Remaking old OCs moment

These are Nightstar and Lightstar. They are conjoined twins and co-leaders of a group of cats living in a post-apocalyptic world the humans left behind.

The roleplay they were from was just a generic warrior cats roleplay I made when I was like 10 so the concept was basically just "theres a group that consists of cats society deems as freaks that formed their own clan". And while the general concept is the same the setting will be different.

Instead of living in the wilderness, the cats in the story were all city or house cats, with no connection to starclan or anything. However once the humans caused a nuclear war they all dissapeared or left their animals behind to go find a better place to live, leaving them to fend for themselves.

The cats, now left alone, formed a religion centered on humans instead. This was used by the power-hungry to control the population over the generations that followed. Now there's a clear divide between how the "strong" and healthy cats live, and the weak and unfortunate they force to fend for themselves in worse areas. Nightstar & Lightstar were the ones to get sick of how they were treated, and decided to form a clan so all of them could work together and help each other, and (hopefully) kill those in power to bring change.

The only problem is... I'm not sure if they would get 9 lives, or 18 lives, since they share a body? Im not sure if they count as a single leader (though the cats that give them aren't starclan, theyre just scorned spirits helping them to bring change, so who knows)
