You can’t tell me that Lauren didn’t like either Cara or Pip in the show (and maybe the book, but she hid it better/projected it onto 🐜) She was so much gentler, and nicer (and more patient) to Cara and Pip than the boys (Plus the way she looks at Pip during the spin the bottle game, and the way she looks at Cara when she walks off. With Ruby.) (Also I feel like the “Come to Mama” scene as well)
FRRRR. I see the Cara/Lauren vision more than Pip/Lauren but I see your vision!!!
And Lauren looked so JEALOUS of Ruby and Cara in that scene. Like that girl was down bad even if she doesn't know it. Part of me wants to write a fic where Lauren comes out to Connor (cause, let's be real, he's so sweet and supportive that he'd be such a safe space for anyone in the group) and she tells him about her feelings for Cara.
I wish for LauCara to be an endgame ship but unfortunately, Lauren has to be the bad guy for s2 (but I'll always love the fanon version of her <3)
