It can be hard pulling character out of some of Riot's older designed characters. Best thing for it is to look forward into crucial points that you could see in that character's existence. Primo example; People managed, way back when, to RP as old Irelia, who was as interesting as an already-dried wall of paint. This was conveyed through plotting static, meetings of vital Ionians, I.E Karma, Master Yi, and Riven in her timeline; and planting new plots along the way to form a more involved story.

{ Some people are able to make characters that are as flat as a sheet of paper into 3D master pieces. While I know what you are saying to do, I attempted this last night by exploring my desires for her relationships with others but...for me personally she's just not clicking. Like...you know how you can make a character or see one and go "okay I can work with it." I thought I could with Diana but...I don't even have the desire to push for it because she's not clicking with me. Her muse was there but it's gone and it's hard for me to conjure something that was small to begin with. I know what you're saying. I've done it before, but you need the desire to pursue it to make it work and for some reason my want to rp or even try to rp Diana is just gone. }

These are muses I wish to interact with in order to expand on her personality, aid her in her Lunari search, and help her grow into her Aspect self. 

Leona: I need a Leona who follows the lore close enough to not be seeking Diana out for her crimes but for what they must do; come together in order to save Runterra. I need a Leona who is able to grow w/Diana into their Aspect powers & to help explore that part of both of them. I do want them to have that conformation about what Diana has done, but also to look past it to the bigger picture. I can see them romantically coming together as time passes.

Taric: Taric is someone I think Diana can learn from to relax, to see good, to be opened up by. I think both of them can also find comfort in one another. I believe he may also aid in finding lunari artifacts & truths. I can see them romantically and platonically together. { @prismatic-protector }

Zoe: Being of the Luanri herself I think Diana can seek her out for, perhaps, the little she knows. I also think Diana can be helped by Zoe, and for her to help Zoe in return. 

Sivir: Mainly due to her use of a Lunari artifact. I am not sure what type of ‘ship’ they would have but it would not be romantic. 

Nami: For obvious reasons. Diana would not only be interested in aiding Nami in finding the moonstone, she’d be interested in learning about it. I have an idea of where she can find it & a story behind it all!!

Diana isn’t really a...grumpy person. While I enjoy her lack of...humor & her straight forward dialogue that’s now outdated; I feel like she is more than that. Diana is still kinda callous but she doesn’t mean to be. She’s blunt, but not mean, she’s straight forward, but not close-minded, she’s awkward, but she adapts. 

Diana is more of a quiet observant type who doesn’t have the best knowledge of social interactions. Her ability to talk & hold conversations is limited as growing up she was caste away from the other Solari; her own doing in her interest in the Lunari & seeking out the truth.

That being said, with anyone trying to friend her they only really need patience. She may have a dry humor, but she’s not really a bitch. She’s...open. Sorta. One just has to see past her persona. It’s sorta like a book that has a slow opening. The ending is well worth the build up & she’ll always have surprises that one may or may not see coming. 

Like my version of Lux she requires some friendship before romance but I am not opposed to exploring. HOWEVER; I am PICKY & I won’t ship with just anyone. I can see Taric & Leona as of now but as always; chemistry can unfold. 

As for other aspects of her personality: I see Diana as a quiet, perhaps somber person. Lonely, wanting company but also forcing them away in fear of rejection & disgust at her actions against the Solari. She needs healing in both a spiritual and mental way. She is also compassionate, very protective over friends, and extremely witty once you get her to open up. 

Basically; Sad lady wants company but forces herself away to focus on saving world; may need someone to remind her she is still human.

Diana isn’t one for romance. Not that she lacks the ability to love or to accept love, she just has a deep desire to keep her mind focused on not only seeking out the truth of the Lunari, but also uniting the Solari and Lunari against the threats she has seen coming.

Diana is more or less Demi-Romantic & Demi-sexual. Unlike my other muse like this however the time period to even be accepted by Diana as close, or even a friend, can extend up to a year or even more. She’s not “hard” to romance she’s just…not focusing on the desire for it?

She is open to friendship, more than willing to enjoy company especially after the road becomes long, but she has a hard time adjusting from her life style of seclusion and being outcasted to being sought out willingly to simply…enjoy her company.

She knows she deserves love but she’s a no-nonsense, proper, straight forward type that seeks her end goal before she seeks a hand to hold.

Diana is also more inclined to femme but she isn’t against masqulien or male peoples. I would say she is bisexual / pansexual with a preference for the more feminine types.

So in short; romancing Diana is a slow burn that may take up to 2 years to even start.

The moon shines brightly down upon a clear meadow. Old ruins scattered across the way like pieces of an ancient and lost puzzle. Within the middle sits the chosen of the moon. Her eyes connecting one star above her to another in an infinite loop of shapes. Her faces holds serenity, pale eyes soft as her gaze drops from the sky towards the area around her. 

She knew it once. Not Diana; the  one within. It was beautiful, a place of peace and prosperity, and now all that is left is rubble and charred remains.

Diana’s heart twists with the spirits sorrow and she finds herself turning her back to the area, her feet taking her away. 

Another place calls to her and the night must never stop. 

There was more work to be done.
