I'm only going to talk about Hazbin if I feel like coming back. Helluva is just boring, I'm not going to be watching the last two seasons nor I'm going to be talking about the season one and two anymore. I never really cared that much about the series due to be a casual fan.

I'm no longer taking about Viv either unless it relates to Hazbin itself like her responses to the season one episode four backlash. Viv drama is just pointless like Viv is not going to change her online persona unless it hurts Amazon and A24's wallets. Unless it's serious and it happens in current year, I'm going to kept my mouth shut.

That eternal struggle of wanting female villains/anti-villains, but at the same time after witnessing some fans/stans already treating Lilith and Eve like crap/hate sink makes me protective of them.

I don't know how people feel about Sarcastic Chorus currently (personally I think he was somewhat misunderstood by both fans and haters) but he did make a good point about Helluva boss, that being the show's habit of soften the blow in all the conflicts/charactes. Why does this matter? Because I feel like that will happen with Lucifer. Sure we can have the narrative that he messed up, but it might get "softened" by a) every nice/good character comforting him and telling how it wasn't his fault b) make Lilith the manipulative bitch who convinced him to do it c) make Eve this awful bitch villain that causes majority of fandom ignore her tragic tale and his actions

Eve and especially Lilith haven’t even had a proper appearance and they already getting shat on by some of the fans/stans 🤣. This is the same fandom who couldn’t even handle Mimzy of all people ““interrupting”” Alastor and Lucifer’s pissing match and proceed to cut her out of said song in YouTube videos.

I like Sarcastic Chorus, he’s pretty cool and down to earth. But he is right about both Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel, Vivziepop and the writers soften said characters’ actions and conflicts making things underwhelming. Lucifer is already the Hazbin Hotel version of Stolas without getting into the whole Eden backstory.

Episode 1 (Overtune), Charlie’s monologue about Lucifer is very sympathetic. They already paint Heaven as cruel individuals who don’t understand Lucifer and his dreams. Even in episode 5, the “more than anything,” song the imagery depicts Heaven as monsters.

I remember the "Velvette is Vox and Val's daughter" stuff from the pilot days/before she was redesigned. Before the redesign, she was treated more like an immature teenager than an adult woman.

I vaguely understand why the fandom did it, since she looked like a cutesy doll and was purely the overlord of social media. But I honestly figured that her modern voice and appearance would deter people from that nowadays.

Also, it may just be me, but I remember people commenting how racist/infantilizing it felt for Velvette to be treated as the Vees' "daughter" after finding out she was a black woman in her thirties. Especially since no one was aware of what races Vox and Valentino were, so most assumed they were light-skinned and/or white.

Looking at Velvette’s old design and the non canon Instagram posts, it makes sense why she was portrayed as the immature child of the trio along with her as the daughter figure.

I don’t blame anyone for getting whiplash or criticizing Vivziepop after finding out that Velvette is a black woman in her 30s. Velvette’s taste in fashion still sucks booty cheeks till this day. Vivziepop, please hire an actual experienced artist who knows how to design good/decent clothes for her.

Hey, I use to be a fan of sai until the racism and her defending a pedo. The more I learn about her, the more I regret even watching her. Especially being transphobic by invalidating "it" pronouns like its harmless, who cares? Just shitting on enbies for no reason. And im even more pissed off with how people like her are just gonna let blackgryphon get away with it even though he still preyed on kids on deviantart.

I was never subscribed to her and I regret giving her views. I watched her first Lily video (or 2nd?) for background noise and don't remember a single thing from it (Hiding in Private's video is leagues better).

Anyone is allowed to go by any pronouns that fits them (as long as they're offensive). Non-binary people are allowed to go by it/itself, ze/zir, and even she/her and he/him. Not all enbies want to use they/them.

The whole situation with blackgryphon and people responses to it pisses me off. People use his asexuality saying that he can't be a predator. Someone's sexuality doesn't matter when it comes to grooming, it's is all about power and control. There's many examples I can use but I don't want this post to get too dark. Anyway, grooming is not always for sexual issues, different forms of it exist (organizational, financial, romantic, etc).

Gabe's comment to that girl on DeviantArt were weird and creepy. I was on dA during the time those screenshots (early 2010s) and calling teens 'baby' was not the norm either was 'babelet' (EW).

SU has its own writing issues but the music is truly is strongest aspect. Stronger than You will forever be iconic like it even cross into other fandoms (ie Undertale). The majority of Aivi & Surasshu's tracks are fire and I wish some of them were longer than 1-2 minutes like "Night Drive 2'", "Be Cool at the Club" and "No One Can Know" have my whole heart. "Love Like You" is nice to listen too as well, Rebecca's vocals are heavenly.

