💔🇵🇸 My Daughter Was Born Under Bombs — I'm Just Trying to Keep Her Alive
My name is Abdulmajid.
I got married one month before the war. Those were beautiful days — full of hope, love, and simple dreams. I dreamed of a small home, a quiet family, and a baby girl I could hold without fear.
But the war came… Suddenly. Brutally.
My mother was killed. My brother was killed. Children in my family were taken by the bombs. My home was destroyed. And my work stopped completely.
Then… in the middle of this nightmare, my baby girl was born. A tiny soul, innocent, unaware of the war. She cries from hunger, from cold, from the sounds of bombs shaking what’s left of our walls.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Today, I’m a father with almost nothing… Fighting every day to find flour, milk, or even a small meal to feed my child.
Prices are sky-high — a single 25kg bag of flour can cost $800. There is no work. No income. No safety. No stability.
I write this from under siege, hoping my heart will reach yours.
Even $1 can make a difference. It can feed a child, buy milk, or bring a moment of peace. Be the heart that reaches Gaza. Be the hand that saves.
📌 Please share this post. Let our voices be heard — not buried under rubble.

From Under the Rubble... I Write My Story 🌿
I never thought I would write these words… 😔
I never imagined waking up to endless screams,
Running barefoot through smoke and fire,
Searching for my mother among the rubble,
Only to find nothing but silence… a heavy silence telling me that no one will answer me anymore. 💔
In one moment, everything changed.
Our home became a memory, my mother’s embrace became the past,
And my father's face, now absent, is the last thing I hold in my memory.
They’re gone… and left my heart burdened with unspoken grief. 😢
But despite everything, we are still here… trying.
I survived with my younger siblings.
Yes, we survived… but who are we after survival?
Children without warmth, without a roof, with no place to return to.
We were displaced to an unknown place, carrying a bag empty of everything… except pain. 🥀
We slept in the open, waking every morning to a life that holds nothing for us,
But despite everything… we keep trying. 💪
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I write to you today not to cry, but to ask for hope. 🌱
I ask you to be a small light in this vast darkness,
To extend a hand that can mend what the war has broken in us.
Your donation will give my siblings a chance to sleep safely,
It will provide us with food, shelter, and maybe even a new beginning. 💖
✅️Vetted by @gazavetters, my number verified on the list is ( #586 )✅️
Any amount, no matter how small, is big for us
It’s a prayer, it’s love, it’s life. 🌟
In conclusion...
From my heart, and from the hearts of my little siblings,
Thank you to everyone who has donated,
Thank you to everyone who has read,
Thank you to everyone who has shared.
You are the proof that goodness does not die, and that humanity has no boundaries. 💚

💔💔A new large-scale military operation by the army in Gaza aims to displace 800,000 people.💔💔
From the midst of famine come orders to evacuate.
Desperate girl cares for her brother who was shot in the head
I don't have money and we can't walk long distances because of extreme hunger.😭😭
We need hearts that feel for us and generous hands that support us with some money 🙏🙏
A very difficult night, we almost died 😭😭

🕊 Nadin’s Hope: A Mother, A Memory, A Future
Hello, my name is Nadin. I’m from Gaza. I’m a graphic design graduate, a wife—and now, a mother.
I finished my design studies just before the war began. I had dreams of starting a small studio, of creating art that told stories. I used to think about colors and fonts and the future.
Then, the war came. And the future became something we tried to hold onto, moment by moment.
On October 22, 2023, I learned I was pregnant when a missile destroyed my husband’s family home, killing 25 members—his mother, siblings, nieces and nephews—entire branches of our family in seconds.
We were displaced twice. Everything was gone—home, safety, routine, rest.
A few weeks later, I gave birth to our daughter. There was no crib, no celebration—not even stillness. But she arrived, quietly and beautifully. In her eyes I saw something I hadn’t felt in weeks: life that still wanted to grow.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Now, our days are shaped by decisions that could dismantle the future we are trying to build together.
Today, Israel’s government is discussing plans for a full military occupation of the Gaza Strip, including Gaza City and southern regions. The stated aim: to eliminate Hamas and later hand governing control to allied Arab forces—not Israel—but with no clear path to peace or normalcy.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The humanitarian fallout is devastating. More than 61,000 Palestinians have died in this war; hunger and malnutrition are rising sharply. Hospitals in north Gaza have shut down, and 193 people have now died of starvation, nearly half of them children.
Aid remains blocked, water is scarce, and many risk dying of hunger or disease long before future promises arrive.
We Don’t Know What Comes Next There’s no clear path forward—only uncertainty for our daughter’s life and our ability to survive another day.
How You Can Help I’m asking for support—not for comfort, but for survival:
Help us meet basic needs so we can breathe, heal, and preserve a world for our daughter.
Support us as I try to stand again on my own feet—even a glimmer of stability matters.
If you’ve read this far, thank you. If you can give—thank you. If you can’t—just sharing this post is a lifeline I will never forget.

