us as a company work by are self and are ideas witch we had come up with was put in the show what I'm trying to say is that is that the directors have let us have the Opportunity to be ourselves as actors and as Individuals for that I have the most up right respect for them the last thing I would like to say that it was a honer and a Privilege to work with a group of actors how I'm Proud to call my peers.

Show evaluations

Opaning night Tonight was the opaning night to are show and there was a mixes feelings of emotion in the air but also a sense of excitement as well. I think that for a opening night it was good but there was some slit hick ups on the way the one witch I would like to point out is the crocodile which did mess up a bit and having to inpro a line were we could do it properly done but what we as a company must Realises that is the opening night and sometimes we have some hiccups so all we must do is get on with it and perform better. I think the strongest performance in our case was performed by Andy and jack I found the performance is very strong and very well performed and I found there Characters very enjoyable to watch. Also one more thing witch I would like to add is I found the opening with Steven and his polyhedra very Entertaining I think that Steven has found a very good character in the play and mad it his own 2end I found tonight was better then the previous night I fill that it was more then just a show but are best one yet the transitions was more sharper and more quicker but I fill that was more slower no the diolog with the actors so I fill that they need to show bait more conviction and a bit more speed with the texs. Yet again I fill that there was suction actor witch did stand out tonight and I fill they were Robert Steven and James I find that the treo are funny as hell and they put a smile on my face with a performance with a pinch of comedy and a spoon full of Physicality make a Brilliant team up. 3rd Tonight was good but we could have done a better performance then tonight evey thing was very sloppy and I did fill bait ashamed that we were more energised and I found it hard to here some of the character diolog so I think that they need more protection and more diction Especially for Betty I find it hard to understand her as she was mumbling her words and was just speeding them out so I fill that she needs to slow down her word and make them more cleaner for her self and the Audience members. 4th Tonight was better then the night before I fill that it was more fast past and more clearer then last night Performance I felt that it was more past and I felt that all performers had more of a presents on the stage as well but I did feel after today actions with one of the actors and that was a big let down not just for us but for are directors as well how look at us as Professionals but I fill that as soon as we were on stage we had to give it are best and we did better then expected so it was good knowing that we was a actor down but we was not out and I'm thankful to the directors who was there for not pulling are show and giving us the Opportunity to show that we can do a show no matter what happens to us Mater nays 1st The first mater nay was not as good as I expected to be I felt that it lack Foraging commitment not just one second year at first your actors as well I think that as it was a matinee people didn't expect it to be as good and wanted to say the energy for tonight You could so that it was a bad show by the lack of commitment and fellowship actors thinking that it wasn't going to be a big deal so I find it hard for first-year actors is committed as they are in matinees at the fact of the matter is still a shower and is still happy to perform to a high professional standard But I cannot say much myself the second year actors weren't as confident and has hearing is the first years We were alone this matinee was not the most successful of shows even if with the family fun to 12 people should show her conviction and more professionalism from all actors from all companies 2nd The second mesilate which was the nights are not our last show how shall I say morning was quite good and quite energised from the second year actors personalities were not as successful but we will four-minute in front of Robbie and Gavin which was a shame because it was such a good show and we didn't have an audience to perform in front of I found out the transitions were very sharp and suffice and I felt that is we had to pick up the energy from the first year actors are at the film that it was a faster than expected But I will point out once again it was a shame that there was no it's members to perform in front of only Gareth and Robbie so it was yet again I will repeat myself Ashamed that a good show. 6th After the shocking matinee which all the actors have to put up with you and so was much better and much more faster and seem to have more energy than the mater nay After all companies were very good and I felt that my company was more points and more focused than previous nights bats we did have a few hiccups such as transitions yet again and is also the facts of dialogue being less projected So I do think that actors even pounds individually should do vocal exercises to help them projects more and help them being heard not just for the audience safe but also for the other actors which are working alongside them. 8th The last show was upon us and there was excitement in the air one thing I will say go and pardon me if you find it a bit offensive but I don't think that it was a quite a show with bats at the end of the day we got a shell out only did the transitions weathered the actors were brilliant and addiction was the one thing that I found very disturbing was that it didn't feel like a good show to go out on I do feel ashamed that this is à la show not meaning that the play isn't good I just felt that the likely the phone wasn't at least I think it was a good show no matter what but I feel we could have done better as a company that I did have a sense of happiness knowing that I spent the last two years of my life with a company which I had the highest amount of respectful and the greatest honour to perform with. Tomorrow I will be putting it up my overall evaluation for it will take me time to put as much detail as I can I'm sorry but I'm finding it hard to put into words so if you could just be a little more patient I will be back to you tomorrow thank you very much

Thursday

Today was much better the i expected and was more productive as well I fell that after yesterday actions were not in the presents of the company today it was a fresh start and a clean slate. First thing I ended up doing was working with directors and fellow cast members on scene so I was needed to become Steve the steed witch I'm finding a much better understanding of the character and I do enjoy being the character for the main fact that I can Expand my skills as a actor by using physical theatre. Before we left for the day we ended up on the set to creat a Crocodile out of the Materials which were on set And after a lot of hard work and faults we had found a brilliant solution of making a joint crocodile at the materials which we had have got to say it was pretty impressive and shows that under a lots of work we as a company can make brilliant pieces of data for ourselves and four are captive audiences.