I am EDM stan like I love listening to EDM like a mad man. (EDM is more than just dubstep). I think EDM used included in Broadway like it is still a valid form of music.

in regards to Rebecca sugar, the one time she said anything negative towards Sugar was from an old art stream pre pilot era (you can probably find it but it’s archived and her streams are long) and it was moreso about the music, because Rebecca used a ukelele to write musicals and viv said she can’t do that because that not how you write musicals. Keep in mind Rebecca writes all her music, she wrote a lot song for AT and the SU movie so I think Rebecca knows what she’s doing. She is an amazing songwriter. Viv also has made it no secret how much she hates SU. I honestly think viv was mad that Rebecca sugar was the first queer person to make a popular queer children’s show before she did, and SU had a lasting effect. The impact SU left is still felt to this day, it was a one of kind show that had a lot of issues but you cannot deny it’s impact in queer culture, especially with kids. This should show how much of an issue the cultural inappropriation in the fandom is. The last time I heard about Mari (razztiram) is they are non-binary and go by they/them pronouns. I don't check Viv's Instagram but people claimed she takes photos with Mari so she must be supportive of her trans sibling.

what really upsets me is that Morgana totally invalidates other trans people who dot like viv because she’s a transphobic. Viv never addressed or took accountability about the transphobic things she said especially to past trans friends. You can’t deny the evidence thats so blatantly there, you can’t deny the testimony of ex trans employees who were misgendered numerous times to their faces. I don't know if you have the answer to this question, but if not and you want perspectives from folks who are bi, pan or any other identity for their attraction to multiple genders instead, no stress.

As someone who is bi adjected (my identity is all over the place. I have an aesthetic attraction to agender/nonbinary people who lean more androgynous and masculine and men. I just use gay as a catch all for myself), at these there's variety of the bi and pan characters when it comes to morality (for demon standards).

We got the bisexual characters are morality good like Charlie and Sir P. There's the ones who's morals lean more neutral like Cherry, Loona, Mooxie (like they are not bad people but do things that are seen as bad like murdering people for Loona and Mooxie's case) and we get to the ones who are morality evil and do fucked up shit like Vox.

Same goes for the pansexuals. Val is a sexual predator (morality evil) and Chaz was a sex pest in the making (chaotic neutral and a dickhead). We haven't seen enough of Barbie to say if she's good or bad rep. Bee, Ozzie, Husk and Lucifer are just alright.

Then we have Blitz who had a lot of partners before meeting Stolas. The show frames Blitz in a negative light because of this, yapped about that back in November of 2024.

Compared to the asexual characters, Via is the only morality good one while Al and Mammon are evil. There's no variety, my rep is a teenage girl who rightful as issues with her father, a racially insensitive character who is an abusive slave owner, and a fat guy who abuses his employees and is a bitchless loser who no one wants to fuck because he's fat and ugly. (Bee: 'You're just pissy nobody wants to fuck with a flaming pile of clown shit'/'Why don't you keep fucking yourself, ya big asshole' ).

My main issue is that all the m-spec characters are bi and pan. Many fandom headcanons for characters with unconfirm sexualities is always bi or pan. Shout to the polysexuals and omnisexuals out there, y'all get no rep in any form of media. 😔

It's also weird that shows have a binary view on bisexuality (can't really blame them, there's no non-binary characters). When someone says they're bisexual in real life, I don't automatically think they're attracted to men and woman. You can be bi and being attracted to woman and non-binary people for example. Call me naive but I hope one day a non-binary character will be apart of the cast in either shows. 🙏🏾Please Viv, I hope your worldview truly changed.

In my opinion, the instances 8-14 year old fans is the fault of the parents for not caring about what their children are watching especially when they show up at cons.

First of all, ignore users who say/do crazy outlandish shit and stop comparing them with users who have valid criticisms. That AntiHazbinHotel subreddit is giving anti groups/stamps you would find on deviantART in the 2010s like this sub. I know Hazbin like the back of my hand, people who criticize it have watched the show and actually was paying attention to the dialogue unlike the fans who go 'Look how sexy Alastor looks in this scene". This point is laughable because the fandom tends to watch critical reviews on Hazbin and label all of them as hate videos even though YouTubers that made those videos mentioned positive things and liking certain characters as well.

Being unprofessional must be a requirement for Spindlehorse. Hat_Teeth (Skye) is the Animation Director at Spindlehorse and a writer for both shows who is a HUGE Vox/Val shipper. She also said this too for no reason (Fans headcanoning Al as a biromantic asexual is fine in my books and I think Viv would be cool with it since she said she's somewhere on the ace spectrum).

I will forever find it odd how the Viv and people in her close circle interact with the fandom like they are also fans and not the higher ups. There's nothing wrong with interacting with the fandom but due to the most of the harassment fans faced from other fans is related into ships (Alastor is always the center of it), maybe just step back a little, keep the fandom at arms length, and disown any harassment over ships instead adding fuel to the already burning fire that has been burning since 2019.
