i frequently tell people that my favorite game is minesweeper (which may not be true all of the time but it is beloved to me), but they never seem to believe me until they see me actually play it whenever i have spare time and a laptop. like probably almost every person that has seen me play is genuinely surprised that i actually love it and am good at it. literally why would i lie about that. at least nobody knows how to play it so they're still impressed when they watch me get absolutely smoked in pvp
