Glossary

❈ Álfr - term to call the light elfen folk, used singular or plural.

❈ Amaltheia - The sole kingdom of Álfr, home of the light elves.

❈ Acheron - the ‘buried’ abyss, proclaimed to be the abode of the death. In the realm of Cruyx, the place of Acheron is considered a bygone tale: only a mere illusion that was said to be constructed by the fantastical minds of the elderly.

❈ Cruyx - the vast entity of land where all creatures reside/live.

❈ Aegeus - An elixir brewed by the Álfr enchantresses which fuses the tears of a Phoenix and crushed horn of a Minotaur. It is a poison for a Basilisk, something that they are extremely susceptible to. If the succulent was to ever graze the Basilisk's wounds, the damage would be irreversible and therefore will not heal; leaving the serpent to bleed to death.

❈ Aegis — A strong enchanted spell, used to ‘protect’ or ‘guard’ a particular material which it was casted into. If an object charmed with Aegis was touched by those who were not the ones to implement the spell, it will instantly electrocute the ‘trespasser/s’ as a form of defensive response.

❈ Varvana - A volcano of raging fire. It is a territory that creatures do not dare to dwell into, due to the flames and rivers of blistering lava and magma that heavily surrounds it.

❈ Evgenia - the coastal village, where most of the creatures of Fronas live.

❈ Frona/Fronas - term to call the fae/faeries. Fronas are born with majestic and delicate wings, and except from their ability to fly, they possess no magical powers. Faeries are well-known craftsmen, physicians and scholars.

❈ Phyllis - the main trading place of various goods and merchandises, located in Kardiá.

❈ Kardiá - also called the mainland, situated on the heart of Cruyx. A diverse territory where all creatures, regardless of their kin or ascentry, are welcomed to dwell in. This is where the colossal floating citadel lie, the castle or home of the Vrtras.
