I imagine that Dee being the older twin really bugged Dennis when they were kids because she’d always hold that over him. She would use it as an excuse to be first for everything and Frank allowed it because I assume Frank preferred Dee to Dennis as kids. She would blow out the first candle, open up the first gift, be the first to step on the bus, things like that. But as they got older Dennis absolutely loves being the younger twin because he will use any opportunity to call Dee old and rub it in her face that he’s younger than her. Like he’ll definitely say things like “my older sister”, and really put emphasis on the “older”.