After Paknokh was exposed as a Zionist Israeli, she posted two threads on X, deleting each one after when they didn’t get the response she was hoping for. Given some of her followers don’t have X and the amount of backtracking she’s done, I think it’s important to share said threads. Here is the first, I will reblog with the second thread as well.

ATTENTION TO THE MDZS FANDOM
It has come to my notice that @pakhnokh is an Israeli and a Zionist, who had always been a pro- Zionist. This was something I didn't know at all, and I have been in the MDZS fandom since 2023. I didn't know until very recently when people on twitter had started to call out on the person.
Probably some of you guys here already know, maybe you don't. I tried to gather as much information as possible about it.
Apparently pakhnokh's anti-palestinian stance dates all the way back to 2014. The screenshot below is from DeviantArt, where she talks positively about Operation Protective Edge
Tumblr media
I researched a bit on Operation Protective Edge, and what I found was not only ugly, but horrifying.
Tumblr media
This was immediately what popped up when i hit search
"2014 Gaza war, also known as Operation Protective Edge".
I then dived into a few reports by Amnesty International, ICRC, and IMEU (Institute of Middle East Understanding). I will link the reports below, and will also summarise what I found.
Operation Protective Edge killed more than 2000 Palestinians, 500 of whom were children. It was also a seven-week operation (Source: Amnesty International). Seven. Weeks. Meaning this operation, launched on June 8, 2014, lasted for almost 2 months. That's 2 months of killing and displacing Palestinians in Gaza. About 28% of the population were displaced during the Operation.
The report by IMEU also states that Israel had initiated the "Hannibal Directive" twice. For those who aren't aware of what this means, it is an extremely dangerous procedure by which the Israeli Forces "must stop (kidnapping) by all means, even at the price of striking and harming our own forces". Even Israeli people have condemned the military for this directive. All I can say is that the level of bloodlust the IOF possesses that even the idea that their own people may die in the crossfire doesn't stop them...
Amnesty had also described Operation Protective Edge as a military offensive. And this is what a military offensive means:
Tumblr media
And people still call them "Israeli Defensive Force".
All of this is to say that this was what pakhnokh spoke of so proudly in the first screenshot.
More screenshots of Pakhnokh being a Zionist:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Like? "If you tell a Palestinian - go back to Jordan or Egypt, he says - go back to Poland"??? The kind of sick joke is this?! I'm so disgusted.
And once again, praising the operation that killed 20000 Palestinians...
All of this summing up to - how have we, the fandom, allowed this monster of a person in, god forbid financially support her even, when all along she had wanted the death and destruction of an entire group of people, just like her country and her government and her rotten military???
How had we accepted a Zionist with open arms, made her popular, when we had also collectively come together to raise funds for Gaza in the year 2024 through various gachas, so that we could try to undo at least one small part of the damage this person had contributed to??
And how are we, despite everything, going to let her off the hook?!
I for one certainly won't!
I will call out pakhnokh, gods forbid it be toxic or whatever, because I am never going to let a Zionist exist in a fandom where the main character calls out against genocide.
And to the rest of the fandom...
Block. Report. Cancel your paetron subscriptions if you have one, and do not support pakhnokh on any platforms. Ignore her completely. Let all her engagements on all social media accounts drop to zero.
Compared to her sentiments on Zionism and ethnic cleansing, this is a very small punishment. But let pakhnokh never be welcomed into the MDZS fandom ever again.
(P.S. i will attach all links related to Operation Protective Edge and the threads from twitter which brought to light about who pakhnokh really is:

