people are literally only saying this because she had a facelift or whatever and looks “good” again ie like a new born baby or whatever. like can you imagine anyone saying any of this if she was like off living her life, happy as can be, but gained weight or gasp looked older or not put together. they would be like “what happened to lindsay lohan 😭 this is so sad” like nobody actually cares about any of these women’s emotional well being or career or anything they just kind of reduce them to their looks in the same way that directly related to a lot of what harmed them so much in the first place as girls. like amanda bynes has made a ton of progress over the years, graduated school etc, but because she looks and acts “weird” (probably still dealing with active psychosis symptoms and the side affects of treatment for that which can be pretty intense and affect your affect and everything else) and gained weight (she’s probably on anti psychotics people. also so ironic that people commenting on her weight/her insecurities about her weight were what lead to her adderall abuse which is contributed to her mental health struggles!) and I mean don’t get me started on britney but it’s like how can people not understand they’re contributing to the same ideas that brought these women “down” or contributed to their abuse and personal issues in the first place when they do this?

a secret they dont tell you is that you dont need to have a set time and place for exercise. sure going to the gym is gonna give you a more dedicated workout but like if you're physically able to you can just jog on the spot while your food is cooking. brushing your teeth? do a couple of squats. sometimes i drop to the floor and plank until my arms hurt and then go on with my day. if you live a sedentary lifestyle its better than nothing.
