hey, next chapter will be out very soon. I talk it about it in the end notes, but I'll expand on it a bit here too.

If you are someone who has secret beef with my writing, this is YOUR (🫵) chance

I think some parts of A Little to the Left are all over the place, and I've been putting off editing it. I think the quality has gone up and down depending on how much time I've had to re-read and edit. There is definitely some things that can be improved between typos, cutting diatribes, word choice/flow, etc. I want it to be better for people who re-read or find it later. After spending so much time and so many words on it, I want it to be something I can feel good about.

But, if you don't care about all that, I will also be taking feedback I to consideration for finishing the fic out. I know what's going to happen already, but I want it to be rewarding for everyone who's invested the time to read. Having people get to the end of a 100k fic and feel unsatisfied would suck.

I am NOT changing anything major in terms of plot, you don't have to go back and read anything. And please don't worry, I will be staying true to myself and what *I* like, etc etc. I just like feedback :)

So if you feel like helping, or complaining, or really just like talking, I would love your input on:

- the kind of stuff you find yourself skipping/skimming, just plain don't think are good, or don't care about (YES, that can include "literally any plot that isn't boys kissing"). I'm not saying be a dick about it but don't worry about sugarcoating it either.

- what stuff you are actually interested in seeing pay off/things have been built up to. no hate but I just read an update to an 80k fic where the whole part I was waiting for was briefly summarized in a single sentence. 100k is a time commitment. Let us work together 🤝 to make this experience worthwhile.

Yeah I knew Logan has been in a situationship with Ororo for about 40 years and that he hooks up with Yukio all the time. Then I remembered hearing about how Ororo was supposed to be in a gay relationship but that it was censored, so I looked it up, and lo and behold. It's fucking Yukio. So now I'm launching a one-man campaign for them to be a throuple.

Also because having the Wolverine in a polyamorous relationship with two queer punk women of color, one of whom is disabled in a wheelchair, ticks almost every single "make conservative comic readers angry" box.