Hello friends, I’m Samer, and this is my family. We live in Gaza, where our suffering grows day by day due to the ongoing war. My wife Shorouk and I, along with our children Qusai, Eilin, and Hisham, are facing the heartbreaking reality of constant bombings and destruction that take innocent lives and leave many families in a state of loss. Every day, we witness more children and families falling victim to the relentless attacks, which deepens our pain.
We are also struggling to meet our children’s basic needs due to severe food shortages and skyrocketing prices. Despite all these challenges, we are still holding onto the hope of a better tomorrow, even as we live through these difficult days.
But we need your support now more than ever. Every donation, no matter how small, can make a real difference in our lives and the lives of many other families going through the same hardships. Let’s come together and extend a helping hand in these tough times, and offer them a chance to live with dignity and hope.

🇵🇸 Samer's story 🇵🇸
Tumblr media
"My friends, my name is Samer. I once had a home, a family, and a job. But due to this devastating war, I lost everything and now own nothing. Despite all this, I refused to let misfortune break my spirit. I decided to raise funds to help me and my family leave and start anew. I launched a fundraising campaign, but despite my tireless efforts, I couldn't gather the necessary funds due to banks refusing to transfer money.
However, I did not give up. I began another campaign, working tirelessly on it in the hope that I will achieve my goal. All of this is for a chance to begin again and to give my children a better future.
For the past year and a half, we have been living in extremely difficult conditions.
My children are suffering due to these circumstances.
We urgently need your help and support, no matter how small it may seem to you it makes a world of difference for my family.
Please support us with $5, $10, or any contribution you can offer. It will be deeply appreciated. To learn more about our struggles, follow the link to my campaign:"

With the news about the ceasefire at this time, please don’t forget the Palestinians that still need help to survive the aftermath of the siege, and all that they need to rebuilt.
Please don’t forget about Samer, Shorouq and their three children!
To all those who have never hesitated to share our suffering and continue to support us to this day, we extend our deepest gratitude and love. To everyone who has shown empathy for us during this war, from me and my little 👧daughter Eileen ❤️ thank you from the bottom of our hearts.💕
First, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you and share my message in a unique and beautiful way through my daughter Eileen, who woke up today to the joy 🎈 of hearing about the ceasefire. We are on the verge of ending this nightmare, as a ceasefire has been announced, and we hope for a final agreement soon.
We are immensely grateful to you, but we still desperately need your help. We are in the midst of a tough battle; our homes, businesses, and lives have been destroyed. We need your continued support to rebuild and rise again. Thanks to you and your donations, we are beginning to see a glimmer of hope.
We need your support, no matter how small it may seem to you, it will have a significant impact on my family.
Please consider helping with a donation of $5, $10, or any amount you can give. It will be deeply appreciated from the bottom of our hearts.

Honestly, I’m not asking for much. What would mean the world 🌎 to me and my family right now is simply a message from you—a kind question about how my family is doing or how my children are holding up. This small gesture of care is enough to remind us that we’re not forgotten.
Each of you, whether a well-known blogger or just starting out, has the power to make a meaningful difference. A simple question, a brief message, or even an acknowledgment of our struggles can have a great impact. Your kindness would not only lift my spirits but also bring warmth to my family, reminding us that we’re in your thoughts.
🌹Thank you 🙏 for being here, and please know that your concern, however small, has a profound effect on our lives. 🌹

