Weirdly Specific Things from Dreams
Okay, I was pondering this on the way home from work, so, which weirdly specific (or specifically weird) thing that tends to crop up my dreams have you also noticed in yours?
#the weirdest thing that tends to happen to me while dreaming is recurring dreams#for instance#i'll dream of something and then months or years later i will have the EXACT same dream#word for word#action for action#however the moment it feels familiar or i realize this has happened before or i realize this is was a dream once and therefore i'm dreaming#i'll wake up#there has only been one dream I have relived more than twice#however that one changes everytime but manages to pick up from the last#this is dumb but in the dream I was luigi in Mario 64 DS castle#and i phased through the moat after you lower the water in the basement#and there was a secret area that looked like the bunny room with a cage in the middle#i put on a mario hat and go through a labyrinth with super tight jumps and platforms and eventually i made it to the top#second dream i was luigi again#accidentally going through the secret in the basement moat#this time i was fighting bowser#but there were no bombs so I had to throw him into the void#third dream i once again was luigi#i knew exactly where i was and immediately ran to the moat and went through to the secret room#this time i was in the bunny room looking area again#except#i was in the cage and I wasn't alone#bowser was in the cage with me!#and then i used the invincibility cap and walked out#leaving bowser trapped in the cage#sadly i never had that dream again but i guess there was nothing left for dream me to do#i should also mention this adventure spanded through YEARS of my life and yet i remembered each time
