Regional, National and World Jump Rope Champion in SINGLE ROPE SPEED, POWER N' ENDURANCE ( 2005- 2013) Gold Medalist and Champion for the 2013+2015 Arnold Schwarzenegger Jump Rope Power Championship! I am a Professional Jumper, Competitor, Master Jump Rope Trainer and Coach of my new Jump Rope Team, Team SheRoes! I am creator/ owner of Lucie B' Jump N Fun Fitness, the F3G by Lucie B Girl Empowerment Brand and Author of "Big Bottom Blues'. I created the 1st Jump Rope Gym in New York (Woodmere and Baldwin (2008-2013). My goal was to create a beautiful gym where kids can learn the Art and Sport of Jump Rope! The main focus was Single Rope Cardio Speed N' Freestyle.I train kids in Summer Camps and hold special Girl Scout Workshops, Corporate, Library and PTA Jump Rope Fitness Events and Programs. I hold an M.D Degree along with 10years of Group Exercise Fitness experience; I've taught many Jump Rope Classes at Equinox, New York Health and Racquets, New York Sports Club and Bally Total Fitness. I have been featured in the New York Times, New York Newsday, Long Island Observer, IVillage, Disney Channel, Radio Disney,CBS, Fox 5, WB11, Channel 10/55 TV, Push Pause TV and many more! I have one Goal in mind: TO GET KIDS and OLDER ADULTS PHYSICALLY FIT N' FABULOUS VIA JUMP ROPING!