Wednesday

Today was very tiring and stress full but worth it well In the morning we as a company started out with a warm up and a vocal warm and the from ten o'clock to two o'clock we were on the set plotting and running scenes for the peace so nerves and excitement was in the air but it did not go as we'll as the directors expected to do I think the hope that we had got more work done and I think from being a company members point of view you could not tell that we were not on are A game and I think that we had less energy but I think as log as we work together as a company we will be Abel to perform a Really good play

Tuesday

Today was a more physical then I expected because we as a group was showing new ways witch could youse for in the entrances of he pal content witch now we have to involve acres in to all of the groups of the pal contents. After a lot of hard work and throat and a lot of ensemble power we had managed to make so good movements for the scene and I only hope that we as a company can do This as good as we did it today on the opening night and the nights to Come.

Monday

Today was a very up and don day for the company. First we did a stagger run thew on the hole peace and I've got to eh it for myself and as a company member is that we did a run thew but we did not for fill a true performances but there was elements of fun but non of eney child like characters from eney one including my self but I think it was lazy and less energised for people are tiered and find it hard to show conviction but I think no matter what evey the resign is and that this is are last show and we must do what we can't to make a good show and a good way to go out with a bang. But something I did find quite useful for me is that I was given a directors note that they like the way I am portraying Steve the steed and they find me funny and also like the way the I move the head and Iv found a good character. Latter in the afternoon we as a company was shown the set and Iv got to emit that it is. Rely good set and playing around on it was very fun and inspiring for all of the company I enjoyed the fact that I have never had a play day like that since I was a kid and I know it has give me moral for moving forward for are show

Thursday

Today was more productive for me as a blue company member for instead of standing at the side lines being told what to do I was up on my feet and giving my point and My perspective on what we should do and what we can do with the Physical pieces which we can show the directors so we confessing in our performance of the play and it went well and I'm starting to take some form of a Opinion for myself but there are some members of my group.

Wednesday

Today was yet another day were more Physical work was Required for our group to work on the same task we was ask for last time for that we did not take on the notes from the directors so we was going to try it again to work A new Entrance for the blue group and we ended up with a good Entrance but one of the best thing to about is that we have more ideas to work on it so we can expand from the last time we have done it. Also I'm the afternoon we work on a song with mark were we had the strangers Urge to start moving around like a war dances it seemed very tribal and very good. Latter that day I was working with James and Steven on are opening scene so it was Very funny and very entertaining to be wearing a big forces head and having James and my shoulders running around the white room like a steed yes I did say that It shows how good it was by changing my physicality and also the way I look at other characters are also known for playing all the characters I can finally play character which is not old but also who believes that he is an animal so it's quite funny and also quite interesting at the same time challenging But I'm going to live I am enjoying it and I find it extremely beneficial for myself as a person and as an actor to expand my physicality and to expand my skills as an actor.

Tuesday

Today was a difficult day for me not for the fact of working on the Physical piece of performance for I was put In the blue Palcontent group so in the morning I was working on combat witch I found very good and very Interested in this side of the peace of or I like the challenge. Latter in the afternoon we was working on the Physical side of play and I found my self getting very Frustrated with some members of my group For the main fact that they will not talk to me with the respect lives and then and also treating me as if I was an idiot Cannot find that hard to work some people in my group but I do have to work with them and I've been sure I'm grown up about it also professional I think what it is that they don't understand how rude that actually seems so if it does continue I would have to sell them and I'll see what happens.

Monday

Today was casting day but befor we got to finding out charicters we was ask by are directors to perform are 10 minutes pieces of ubu again but only we only had to Choose two scenes for are performances as we were being video recorded but are D.S.M to show that we have ideas to put in to are up and coming show. After the filming was done the casting was Announce to the company and I was happy that we finally got casted and I was very happy about my role as well I'm a written in part witch isa big change for me knowing that I as a person and as a actor I can find new things and I can find a character for my self witch I hope that I can bring something new and also something interesting for the directors and for Audience members to enjoy. Later that day I spent my time with Steven James and Robert just working on scenes witch I will be apart of and Iv also bin told that I may have some texts in the play so that would be nice Especially with the fact of working with James and Stephen as Treo also working with Robert is also A privilege to work with for I find the these three actors are people how I have a lot of respect for as actors and as people.

