as glad as i am to see l*lac get called out for her atrocious behavior, i’m hurting for those who have been affected by her words and actions. i’m certain she’s done much more than what’s in that post— if anyone needs to talk about it, or how any of this has affected you personally i am here to be an ear to listen. the rwby rpc has some bad apples, but i’ve stuck through it with a lot of you guys too. i’m here for you.

so @tagfake / @ironpines / @asthorose / @aurality / lilac / indigo whatever the fuck you go by, is there some reason why you’re calling a 18 yo black girl a hoe to degrade her? is there some reason you got so comfortable saying ‘porch monkey’ (a slur that comes from SLAVERY) despite not being black? i’m tryna figure it out because as soon as people tried to address the fact that you, a nonblack person, said some shit you shouldn’t be saying, you was real quick to list every form of oppression you got on ya list ….. sounds about white. 

let’s talk about how you used aave to then mock said black people, something you and ya klan love to do. you’re european jewish aren’t you? so why are you using aave, a DIALECT BY AND FOR BLACK AMERICANS, which isn’t even in your country, to be funny?

i know that you had one single black person liking those posts every time you said porch monkey, coon, and negro — which you thought was okay because as long as you weren’t calling anyone specifically those words, you thought you, as a spicy white person, could say them with your whole chest, TO A BLACK PERSON, but multiple people told you that that’s not shit you can reclaim or say. still, you kept running ya mouth and gave a backhanded apology about how you should have tagged it and how WE are the racists for telling you that’s not your shit to say. you also tried to explain racism to the black person you insulted, using your (nonblack, arguably white) ethnicity as an example. which, while having their own ethnicity, is racially IRISH. ethnicity =/= race. culture =/= race. why is it that europeans think they can say whatever the fuck they want and then hit us with the “you just think this is racist because you’re american?” 

and let’s talk about how you’re a transmed too, because apparently aside from being racist you have a history. let’s talk about how ppl in the rwby community said you ship a fucking 18 year old with a 40 yr old.

cinder’s nightmares can be really severe sometimes. since their grimm arm is so reactive to negative emotions, these nightmares obviously cause really awful internal dissonance ( hating the content of a nightmare VS cinder’s arm being absolutely adrenalized by the negativity ). when the grimm arm gets excited and cinder succumbs to its control ( which they’re much more likely to do when they’re, yknow, NOT CONSCIOUS ), they can self harm in their sleep, leaving them with bloody cuts and lacerations across their arm in the morning. these scars aren’t totally covering the arm, but they’re definitely noticeable. this is just another reason they dread sleep. these scars go from their right shoulder all the way down to the top of their hand.

          “ are you saying you still don’t trust me? ”  cinder’s eye narrows, baring their teeth in their frustration.  they huff, eyes closing, gritting their teeth together like two saws grinding against each other.  cinder swallows.  “ you said it yourself, ” maiden begins, eye opening.  they step towards her calmly, crunch of leaves beneath their feet.  “ we are the unlucky few.  you and i. ”  stopping just in front of her, they inhale the chilled air into heated lungs, yet it’s her eyes that make them freeze.  

          “ the world has been cruel to us.  it squashes us like insects beneath its heels and leaves us broken to suffer the consequences. ”  fall pauses to take catra’s hand, gentle as a feather, and presses her palm against the marred, left side of their face.  they can barely feel it, the warmth of another against scar tissue.  their jaws clench like a string strung too tightly on an instrument.  “ because we are the same, i choose to trust you with seeing... this. ”  their stare is devoid of its lethality, yet iris fills to the brim with leaking disappointment.  “ i don’t know if i should trust you.  but i do.  i hope you will trust me with yours. ”