I am Shorouq, a mother of three children: Qusai, 7 years old, Eileen, 5 years old, and Hisham, who is nearing his second birthday. I lived with my husband Samer in a beautiful home in northern Gaza, where our lives were filled with hope. Every corner of our home held precious memories, from our children’s laughter to the happy moments we shared as a family. But over a year ago, everything changed. The dream we built turned into an endless nightmare. We lost everything, and our journey of suffering and displacement began.
Tumblr media
On the night of October 10, 2023, after I had put my children to bed, the bombing grew closer. At exactly 1:30 AM, the threat came. We had to leave our home immediately. There was no time to think, 🤔 no time to gather anything. We carried our children 🧒 and fled into the dark, not knowing where to go, just trying to survive the relentless bombing. Our home, 🏠 mom 👩 which was once our safe haven, was partially destroyed and became uninhabitable. Along with it, all the beautiful memories we made were gone. We left with no food, no extra clothes, and none of the basic necessities for our children.
Tumblr media
We moved around for two weeks inside Gaza City, being displaced twice during that time, until we finally reached Rafah on October 20, 2023. There, a new chapter of our suffering began. We had no choice but to live in a small tent. ⛺️ As a mother, the hardest thing was seeing my children hungry and not being able to provide for them. No clean 🧼 water, no food 🍱 to sustain them, and the cold 🥶 wrapping around their small bodies.
Tumblr media
My son Qusai has had a heart ♥️ condition since birth, requiring several surgeries. In these circumstances, we can’t access the medical 🏥 care he needs, not even basic medicine. 💊 Every time I see him in pain, my heart breaks. How can I, as a mother, not provide safety and treatment for my child?👦
Tumblr media Tumblr media
My daughter Eileen, only five years old, has been deeply affected by the war. She was once a joyful 😀 and lively child, but now fear 😨 has taken over her small face. She no longer laughs like she used to, and she no longer dreams of the future. The war has stolen her childhood.
Tumblr media
On October 5, 2023, we were threatened again and forced to flee from Rafah to Deir al-Balah. This was our fifth displacement. We stayed there for two months, but even Deir al-Balah wasn’t safe. Once again, we packed our few belongings and headed to the town of Zawaida.
My youngest son, Hisham, who hasn’t yet turned two, is suffering from malnutrition. I cannot describe the feeling of looking at my baby, knowing he is hungry and not being able to provide him with the proper food. Prices for basic needs have skyrocketed, with even diapers costing $100. We were also living in constant fear of the polio outbreak, 😷 which was declared by the World Health Organization. 🏥 This added another layer of terror for us as a family, fearing for our children’s health, but thankfully, we managed to get them vaccinated just in time.
Tumblr media
For the second year in a row, my children 🧒 have not been able to attend school. 🏫 No education, no clear future. As a mother, I feel helpless, unable to give them the hope they deserve.
Tumblr media
We now live in a small tent ⛺️ where everything is cramped into one tiny space. The bathroom, 🚽 kitchen, and sleeping 🛌 area are all in one room. The war rages on, and we live between fear, hunger, and the cold.🥶
Tumblr media
Today, I ask for your help. As a mother, 🧑 all I want is to take my children to a safe place, where they can enjoy their childhood without fear or hunger. We need your support, as the cost of travel alone is $5,000💵per person for me and my husband, and $2,500 💵for each of our three children, bringing the total to $17,500, 💵just to cover the expenses required by travel companies to get us to safety.
Tumblr media
In addition to this, we need ongoing support to start a new life. We need your help to rent a home, continue my son Qusai’s medical treatment, and enroll my children in school so they can resume their education. My husband and I need the means to stand on our feet again, to rebuild our lives and give our children the future they deserve.
Please support us in this campaign so we can escape this suffering and provide a dignified life for my children, far from the destruction.
Help us give my children a chance at a new life.

My little daughter 🍉Eileen🍉, five years old, loves life and enjoys wearing beautiful dresses, playing, and having fun. She fills the world with her innocent laughter and simple joy. But the ongoing war has deprived her of this childhood happiness. We were forced to live in displacement tents, where the harsh and difficult conditions do not allow her to live a normal life. 🌺Eileen 🌺lives in fear and deprivation, missing safety, toys, and wide spaces to play. My only dream is to see Eileen return to her normal life, wearing her beautiful dresses and playing without fear or worry. My wish is for the war to end, and for Eileen and all our children to find a safe place to live in peace.🕊️

Qusai Aburas, a diligent and beloved child, always shows a spirit of perseverance and determination. He loves life and playing, and he is keen on making new friends, spreading warmth and joy to everyone around him.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
From the beginning of his life, Qusai faced significant health challenges. He suffers from heart problems, which required an open-heart surgery in his early years. The medical journey did not stop there, as he underwent two cardiac catheterization procedures and needs to have regular medical check-ups every six months to monitor his condition.
However, the circumstances of war turned Qusai’s life upside down. These difficult conditions added more challenges to the life of this perseverant child. As his father, I feel helpless in the face of these enormous challenges, and I hope with all my heart that my son’s condition does not worsen under these current circumstances.

Despite all the difficulties, Qusai remains a symbol of hope and courage. Seeing him continue to smile, play, and connect with his friends fills my heart with pride and hope.