Today was a very interesting day for me and all of the members in the company.the thing what made today so Special was the work shop we had did with Ruth and it was a very interesting and very Productive for character building for the play.we had bin ask for to bring in something like a toy for a character witch we were meant to Study The character was meant to study was a child so I took on my new nephew Brandon And I've got to admit that I did into very easily and I found it very interesting to see a whole room of actors behaving like children and you can see the conviction in all of their faces and body movements even in their vocal patterns on all of the actors also I did fill a lot of Exhaustion walking around and acting like a child even when I set then I felt drained at the moment I was up I felt like I had adrenaline do anything secondly I did find the workshop very interesting and very workbook and it was very useful for me as an actor to perform in this play and find new ways of opening character.

Tuesday

Today was a productive day for the company but there was some bad times as well for me. So lets start off with the presentations witch I think went Reilly well and showed to the directors that are creosote for the play by the amount of Research we have Produced as are groups was very well throat out and very well presto tasted and show interest in it. Latter on in the afternoon we did a read thew of are Pease of ubu and it went well but there was a felling of confusion from my part for you see I looked up a character called menom but I found it hard to read and I'm sorry for writing this but I did fill a slit bit of humiliated but Bronagh but I do not fill no hatred to her for the main fact of She is not fully aware of my disabilities so I'm not taking it to Hart because I do have a lot of respect for her as a director and as a person so the only thing I could do is work as hard as I can on this script. Form reading the script I found it very confusing and wearied but all good thing come out of madness sometime. The after the read thew we watch a film were you had adult actors playing children it was a good form of reasurch for us for character building for what characters we may get in the play. Overall my thoarts are that we should be getting up on its feet and getting some rehearsing done for we have short amount of time to put this peace out.

Monday

Today was ok but I do think it was a good start of the week for getting the debrief of the Grimm story's out the way and it shows that we are ready to move one to the ubu play and also moving one to the presentation on the historical Side to the play and I'm very thankful that we was given more time to work up to a Professional standard for the directors so we can show them that we are ready to show them not just how we have moved on as Individuals but also as a group of young actors. And also I would like to take this time again to say sorry Again about to day behaviour with the scooter and the fighting sticks I was in the wrong and childish of me so if you do see this post and you do end up reading this post I'm just letting you know I am sorry and I hope that there is no hard feelings about today and let not make a big deal about it lets just keep Calm and carry on.

Overall evaluation of Grimm storey

Over all For This process I had never thought That I would be doing something like this even when I was joining late being the fact of doing drama school Auditions So joining late was a big deal but I'm appreciated that I was with such good people and a good Group I did get excited and Overwhelmed Doing a process like this one just for the main fact that we could play around and we can call it are own And we could show creativity in all of our work And also the fact that we was given freedom To do this work instead of being told what to do it in a long time since I've felt this and probably members in my group also think the same. I'd enjoy the fact of working with different people such as Mike I found that he can be Very useful very hard-working such as Sam Amelia Stephen and Caitlin Because the more I worked within the more hard work I've done. Also something Wish I found it very Helpful support we had from both directors I feel that when i working with them and can be a Individual And MyPoints can get across also working with no directors instead of the old ones is a fresh start a fresh point on viewing My career as an actor I'm not dancing my other directors deserve showing me great methods but I do believe that time changes in order in the change has worked out perfectly Also the fact that we can do things by ourselves and not of watchful eye over the directors. And pretty much one the last things which I do appreciate About this process Is that all the hard work we have accomplished we all end up showing are Pears All the hard work you've done and also are pears to show their hard work to us and Appreciate the work as actors and as individuals What we are capable of as a company.

Tuesday Today was just another day in Rehearsals We started again playing more games games which people seem to enjoy including myself and Ruth Davis really cool game which we've never played before called lazier death match It is we're you have two groups of people and you'd have to do a slow motion gun match to the death and I've got to admit that I had a lot of fun doing this game and it showed a lot more character building not just for myself but also from the fellow actors who I work with. Then shortly after we did some good improvisation Just a play around and also to make of imagination tomorrow I like doing These improvisations Because it still shows a matter of playing and also improving as oneself as an actor.

Wednesday

Today was the day that we were showing presentations in front of the directors and I've got to me I was pretty nervous but also at the same time excited for you see we found it really hard to find good evidence and research to perform and found it hard to put together a piece but At the end of the day we Ended off pulling a good piece of work for the rest of the company and also the directors They seem to have enjoyed it and also the rest of the company so after a long days work :Bronagh gave us a game to do and I got to Picnic that I really did enjoy myself and also found the funny side to people just by playing a game and having fun
