Originally, I wanted to make some sort of celebrational post as on the 14th of May, it was also my 2 year anniversary of Goldfish in a Bottle!

As expected, too busy to finish the artpiece in time, but you may have a wip of it! Untill I post the finished piece somewhere in the coming 6 months lmao 🧡💜

I just want you to know that my initial reaction to the notif of getting this, was me being slack-jawed for a good minute. And then I sent like 15 voice messages to my best friend of me screaming in joy.

I love, love your art AND the story you wrote along with it! I'm even saddened that you cut it off early. You got me invested! An au of my au! We are going wild with the timelines

The artist and writer in me are going crazy rn. I adore his bright and warm colours. And the fact that you followed my naming system!!

Me being the author, head canons accepted 😤 As you said, the only non-matching thing is the feather. As GiaB Simeon is, in fact, very human. Beyond the whole burning into a crisp and then recovering thing

HC for you AU, I'd like to imagine once they get closer (assumably much faster, as this Simeon doesn't seem too hell-bent on hating humans at first). Simeon would offer his longer feathers to his Lamb so he could braid it into their hair. Or if they're shorter plume feathers, bundle a bunch up so they could be made into earrings or a necklace. So there's always a splash of his feircy orange on them.

A take on @luckyfluffy-ccs giab au where Simeon is the main subject instead! I planned on doing leviathan(ily) art but I couldn't get Simeon out of my mind :(

I didn't mean to write a separate au in the description,it just magically appeared(I'm not a writer by any means but I had more which I cut off because now the description was just turning into a fanfict hahaz😭)

Simeon,a gentle soul who was wrongfully captured by the scientists of RID. They found him lying amidst a burnt forest where they deemed him the culprit for it's burning. Well...he was the reason, but it wasn't his fault a hunter had triggered his ignition by shooting him in the heart, plus even he didn't know he was capable of this. The scientists were taking note of his grey body and feathers only until another scientist was brave enough to uncover his true self. Underneath the ashes was sun-kissed skin and fiery orange feathers belonging to what seems to be a young adult ,but oh boy was he hot(literally).

Simeon was awoken to a damp towel being wiped gently across his face and the gaze of a pair of warm eyes. Cheeks warming up immediately when he finally came to his senses about what was going on , a beautiful stranger was wiping his face and the forest area around him prior was replaced with a cold dull cell room . The stranger flinched and pull their hand away immediately after the sudden rise of heat only to be met with confused cerulean teal eyes boring into their's. They didn't expect him to be awake so quickly, unsure on what he was going to do next, they backed away slowly to the cell door while still remaining eye contact. This made him more confused as he too also tried to back away only to bump into the wall behind him. Finally,The stranger started to speak uh plead.

"Hi..! Please don't kill me this is my first case. OhgodwhydidntiwaitforSolomon-"

"Hello! Do you know where am I?"

I REALLY LOVE GIAB!! and if you've reached thank you for reading my short prologue on subject phoenix simeon

(spoilers again but this time they're actual spoilers😞)This is also my hcs on the actual giab!:

-as a phoenix he burns scorchingly hot when he dies, even the surrounding area near him will match his temperature

-his heart is the warmest part of his body, even lamb starts sweating when they're on his chest for long periods of time but they don't seem to mind

-ashes will be aligned to be like a halo. In my au of giab the only difference is the singular feather remaining in the middle where he will reborn

I recently came across Goldfish in a Bottle, JUST caught up to chapter 50, and I am STUUUUNNED!!!! I'm speechless. I'm not crying I'm just allergic to incredible writing and also my heart has been put through a blender. Thanks for writing, and I am desperately awaiting the next chapter. I'm destroyed.

Sometimes i feel like I don't reiterate enough in my fic that Levi's large monster form is, well, LARGE.

Im working on a big mixed art piece right now. and even for me it sinks in that wow, that's quite the size difference /pos

I guess because i never gave him exact measurements, I've been a bit inconsistent with it 😩

he's able to swallow ships and drag down entire islands, but he blushes and hides under the water when his little human partner kisses his cheek and calls him "guppy"

Levi melts every time. Right to the bottom of the sea when you call him guppy!!!

It’s absolutely insane to anybody who happens to witness it.

You a little human; kissing Levi’s cheek, running a hand over his scales, while giggling out a silly little nickname and then The Leviathan, this terrifying sea monster, blushes (??? It’s a little hard to tell tbh but he is!!) splashing water as he dives away to hide. and you just sit there, still giggling to yourself and waiting for Levi to come back up.

Seeing just the top of Levi’s head and eyes break the water surface, just floating there a little ways out in the water watching you, still blushing as you call out “Guppy! Get over here!” and then he’s swimming over again. (Hopefully for more kisses XD)

And don’t get me started on calling his scales pretty!!!

So!! I did (my first) art study on the amazing artist @shootingstarrfish (<- check them out!!)

I wanted to try an artstyle completely different from mine, and I'd been a huge fan of their art. I thought it would be a cool way to challenge myself!

My first attempt at mimicking was the one on the left. Then I tried to mimic their style without my notes to see if I could make 'my' Levi in their style too! And then ofc the little goobers, the silly scrunklies too
