YOU CAN DO IT TOO!! 💗
7 pounds in 25 days. It might not seem like a huge number but 7 pounds took a lot of work. I changed my diet and I started working out a lot more. I got way more energy doing keto. I do weight lifting and some cardio about 3-6 days a week. 💪 I really don’t want excess skin so I’m not trying to lose weight that fast. I’m sure if I went way harder on lifting weights/cardio that I could be losing more but that’s just not healthy to do for your body and you could end up with premature wrinkles all over your body, 😩 including your face and excess baggy skin. I wouldn’t want to ever end up with saggy arm skin like I’ve seen some people have 😳

Keto Burger (tomato buns, pickles, banana peppers, kale and pepper jack cheese)
Cauliflower Mac & Cheese (egg, almond flour,salt for the batter, fry in olive oil/coconut oil and melt shredded mozzarella cheese with a little bit of butter)
It’s a lot of calories for one meal but I didn’t eat all day so I was trying to reach my calorie goal and this was so yummy 🤤

Trying keto for the first time seemed like it would be way harder to do when explained. I was eating over 100 carbs a day and I didn’t think eating 20 was possible but it was actually really easy and now it’s hard to get to 20! I’m so glad I tried keto because it got rid of my small bumps on my face. I’m not doing dirty keto. I don’t eat dairy everyday. I eat plenty of chia seeds, ground flaxseeds and shredded coconut to get plenty of fiber. I try to get 26 grams of fiber per day. If you don’t do this then you’re going to be constipated. I’ll be posting what I’ve been eating 🥰

I just got out of the 200’s today! This feels amazing. I know I could do it if I just put in the work. Remember to chew a little gum maybe even just half a stick, maybe you just want to chew on something while watching something and you’re not really hungry. Drink a little over 3L of water a day. I fill a 3L water bottle everyday.
