This is spoken truth. He told another asker "if you feed it, move it" and I took that straight to heart. I literally have been working my ass off to get healthy and I feel better than I ever have, truly is a gift to yourself.
My advice, buy his CD. I did at some show and I work out to it playing everyday. It makes the time go faster singing along to "Only Anally" and "Rupologize".... no lie...do it.
Willam, you're incredible. I mean, my mother and i cried A LOT with ms. Cherry Peck. Your talent is amazing. I really see you as a great adviser because you are a go-getter and so supportive! OK. I am fat, struggling with adhd and want to be a singer (or reach the TOP of the other career I love). Some tips, please? I wish you all the best, because success is all over your body, babe!!!
My advice is rather blunt- Get in shape. It’s the best gift you can give yourself. Stop eating processed crap. Cook. It’ll help you feel like you’re doing one thing for your career every day, y’know. Harder for people who aren’t cookie cutters to make so try your best to eliminate variables that could cause you not to book work IMHO. Every time you want to open the fridge or snack drawer, do some squats or crunches or some shit. Good luck.
