An AU that I’m still working out the name on but you have the first drawn member of the dca’ s seen

Bloodmoon or "Red"

Bloodmoon or "Red" is the second heaviest and tallest of the four(Others being Eclipse, Sun, and Moon) and is the fastest due to the raptor (I had quite fun with the inspiration of their design) like build of their legs and ability to propel themselves to capture threats.

Red is meant to be a more aggressive form of security while Eclipse is more passive, both are capable of significant harm if needed.

I may or may not have made a Steven Universe AU with Sun and Moon

Overall the designs were incredibly fun to make, I could’ve used Spinel as a reference but where’s the fun in that

I am aware that there is a sunstone as a fusion but I thought "why not it works" and I think we have seen a moonstone (hence the gem shape and color)

I may expand on this a little bit more later on but this is more or less a starting point

I give you all avian Y/n, Sun, and Moon

Bit of lore down below

After bringing the strange crow back to their nest to nurse them back to health, they agree to stick together despite the starting tension between Moon and Y/n

In this world, there are hunters/poachers that go after these crimes due to the beauty of their feathers and medical properties of parts of their body

Sun and Moon find Y/n after their wings gets injured after a hunter shot them down

(Fun Fact: owls and crows are natural enemies, hence the tension)

Like I've been seen it on my fyp and have heard of it before a few years back but I feels like artist just know what they're supposed to do

As a fanfic writer I tend to wonder sometimes... is it bad that I have ideas for stories to write and post but get like... no time nor the motivation need to do so

Like I know it's not bad that I have that problem, but it's more of the internal shame that comes with it

And I worry that I'll lose my skill if I don't, but I just can't sometimes and I don't know how to feel about that

Maybe this is the graduating high-school burnout talking but I want... idk opinions, advice, support I guess

So just asking a question as someone who reads and writes fanfiction

Has anyone ever wondered what was going through the author's mind while writing, because I have a (decent) vivid memory of my thoughts while writing

Like as a reader: tell me what random things crawled their way I to you brain on onto the page, tell me!

And as a author: have I said the protag's name enough, or too much? Should I have this character live or nah? What would the protag do in their free time? *proceeds to internally scream*

Please tell me someone else is like this because I really want to talk about the rand things I think of while writing and hear the same from authors

Finally finished Trapped Lantern AU Sun Wukong

Not too much is different, other than he's kinda the unofficial "guard" of the Shadow Lantern thanks to MK basically giving it to him for safe keeping while Wukong figures out what is the significance of the lamp.

Most of his days now consist of training MK, launching about while eating Peaches or peach flavored things, tendinging to his monkeys, and keeping a close eye on the mysteriously glowing Lantern MK gave him.

It doesn't help that food goes missing and his monkeys all talk about a "creature" slithering around at night.
