iirc, prowl being in the combiner wars/luna-1 arc was just an editorial requirement. it was part of a toy tie in line event and prowl had to be in it and MTMTE was the comic that got handed him since he couldn't be in RiD.

How do you form the dialogues? Like whats the process behind it

You should know what the goal of the conversation is:

Unlock new knowledge? Be funny? Let the audience know something? Transition between scenes? Make a parallel? Reveal a part of a character's personality?

And, after that, I just try to get into the character's headspace and...repeat the conversation over and over until it sounds right and dynamic! Then just make some corrections, like, for example, if I'm writing Wingdings I have to look up ALL kinds of synonyms, because he uses big words... When writing Papyrus I ALWAYS need to rewrite it so it sounds more...Papyrus... he has a very unique way of speaking
